The check engine light of my car was on so I dropped the car off at Sterling McCall Ford. The service agent asked if I was going to pay out of pocket or with an extended warranty. I responded with out of pocket. He later called me and told me what was wrong with my car, and I rejected the service because I could do it myself. When I went to pick up my car, I was very surprised with a $160 bill for diagnostic fee. I was never informed about this charge before I was expected to pay. He then got defensive and said well I asked you if you were paying out of pocket or with an extended warranty, but never once mentioned the diagnostic fee when I dropped off the car nor on the voicemail I received.I decided I wanted to talk to a service manager. He was willing to refund me 50% of the fee because they did put time into the car and told you what was wrong. Is this not one of the purposes of the service department? I have never once been charged to be told what was wrong with my car.Not to mention, they quoted me over $500 when the average cost for replacement was $250. Glad to say I fixed it myself for $75. Long story short... I do not recommend this service shop and always encourage people to do work on there car at home!
Since I move to my area I go to Sterling McCall and Sergio always takes care of car. He is super professional and available to take my vehicle for maintenance. The location is friendly and their prices affordable .
I needed to get my Transmission looked at and they were the only Dealership within a 200 mile radius that was only a week out for servicing Transmissions and I was able to get my car in for them to diagnose it and see what is wrong with it. Very prompt and friendly staff.Irvin and Erwin brothers were fantastic guys! Have kept me up-to-date with my car as of today 9-2-21!!! Great Dealership 👍!!
They had a complimentary car wash and vacuum and didn’t vacuum! They have online coupons but don’t let you know. I was getting a brake job and I believe I was quoted $269.00, I went online and got the same job for $179. Customer service was good, just wish they would have told me about the coupons.

Worst customer service ever.I called yesterday and was on hold for 15 minutes, when my call was answered and i asked if they can cut and program a key, i was put on hold again until she called the store and asked if it can be done.I was told to go to parts the next day between the hours of 7a and 4p.I sent my son, the second he walked in he was turned down due to the machine being broken.I called to speak to customer service, I had to repeat myself 4 times getting transferred every time without a resolution.What a waste of time and energy...
Had to pay 5k mark up for a online booked car. Dont understand this 🤷🏽♂️Sales people are responsive especially Frank Brian. But lied to me about 5k mark up which is not normal.Edit: the response from the owner seems to be generic, I emailed them with details but never heard back from them.Error on my side: I didnt do enough research on my own, relied heavily on the salesPlease dont get your online booked car delivered to this location. I inquired 3 more places and no one is asking for mark up on Mustang Mach E that I paid for no good reason.

Chase, my service rep, was great. He is a 5-star. He communicated with me and kept me informed every step of the way. My only issue is they did not look into one of the things I asked them to look at and I’ll have to bring my vehicle back in.
I honestly wanted to give this dealership a great review. This is my first time ever having a Ford vehicle and going to this Ford dealership. I initially only wanted to bring the car in to just get A regular factory service but my engine fan started to act up the day prior and would not stop running which caused my battery to die. I took it up there, waited an hour and a half in the waiting room (got there at 7:30am) to be told that they checked everything and that it must me an electrical issue and needed to order parts/change fan. I dropped it off the July 3rd and the car was ready July the 6th. When I got the car back I immediately noticed that the center console armrest was damage. I don’t know how or what they did to damage it but I went back inside and told one of the service guys that there was damaged and showed him the photos. I was told that they would have to look back on the cameras to see what happened and that they would get in touch with me. That was 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to call them and Have been getting the runaround. I was told I needed to contact the service manager but was unable to get in contact with him. He tried to return my once but I missed the call, and tried to call him back But still got his voicemail. This dealership had no trouble taking my $1400 payment for the service but is having trouble giving me a call back to fix the damage that they did to my car. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman that they feel that they can take advantage and walk all over me but this is not okay.
Don’t waste your time going to this dealership. The online / internet price is not what you will be paying.I went in to buy a pre-owned F-150 with an internet price of $45,681, which was a great price. I was prepared to pay full internet price + TTL, however they wanted to tack on an additional $2,495 for a “Certified Pre-Owned” certification, an additional $795 for a “bed liner” (that they supposedly installed which it was obvious the liner was not installed by them due to not being new and costs $495 dealer installed), an additional $595 for a “tailgate lock” which costs $29 through Ford and $10 installation, and $1,495 for “tint, wheel locks, and nitrogen in tires” (which none of the wheels had the wheel locks installed, so who knows if the tires were actually filled with Nitrogen since they did not have the green caps indicating that they did), for a total price of $51,061.00!!!! A markup of $5,380.00!!! I counter offered internet price + TTL and signed indicating that if they would agree, I would purchase the truck right then and there, but unfortunately they were not able to make it happen. When I brought the issues up to the manager “Jason” all he could say was that I should have jumped on the deal he offered because it was a great deal and he could get more at an auction than what he was offering. When I brought up the wheel lock situation and being charged for something that was supposedly put on the vehicle that was not, he really could not provide a good response other than it should have been done at the inspection.If that was the case, then why not just auction the truck off and make the money instead of trying to rip off people coming into to buy a vehicle for the price listed online.People would have so much more respect for dealerships like this, if they would just list the vehicles for what they want to sell them for, rather than to list them for $6k cheaper online, only to pull an okey doke to see who is dumb enough to pay for the sneaked in markups.Mary Hill, the salesperson, was a pleasure to work with though.
Sergio was excellent at helping me pinpoint what was needed to get my car running normally again. He even took care of getting a rental set up for me while my car was in service. A great experience with constant updates on the status of my car!
Andrew in service was very helpful. They looked at my battery which had corroded and died twice in 4 years. They cleaned and replaced the bolts and added protectant to try to help prevent issues again. They also threw in a free car wash, which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.
Paul made buying a new truck a great experience. After going to several other dealerships and dealing with other “salesmen”, it was refreshing to go to Sterling McCall and not being given pitches and the typical car salesman ordeal. Paul was easy to talk to and made things happen smoothly. I would most definitely recommend Sterling McCall and Paul in particular to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
Chaise was very courteous, professional, and helped me know what might be needed for my vehicle at its current mileage. It was pretty early for a Saturday but Chaise was cool enough to understand my inability to communicate so early in the day. He also let me know the approximate cost of each line item and about when my car would be ready. It’s also nice that they wash your car for free. If I had to find something wrong it would be that not all of the car was washed and the wheels didn’t look wiped down but that’s an easy fix.The only thing I forgot to ask is when to bring my car back for another service. I noticed that when I take my wife’s vehicle to Sterling McCall Hyundai I also get excellent service there and they do the car wash.
Everyone I dealt with at Sterling McCall Ford was top notch! Communication from my service advisor (Thristian) was excellent. He kept me informed the entire time they had my truck. The best part is - they were honest, transparent, and didn’t try to rip me off (unlike the other dealership I first took my truck to bc of location). I’ll be taking all my vehicles to Sterling McCall Ford from now on!!!!

Painless from start to finish:I was greeted promptly upon my arrival @ the service drive.. I entered the required information as directed by my service advisor and I handed him my keys and went and had a seat in the waiting room… it wasn’t very long at all before I was receiving an estimate for needed services which I promptly addressed with my s/advisor and the information was forwarded to the service technician…What seemed like a very short time the service advisor was informing me that my car was ready… I paid my bill and got my car and noticed that it was washed and vacuumed and ready to go…I want to thank everyone that was involved in the process of taking care of me and my car…Thank you Erick Gonzalez, Paul Bruner and the numerous other people that work behind the scenes to make this a flawless process..I will be returning anytime that my car needs any type of Service/Maintenance repairsI purchased my vehicle @ Sterling McCall Ford and all my service work will be done there… A real Class Act and 1st rate service… Thank you

Excellent service. All worked out well and warranty repair resolved promptly. I did have one concern. When you call to make an appointment, it is not with the actual service department. It is with an offsite person. The information provided on the phone was not accurate at all. However, Andrew did step up where he could to fully explain their misleading information. The 5 stars are for Andrew. Sorry, but no stars for the person working the phone to schedule the appointment.
Customer Service from Andrew was great. The updated communication by phone calls was a plus. They only took 2 days to fix both problems since they had the parts on hand; which was great Only issue I thought they were really priicey. But I needed my car repaired quickly.

I purchased a certified pre-owned car on Saturday( 07/10/2021). Mary was a sales agent, we agreed to purchase a car after trade-in for $32000( on road price included sales tax) . I also signed for the same. I am a first time car buyer from a dealer, after taking me to the financial team they provided multiple options on my car, I was a little confused about the numbers. The financial team took an e-sign but didnt give me any paperwork that time. I came on Monday to take my old car number plate and take my paperwork, after I went home I realized that they charged me sales tax again($1989). That is not right and its kind of cheating. Can you please ask the agent for the signed paper(initial draft). I am very disappointed about my purchaseWriting this After 3 monthsI cancelled my car warranty and protection plans after one week of my car purchase, still I havent received my refund. No one from the Dealership is responding.

I have had challenges with this dealership in the service department and during a recent car buying experience, but the management took the time to address my concerns and has tried to resolve the issues. I still firmly believe the car buying process needs a complete overhaul to improve a very inefficient process. But the management has acknowledged their part and has tried find solutions.

Got a call that my vehicle was ready took a 40 minute ride to do that pick up only to wait an additional hour. My initial issue was resolved another issue arose during, instead of asking if I wanted that issue handled also, I was told my repairs were complete. So my car was still undriveable when I arrived. I just wished the communication was better before hand so i would not have had to wait additional time

My newish Explorer had a glitch with its advance trac system and just wouldn’t go! Called Sterling McCall and Andrew said so could bring it in. I had it towed over and needed to rent a car and because OF COVID EVERYONE IS “sold out of rental cars!!! Andrew pulled through for me and found me one- he had tried and tried and I truly believe if the rental car place didn’t like him so much I would have had to Uber. Recently had a horrible experience with the sales representative named Mary. When I spoke with her, she did not want to help us at all with a mutual customer that was purchasing a vehicle from her. SHE was very rude over the phone. Finally I decided not to go back and forth with her and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, she responded and I quote there is no manager available that can help you, only the customer. Yet the customer was the one asking us for help and had full authorization from him to request whatever form he was missing. I swear some people have the nerve to act so mischievous. I will never recommend my friend s, family or customers to them.

I was looking for a new truck. We didn’t have any available in Hawaii. On a whim, I thought I’d look in Houston as I have family there in case I needed their help. They had a truck I fell in love with!! Adam promptly answered my email and within a few days the truck was on it’s way to Hawaii! Adam was understanding about the huge time difference we had to deal with. It was great that he would text me as I was sleeping during most of his work day. It really helped that we could communicate like this. Through email and modern technology all the paperwork was able to be completed. It was all easy as pie!! Hassle Free in a time when finding a truck has been hard. Every dealership I’ve been to wants several thousand over sticker price but Brian at Sterling McCall told me exactly what I’d be paying before I made the drive and it wasn’t over sticker. All in all I was glad I found them and drove away with my new truck shortly after.

Ive always had great service here and choose to come here although it is a distance from my new home. However, upon entry, I was helped by one, Irvin Gonzalez., who felt the ever so delightful need to display a blue lives matter sticker from his desk for all his customers to see. Ever so proudly.I had arrived to the store at approximately 9:30 with an appointment for battery replacement. Irvin asked where my car was located (in the parking lot) and if I had turned it off. I had and then he chastised me that now they will have to jump it again. As if you dont have the tools to do so quickly at your ready, Irvin... This is a service and repair center. I did my job and brought the car to you. Cry me a river. Irvin roughly told me the cost of a new battery, no details of whats included and uttered it in an abrasive way that he expected complaints as if I unexpected or was unable to cover the cost. I handed over my keys to him to possibly, begrudgingly have his service crew (I doubt he jumps anything) possibly jump my car to move it to the service lot 45 feet over.I sat in the service area, which has always felt clean and spacious and waited for the work to be done.After 70 long minutes (10:40am now) Irvin comes over without pleasantries to tell me that they do not ( a Ford Dealership and Service Center?) have the battery for my Ford car until noon. No apologies or care. I leave without any acknowledgement from him and Uber to work after following a housekeeper to get my belongings for work, as Irvin doesnt have any time or care to help me.I received a text to pick up my car at after 1:35 pm, following a 4hour + battery change. I pick my car up and as I start it... The transmission light is on and its pulling to the right. All that was not there when I dropped it off ( I even had 4 new tires and alignment placed 2 months ago from Discount Tire). And if the crew saw something during my battery change, none of this was conveyed to me during my car pick up and check up, completed by Dan Nyugen. Must have been because it was at 5:42pm, and they closed at 6pm. Because on my receipt - it does say that a complimentary multi-point inspection was completed. Im confused?Sadly, Irvin and his maskless crew can host his Blue Life agenda from his desk and treat anyone in any kind of way because I wont be back.

I have visited this location back in June 2021, I made an appointment to fix a couple recall on my Ford explorer, I dropped off the car and I told them to also do oil change, however after they called and advised me the car has completed, I went back to pick it up and I found out that they have not fixed the recall just did the oil change, they stated I did not tell them, I was like dude I made the appointment specifically for the recall, and even if that was true should not they check the car in their system and see what is going on with it!! However, I was advised that they did not have the part to fix the recall and I need to call them back in the middle of July so the part can be available, I called just as they advised and spoke to one of the service department stated that they will call me back at the same day to verify if the part available or not and I have not heard back from them yet. NOT EXPECTED SERVICES FORD DO SOMETHING OR YOU LOSE YOUR CUSTOMER!

David Nguyen’s updates were prompt and very helpful.However there were communication gaps between the engineers, mechanics and David causing about 3 days delay in my vehicle being returned to me. Not good.But David relayed all the delays and reasons to me. The customer should not have to escalate their car repairs to management.
Brian was an awesome agent. He listened to my desires and did his best to coordinate with the dealership to secure a deal that was acceptable to me. The financial guru, Tosh, helped me to understand my financial obligation clearly and pointed out the bang for my bucks that Ford was offering. Overall these guys gave me a great experience.
I was helped by Adam. Even though he meant well he didn’t listen well. I knew my financial status and was ready to put almost $7k on a decent vehicle. I explained I don’t tend to stay at the dealership all day, and I was there too long for me not to get a good result. I went ahead and got on Lyft and took my business elsewhere to someone who wanted my money and wanted to listen to my concerns. I’d come back to get my new vehicle serviced tho 🙃
After I experienced some headache from miscommunication and wasted time from appointments, they took care of my safety recall work. First time owning a Ford and I am not too impressed since I have a TSB on the motor that cost me over 6k to repair. Hopefully it will be another safety recall so I can get reimbursed. Sent the claim like they told me to over to Ford so I hope to hear back at some point.
My service advisor (David) took good care of me quickly, even suggested some items be taken care of that I missed. Good work!
Service Advisor Andrew Britton has always been helpful and upfront with my car’s diagnosis and plan of repair. He returned my text messages and called if needed. Service technicians at the dealership who worked on my car the couple of times I was there for repairs under warranty were knowledgeable. I will sure ask for Andrew if needed again.

Started off good with the initial phone call about the vehicle that I was interested in. Arrived there and test drove the car and right off Ahmed said the low pressure sensor light was due to a low tire. Not a deal breaker, hes explaining the car was sent to a Lexus dealership for inspection (what a lie). So after I purchased the vehicle I noticed the light never went away. Took it to discount tire, they pressured the tires (still nothing) he explained that its the sensor. Called Mr. Ahmed cell and dealership phone no return. I live a hour away so its very inconvenient just to go up there for a arguement. I guess the fall in line with the used car salesman myth

My experience as a first time Ford customer at this particular location was the absolute best. The customer service care that I received from the parts department was exceptional to the fullest. Speaking of one Mr. Paul Bruner( Workshop Foreman) who was extremely professional, courteous and kind. Not to mention that he was very prompt and effective and knowledgeable in assisting with my needs.
