Regina was very informative and patient throughout the whole process. My kitchen and restrooms turned out amazing. The team worked very hard to give me exactly what I wanted. The cabinets available here were far better than the other places I visited that claimed to have “high-quality” European cabinets.

Regina was wonderful and very patient. I wanted to put together a vessel sink, with a vanity and matching counter top for my half bath, but didnt know where to start. Paul was very helpful and patient with us. The cabinet quality was great and the price was so affordable. They offered a great discount for flood victims, when others did not. We had 3 bids and Modern Kitchen & Vanities was the best. Paul worked with us on every aspect and was able to give me the design I wanted. He was also able to get me some great pricing on Flooring and counter tops. We were very satisfied with everything.

I live in the River Oaks area. I love this place. I wish I had known about this company before I had already signed a contract with another remodeling company. I could have saved probably 30% or more of what I paid. Regina is very knowledgeable and very confident about her expertise. She is a perfectionist. I did not like the backsplash in my kitchen of the other company so I had her company do it again. The tile person she sent over did an excellent job. I want her to redo something in my shower that the company I hired the first time messed up. Also Regina knows how to save you money But still have a very high end look. Good quality materials without the middleman. I recommend this company to all of my friends and anyone who asks.

Despite some misunderstanding during the project, they were very professional and worked diligently with details after that. They even went beyond our request on the project and made sure things are built safely and not just build to customer request without any concern for customer. Their price was reasonable.I recommend him and his brother for any commercial or residential work on ceiling, wall, flooring, custom furniture building etc.

Counter was damaged when delivered. Replacement was not a better solution because when installed, front top and drawer were not aligned. Prices are too high for cutting and installing slabs. Will not recommend

Tried calling several times but no response or reply we are missing several handles the bottom toe kick is a different color and scrap pieces of wood was used for the platform that are countertop will rest on very sloppy I wish I wouldnt have fell for the bait
