I am happy with the result and would totally recommend Ms.Juan. At first I was worry about the bad review some people put on him. But as my experience he was able come in and assure my measurements where right and not off and good thing he did because we were off and would be needing more carpet. He had the service completed in one day even if it was one person doing the work, because the other employee got sick. That one person was able complete my whole upstairs 4 rooms,closest and curve stair way and down stair closet. His price was great and we looked in a lot places, but his was not to much and in a good price. I am HAPPY with his work. And as for the carpet is very soft and feels great to walk in it. Another good thing I like he was able work around my work schedule and with my job is hard for me to have a off day. Thank you very much we are happy with ur service and ending results!!

My floors are beautiful. We went with the vinyl planks hardwood look. I will be going back again soon for my tile floors. The only issue I had was my t-mold doesn’t really match the flooring but overall I’m in love.

Beautiful flooring and great service! I will definitely be returning for future home renovation projects. They offer all kinds of stuff (i.e. marble, backsplash, etc). The first thing people notice and comment on when they walk into my house is the floor. I went to Floor & Decor, Home Depot, and a bunch of other flooring places, but none matched up to the quality and prices at JJs.

Juan was so helpful when I needed a piece of carpet for my classroom. Not only did he have exactly what I needed, I gave me extra and donated it all to my classroom. I couldnt be more impressed with the level of service I was given and I am extremely grateful for his kindness. I know my students will love having cushy carpet to spend their reading time on. To say the least this company screwed us over at the worst time possible. We were flooded and desparate for a kitchen. After 3 months our cabinets are still not complete. We havent heard from them in 3 weeks. We made the mistake of paying in full. Our counter top that we purchased through J&J flooring looks horrible after $3800. We are now searching for a legitimate contractor to help us finish. We gave up after all of the lies and false promises. I recommend you hire your 3 year old to install cabinets before calling J & J Flooring! I wish I didnt even have to put one star 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎!

Juan Jimenrz. Came to my house after the storm Harvey. He said he could make my house look like new. Wrong. He did a very rotten job. The men who painted fir him. Did a very rotten paint job. Paint on my windows. A lot of things were not painted. Asked for handiecap toilet in both bathrooms. Did not get them I had to buy handiecap bars for the toilets and the shower. Juan charged me 1,000.00 for a shower door that he paid about 200.00 for. They hung a rope over my shower door so we could pull the door close. I would Not recommend J and J flooring for anybody to use my house is still a disaster and I paid him $68,000 for nothing

JJ floors installed approximately 2800 square ft of flooring in my house they did an outstanding job the floor looks beautiful they were just a couple small problems and JJ took care of it right away he seemed to me to be a very honest and was true to his word I will use them every time having service like that, .Thank you
