If I could give 0 starts I would. I understand the concept of a cash car lot and dont expect to have a top tier used car. Ended up getting an 01 Pathfinder that was listed for $1800. We bought the car for my parents. Battery was dead(no biggie, it started when jumped and charged while running) and tires needed air(they filled them). The test drive went fairly well but it had a loud exhaust leak that I also wasnt concerned with because its an easy fix. We made the deal for $2210 including inspection, registration and TT&L and were told the plates would come in the mail. The truck made it 12 miles down the freeway before the coolant reservoir melted and the truck overheated leaving us stuck on the side of the road. Decided to just fix it ourselves as the part was relatively inexpensive and it seemed easier than trying return in. Today I found out the exhaust leak was due to the catalytic converters being cut out and the exhaust is just open from the manifold. These parts are not cheap and are required to pass emissions testing. Im beginning to understand why they cover all of the inspections and registrations in house. I didnt think I needed to go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb or crawl everywhere under it but thats not a mistake Ill ever make again. Ive got half a mind to get the local news station involved to launch an investigation. It just seems shady that they will knowingly sell vehicles to people that are technically not even street legal. Anyone who is thinking of buying here, bring a mechanic with you.
I’ve been buying cars from Scott for years I’ve had no problem! all of them lasted over a year, going to look to buy again today. He also has people there who works on the cars before you buy which is a plus. I never get like he was trying to scam me and I love that. Big plus!!! Just take care of your car 🙄
Nice people. Lots of cars across multiple properties in a neighborhood. You need to know what your looking to buy
2013 I bought a 2004 expedition (EB) with rims the air and heater work wonderful. Was in a bad accident on driver side got it fix. And its now 2021 I still have my truck and it still runs good. U just have to take care of ur vehicle and not just drive lol lol thts what my husband told me. He kept it up. And we still use the same spare tht came with it when need be.
My kind of place. Showed up to have a look at a car that was on the lot. Wasnt hounded or followed around like you normally are at a car lot. Allowed me to test drive the car and spend as much time as I wanted checking it out hassle free. Closed the deal and drove away with the car. Its a cash car lot so do your due diligence and inspect the car and drive it. Id by from here again if they had another car I wanted.
Whats the secret to getting this guy to call or text when you request info on his vehicles? Been trying for weeks. When I did finally get a hold of him, once, he said he had the car I was interested in but it was in the back of the lot and had to get it out and he would call me back. That was about 3 weeks ago.
Good car lot. Cars are dependable. Good customer service. Was fast and easy to purchase a vehicle. I did have to put some money into it for minor things here and there, but overall it was worth it.
Pretty bad, Im sure they have great deals but made it more like you are in thier way, bothering them, and almost like they were annoyed you even bothered to show up. A shame i had intended on buying the day i visited. If youre patient and dont mind being treated like they dont want you there youre golden.
Fair prices for used pre owned vehicles. Cash only!! Did not purchase any vehicle I highly recommend it to any one in a budget for a car.
I bought a 2008 Pontiac Torrent from Scott. He has decent cars and this was no exception. Ive had it for 3 months with few issues. He loses a star because I feel that hes not always personable or flexible. He literally told me that whatever price I see on the car or online is what its gonna be. Sometimes his cars are priced way too high for the mileage. A Toyota with 300,000 miles is still a car with 300,000 and its not worth $3,000. Overall, Ill still buy from him if its a good deal.
Owner is very helpful and his prices are way under everyone else
On 10/2 I purchased a black 2010 Nissan Murano from your business before purchasing the vehicle I asked did the vehicle have any issues with the engine, motor, frame, or anything else that would make the vehicle unsafe for my daughter to drive and your response was no the only thing wrong with the vehicle is the P0300 code which is something that is easily repairable. I also asked you when was the last time the vehicle was serviced and did it have all the fluids and was there any leaks. Your response was the oil was recently changed and all fluids were at the appropriate level and no leaks. The next day I took the vehicle to get an oil change at a reputable company and the mechanic advised me the oil pan was completely damaged and the vehicle had no power steering fluid. I took the vehicle to my mechanic shop on 10/3 and he told me to drop it off Monday 10/5 so he can check it out. He also took it to a Nissan dealership to have an additional diagnostic test performed. There were 2 bad cylinders, the oil pan had to be completely replaced, the timing solenoid valve was bad, the timing chain was bad, and the part that holds the timing chain broke off and thank god it did not get in my motor because I would have wasted $4500 on a vehicle. So now I am out an additional $1600. I have texted, called, and even sent a message on the website and still no response.
Ower control arm was broken off the frame it was horrible nice trucks major issues I had to walk through a yard full of cars that look like a junkyard the truck I did buy I took back because lower control arm was broken off the frame it was a 2002 black Dodge Ram 1500 I asked the gentleman is there any safety issues I should know about his answer was no I drove it home took the tire off and seeing the damage very scary for the simple fact that tire could have ripped off I could have wrecked killed somebody or myself all Scott Harrison said was I will take it to the frame shop it cannot be fixed. Look at the pictures I have provided proof . This is all my personal opinion. I did get all money back with no issues
He was really kool. Just waiting for my title in a few weeks.
Huge place to looking for a use vehicle, unfortunately employer are disrespectful people, maybe Mr. Harrison is not but... they loss my purchase...Update:I was there with money on hand to buy a vehicle but after the incident I was to other place and get a vehicle, a nice 2013 Toyota Tundra cash, for next time I will to talk with owner in person not with the staff...
I call this place the person that answered the phone was rude I will never buy a car from these people period 😒
Terrible customer service and a VERY UNWELCOMING environment. Website is NOT accurate and the owner and staff are not on the same page at all. Every car my son asked to purchase was “broken” or “not for sale”.... If you didn’t want to do business with us you could have just said so....
Took our jeep in for a oil change......it had 1 qt of oil in it an 1/2 qt transmission fluid. No heat no air. I can do with no air but it needs a heating coil. Love our Jeep but were going to have to put about another $1,000 in it to finish fixing it.
Bought 3 cars from here already good prices decent vehicles
Hi Scott. Okay...for the bad reviews. Scotts is a fast pace lot. One minute its there, you blink and its gone. There customer service is good. Tell them what you want, you get a price. Buy or move on. I think over the years, Ive purchased 5 vehicles from Scotts. First car in 2005. It ran good until I sold it.Definitely, a great place for CASH IN HAND purchases at decent prices.
Great dealership in Houston for Used cars, First class Owner. He knows the car business, Highly recommend.
Junk cars at a junk lot. Every vehicle on the website was either sold or broken down.
Long story short they have good stuff but poor customer service.Overall they have some good cash cars. I am big on customer service/customer service experience. Getting help here was very difficult the only person who helped me out was Mr. Bo. Ultimately I chose not to purchase there because after 2 phone calls and 2 visits with poor service and being there for hours not receiving the answers or help I needed, I decided to leave and not purchase. I like to feel like I am being heard when I am spending large amounts of money at a place of business.
Scott Harrison Motor Co is amazing dealership. They are honest and their pricing is fair. Their inventory primarily consists low average annual mileage car with only one prior owner, who is often times a municipality which insures that the car has been properly maintained. Excellent value for any buyer - consumer or commercial - in the secondary marketplace. He provides complete transparency pertaining to both a vehicles prior ownership as well as its current operating condition. Will continue to purchase additional vehicles from this dealership in the future.
I know that the general perception of car shopping can be negative but those days are in the past. Scott Toyota made my experience simple and enjoyable. He was excellent and the process was very smooth. Also, I’ve been loving my new Highlander. It has definitely exceeded my expectations.
I love my car thank you Mr. Scott
I had recently purchased a car at Scott Harrison Motor Co and cannot express how happy I am with the whole experience! I was greeted by a friendly salesman and he was not pushy at all. I got all of my questions answered and wound up buying a car that I love. Ive been to many dealerships before and all they want to do is push new cars on you when you really arent interested in a new one. They were not pushy at all, they make the car buying experience easy with no stress!
I was very sattisfied with his service and vehicle. What really impressed me with Scott was his honesty . I originally picked a vehicle and he told me straight up that he really didnt want to sell it to someone who wasnt mechanically inclined because there was a lot wrong with the car. So I got a Honda Accord and its a BEAST!!!!! Thanks scott
Buying my vehicle from Scott Harrison Motors was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. Bought actually what I wanted for the amount of money I planned to spend. If you’re looking for a good quality used vehicle, I would recommend Scott Harrison Motors to anyone in need. Thanks!
We have used Car Dealer for roughly 5 Years now. We are in regular contact with the guys there keeping our website as new and up to date as possible. We tried doing the whole website thing ourselves, but using these guys is so much easier. Highly recommend Scott Harrison Motor Co.
Buy a cash card quick
I Love Scott Harrison Motor Co for the reason their a Blessing. No complaints and good attitude and greetings. Scott is a Blessing too Our Community, understanding n also I recommend all my Friends and Family. Come and get you car of your choice.
Found s car there and have only one issue which was minor. Got a 2004, ac works, headlights, everything. Paid close to $2,000.00. I recommend this place.
Scott has been so much helpful to us. He is very knowledgeable with cars at the dealership. It was a one of a kind experience. I highly recommend meeting him and buying your next car at Scott Harrison Motor Co!
Had bought a charger about a year ago or so and the first 2 weeks with it an engine light came on of a misfire then later on again a solenoid problem and so much other problems paid 4800$ cash and got screwed wouldn’t recommend anyone to get cars from here if u do make sure wen for a test drive take it to mechanic right away to check it . Me personally never going back to buy any car from there ...
Just purchased a lovely car from Scott Harrison Motor Co, car at very good prices. Not over the top like most. I traveled from another city and it was well worth it. Thank you very much will always come back. Thanks
My husband and I just purchased a car from Scott Harrison Motor Co and very excellent experience! They were easy to talk to and made it a smooth, quick process. We highly recommend purchasing your vehicle with them!
All of the staff at this dealership were so helpful and so fun! They have a wonderful selection to choose from and I went home (after searching for months) with the perfect vehicle for my family and I! Highly recommend!
Great Customer Service. Best place in Texas with great price. Answers questions and lets you know upfront what to expect.
Much better / faster / easier / friendlier than going to the dealer.Ive used Scott Harrison Motor several times on several cars. They dont try and sell you extra work and the car is ready when the promise.
Great dealership for cash cars under $2k. I researched his available vehicles on his website before going to the dealership. Scott was upfront about the issues with the car I had chosen, but being mechanically inclined, the issues didnt bother me. I did appreciated his honesty though! After a few minor engine repairs, the car ended up being a great buy! I highly recommend checking out this dealership if youre looking for a good cash car.
Scott at Scott Harrison Motor Co listened to what I wanted and found it instead of trying to sell me something from the lot that kind of matched. The deal was right, the staff courteous, and my experience was fun! Great job
This is one of the best bargain car lots in Harris county. I bought 15 cars and 2 boats from Scott. Only one ☝️ car required electronic repairs at Nissan. Overall, this is a dealer to deal a good bargain on a car.
We recently purchased a car from Scott Harrison Motor Co and were extremely satisfied with the service I received. Ive got a very positive experience. Thank you so much guys for the best car!
Good place to buy cash cars between 2000 to 5000. Lots of less expensive cars too but they need work, but for the price he cant be beat. Shopped around and most places wanted twice as much for a car of similar quality. If you have at $2000 cash, you can find a good car that needs little to no work on it.
Went into this dealership a few weeks ago, they were awesome. Turned my hours long appointment into a 15 min. one, and made sure that everything was that I wanted.Couldnt have thanked him more.10/10 would recommend having people come to this place for questions/needs.
Very positive experience - responded right away and kept me updated throughout the process. Scott is very good. Would recommend this dealership.
I bought a car from Scott Harrison Motor Co and it was a great purchase experience. The whole purchase experience was a pleasure and I highly recommends anyone looking for a used car to see these guys. I love you all guys!
I had the best experience purchasing my car from this dealership! I have had my new car now for 3 months with no problems and I love it! I would highly recommend buying your next car!!
Told me that I couldn’t find a better cash deal, but when I took the car that I wanted for a test drive it had a check engine light on and was tripping multiple codes on my scan tool. All of the cars That I checked on the lot were in terrible Internal condition and dare I say not worth the money. If you value your money and time do not come to this dealership. They should Be ashamed to call themselves a dealership they are truly just a bunch of scammers.
I highly recommend using Scott Harrison Motor Co to purchase your next vehicle. What I appreciated most about Scott Harrison Motor Co is their honesty and friendliness. They take good care of you during the buying process and after the purchase, even went out of their ways to refill the gas tanks and inflate the tires. Im very pleased with the outcome. My car needs a few fixed here and there, and new tires but overall it runs great, better than what I can expect from a USED car. Went to many dealers in the area and this is the only place I left with full of excitement. Would definitely come back in the future!
Great place for used cars. They helped us with anything we asked for and didnt try to push anything on us. We were able to find what we wanted and were very satisfied with the experience. The (Im assuming) owner who made the sale seemed very knowledgeable of his cars and gave honest disclosures of what was wrong with any of them.
Friendly no hassle.
Well I will say I have never bought anything yet but I have a friend who had a good experience with this place and then he bought another car and had problems the same day and got a full refund its been years ago but it happened and if the man would do that then I will say he can be trusted. people if youre going to buy from a lot like this expect some problems because the cars are not always gonna be perfect you just have to know what you want and be prepared to do a little work. If you want perfect just go somewhere else simple as that. And I say that to say this I think I might give them a try because I see some cars I might be interested in. But Im a mechanic so I can only speak for myself. I only gave three stars because I havent been there yet and no I didnt get paid for the review the man dont even know me.
Awesome dealer. Finally a honest used car salesman. Just purchased another vehicle from on the 1st of Sept. From Mr. Scott Harrison and for only 2000.00!!! The car runs great and the air is cold. Mr . Harrison deals in reality not fantasy ! My wife wants to say many more nice things, but I would be here all day!!
Great vehicles at phenomenal rates. It may not be a fancy place, but theyre honest and have a great selection of vehicles at beyond reasonable prices.
I am from out of state about 1500 miles away and I called Scott today on a used van I saw listed on the web. Although the online pics of the interior and exterior looked pretty good I asked if there was any dings in the body or anything else I should know about. Scott told me that another potential buyer was considering turning the same van into a conversion travel van but passed on it because he wanted a mint van and this one had few little rust areas. Scott also told me the van drove great and was a van that came from the New York area which is most likely the reason for the rust. I asked if Scott would take a few up close pics of the body rust areas that were of concern and text them to me. Within the hour I had those pics on my iphone. Although the price was great, I am going to pass on the van for the same reason. Still, I thought to write this review on Scott because he was straight up with me and didnt try to hide anything. More than I can say for most people Ive dealt with when it comes to out of state sellers. Ive been burned by private party and used cars dealers both before and this guy named Scott doesnt come across to me as someone who is out to burn people. Plus, he a seems to be a nice guy too and so I thought I would take the time share my experience and to in a way to show thanks to him for taking the time to send me the up close clear pics of the needed to know truth without having to fly out there to find out. Thanks Scott.
Honest Review time!July 3rd has made 60 days since I bought my 2003 Honda Accord from this lot and to this day, the car is still running strong! It started out like everyone else, youre cautious when browsing for a car at this lot, I had an eye out for a Mazda Protege and the Infiniti. I test drove the cars and they didnt function the way it should. The guy that works the lot pointed the Honda for me to check out, test drove it, checked it out, and told Scott Ill take it!.Heres my advice, check out the website first for what cars available and the price, if you know about cars, bring your own scan tool, because the cars do have problems, depending on what, the car may have something that can be really minor like mines did. I had 4 codes all because of 1 sensor. If you dont know about cars, then I recommend bringing an honest mechanic with you. Scott is patient so take your time when browsing for a car.
Only junk cars in this place! Not recommended at all! Really they put pictures of nice cars but when you go there only trash cars all lot!
A lot of choices. All bad.
Bottom end vehicles, lots of salvage titles. And the mechanics are shade tree, or in this case easy-up, cause they have em up all over the place with wrecked cars under them.
Car i got from them is still up & running. This was almost 2 yrs ago! Is salvage title but car still runs! Only issue was that poor baby was sitting there on the lot so long they had no water & no oil in it & front cover gasket was leaking & splashing oil all over the engine which caused it to smoke! Once i got that fixed she was ok! Lastly they tried getting more money for the car than the price that was listed online but they corrected it! I accidentally gave the guy a little over & he didnt say anything about it & i realized when i got home but i live 2 hours away so i was like oh well. I love my car so .... I got the title shortly after & that was that... Not a bad place to get a car but its not the best
I have been to this dealership and been treated with dignity and respect. The vehicle I had wanted from the previous day had already been sold due to my lack of indecision. I recommend anyone looking for a used and reliable vehicle to visit them and buy a decent and long lasting automobile especially now that Houston has too many flooded vehicles.
I just bought two cars from here on Saturday. They people on staff who helped me were cool. They went out of their way to help assist and provide good service. Scott, however, is a complete jerk. If I didnt have to deal with him, I would rate the experience a five. This was not my only option. I dont have bad credit and could have gone anywhere. The whole point was to get my two oldest children cars and give them the experience of saving for something they wanted. The money was no obstacle so I really did not understand the jerkitude (I know its not a word) they received from him. Would I return? Probably not. Customer service is the most important thing to me. Next time Ill just have to triple what they have instead and go somewhere with a courteous professional owner. If it had not been for one particular guy on staff, I would have taken my family elsewhere. I rate him a five all by himself. Scott needs to take is head out of his butt and treat people with some respect.
I bought my truck here. I really like my purchase I was lucky, only paid 1k and 1 k for a new transmission. Motor is worn but runs. You decide.
Scott is great to work with. Hes honest and wants to make sure he puts you in the right vehicle. His staff is friendly and helpful too. If your looking for a quality used car and great customer service, I highly recommend Scott Harrison Motor Co.
If you know how to wrench there are deals to be had here. A goldmine for those who know cars and enjoy a treasure hunt.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! PLEASE, I KNOW YOU ARE ON A BUDGET, BUT SHOP AROUND. DO NOT BUY HERE! I purchased a Buick Riviera. After only 1 hour, the car broke down and I was stranded on the side of the road with my kids for hours. The owner Scott Harrison DOES NOT CARE. I asked all necessary questions to the guy they called Bull I asked, Is there ANYTHING I need to be concerned about under the hood? He said, No, this car runs like a top. I test drove it. Like all the other cars it was dirty from sitting. I just spent well over $300 for Ignition control module, Cam sensor plus it needed a radiator flush and...out of the blue an alarm was blaring, and I had no way of shutting it off I was driving around like I stole this car. Not only that, I was given one key...and it doesnt even unlock my doors so guess what? Had to call a locksmith and pay $160 just to get inside my car. Scott Harrison recieves all calls to his cellphone. He ignores my calls. If you get a hold to him he promises to call back and never do. Told me a guy was going to come get us off the side of the road never heard from him or anyone else. This place is unprofessional. Nothing but lemons. They know EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Please take heed from my personal experience. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ive seen the inventory. ALL JUNK CARS. Please...go somewhere else. PLEASE!
Its been a couple of months since I bought a car from this place. I dont like to judge anyone but I prefer to give critical feedback. I bought a 2004 Nissan Maxima from this dealership for almost $4,000 after a week I noticed it had problems. Car had been heated up before and some sort of white chemical of some sort was placed in the car so it wouldnt heat up so soon. I know this because after a week of purchasing it I noticed it had problems. I was on a steep road and the cars stereo and air completely shut off and the car was going backwards. I had my siblings and mother in the car and became worried because if I would have gotten in a car accident while they were with me Id lose it. A mechanic told me it was the transmission so I decided to sell the car. My buyer knew about the cars problems and gave me $800 bucks it sucked because I paid almost $4,000. It was my first time buying a vehicle, Im a college student of course I was looking for somewhere cheap. Like the a saying says the cheapest things turn out to be the most expensive and its true basically all my money went to waste. Without being said I dont judge God bless the people who work here because at the end of the day they know very well what they are selling. If I would have lost my life driving that car the seller would have not felt any remorse Or who knows. Just wanted to give some feed back after working hard again while attending college I finally earned money what I spent on that Nissan to give it as a down payment to purchase a 2015 Ford Fusion from an amazing dealership. More than happy with my purchase and thank God for Lemon law!! 👍🏼
Dont waste your time and money, most of the cars are junk cars that should go to the scrap metal yard. what they do is they will come and pick up a car from a person who wants to get rid of it cause either engine problem or it just dont run and then they will take that same car and sell it the next day without even fixing anything on the car to make sure the car is safe for you to drive. instead your risking your life on a lemon that could put you in serious accident.... so do yourself a favor stay clear of this place. and if you dont believe me check out the other post others put up and if you do go to this place all they will tell you the car is running. but yet you will never know cause they wont let you test drive it and god forbid your on the highway and your brakes fail or the engine shuts down.. its just not worth it trust me! your family life is more important cause all they want is your money for these JUNK CARS........ and they know there all junk cars that need major repair so before you go and spend your hard earn money on a lemon go to a dealer who will let you test drive it . why do you think the cars are so cheap? cause once they got your money its a done deal. car are sold as it. dont do it !!!!!!
Save your money dont spend a dime at this sorry excuse for a dealership it should really be a junk yard all cars in a poor condition
Cars are not worth what he ask for them he will say if you got $3000 you can easily find a car there which is true but all of the cars are junk and not worth even $3000 all cars are torn up with multiple enginge issues and not mechanically sound dont get ripped off by buying one of the cars
Easy to work with; comes with the expectation that you know what youre looking for and doesnt try to talk up his stock or give the illusion that everything is perfect. Fair, honest, respectable.
A few good cars most on the lot are bad running cars the customer service is not good at all I didnt spend 30 minutes in there because its hard to get someone to help you the owner Scott he isnt any help at all my experience was a waste of time and hopeless better going off searching on an app for a good car or going to another dealership
If you are looking to purchase a car this is the place they are very reasonable and great to do business with
Sometimes has some nice cars. and sometimes not so nice
Bought an 03 Nissan Altima from here right at a year ago. My dads a mechanic so it was a fixer upper. They were honest about not knowing what was wrong with the car and said if we still wanted he would discount the rate. Car was regularly almost $1400 but I got it for $950 with ttl. The car only needed a sensor that didnt cost much. Im still driving it today.
Purchased a 2010 Chevy HHR almost 2 years ago. Price was very decent and my car has held up awesome over the time. Yes, it had a few things wrong with it but nothing major. Ive put it on the road 4 or 5 times to make road trips. Scott even mailed my plates to me when I couldnt get off from work to pick them up. I didnt get a deal on my car but it was fairly priced. Thanks Scott for helping me when I needed it.
Some pretty good used cars. Older and newer models. Have a mechanic with you if you dont know much about cars!!! And thats at every used car lot in my opinion....
Bought 08 Magnum, check engine light flashing on drive home... stopped at mechanics dropped $700 for repairs. 2 days cylinder needs replacing, now its the oil pump needs replacing. And only had car a week today. The struts are bad & need replacing. Wasnt told that you cant lock car because door actuator needs replacing, already locked out of vehicle once. Found out there is still a $1,000 bank lien against this vehicle that dealership has had for 3+ months. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Lousy business👎👎👎👎👎
Do y’all take a debit card
Will update as we try to move through the process, but we got there 1hr prior to closing time on the gate and 30mins prior to closing time on here and they were leaving. Didnt seem to care how far you may have driven to come spend money here. Just said come back tomorrow. I wonder what time they open? Sign says 0930.Update- they were open at 0930.
This place is a mess they should shut it down 👎👎👎 theres no room there to even park they cars outside..wanted to test drive a car it took over 2 hours hours just to get the car out. No toom whatsoever..its overpacked with cars how can they even be in business..
Bought a 2004 chevy avalanche, scott guaranteed it was the best thing on the lot. We paid 5k and its a year later the truck was a great investment and i always recommend friends and family. I TRULY THINK SCOTT SHOULD START A REFERRAL BONUS BECAUSE I SEND SO MANY FRIENDS TO HIS LOT, THAT WOULD JUST SHOW APPRECIATION........
Good low priced cars, but the look junky. Interiors are dirty. At least clean the cars up some.
Great experience I bought a super clean Cadillac STS with great mileage for a super cheap price I got some great advice and information from the man outside and Mr Scott before I made my purchase, and I’m proud to be the owner of my first Cadillac and one of my must own cars.. my car runs great just like new and I’m going back next month to make another purchase..
Love these guys highly recommend! I love my new car, they are amazing!!
Huge selection of used vehicles for a very fair price. You are guaranteed to find something in every price range.
This is not a used car dealership! It is a salvaged junk yard. That is not my opinion, when you get there you will see for yourself. I bought a ford f150 from him last week. As soon as I got it home it started missing. Take it to mechanic and find coils broken and held on with screws. Air filer assembly has no cover and has filter screwed into place. The coolant system filled with rust and stop leak, no coolant, engine is shot, they obviously went through this hole truck and taped and zipped tied and screwed everything they could to have it running in top shape as I am viewing the truck and last long enough to get it out of his yard. He tried to tell me that the auction did all this which is blatant lie. The auction does not touch the vehicles they sell them exactly how they are brought to them. Have since had scott tell me twice he would call me back and of course never hear back from him. Update : today I was offered the money I paid for the vehicle but refuses to give me the 1000 I had to pay in repairs.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Junk cars that are highly overpriced with horrible customer service to go along with it.
Scott helped us find just what we needed & made it work for us! 3rd car bought from him! He told me we could get it done! Thank you Scott!
Had previously visited this business with very limited funds and they couldnt help me at that time which Mr.Harrison was very prompt to tell me at that time...he is a business person and time is money.I decided to five them another try since it had been years later and I had saved up a little more monies this time. The first person I saw to help me was George..VERY patient young person and quick with a smile. George walked me around the cars and made suggestions on what I could afford and what was good better or even not so good. At the end of 2 hours I bought an older jeep Cherokee on Georges recommendation and a test drive and my own opinion. car is fantastic for the price!! Mr. Harrison comes across kinda rude and short but he IS A BUSINESS PERSON so I can understand his handling of business..once the transaction was completed he is not an altogether bad person. I can say if you are on a limited budget go here but be realistic and invest some time looking at their inventory but remember the lower prices ones can be good but take time to test drive and talk to the staff..they are very hardworking!
Straight up cash cars for just about any budget, very busy, over all business seems legit. I would definitely recommend to others who are in the market to buy!
Drove 45 miles to look at a car advertised on car guru. Car did not match picture it had been wrecked multiple times and not even fixed and Scott was very rude when I pointed that out.
I went and found a car that i liked and the owner scott told me he would have a mechanic look at it and call me back. For a week they never called me i had to call them everyday and they kept telling me they havent gotten around to it they would do it the next day and call me. Finally i called one last time and he told me he sold my car that they were willing to buy it as is... I was willing to buy it as is but HE suggested having his mechanic look at it so i waited. Complete bull!! I would suggest going somewhere else to buy a car maybe somewhere where they care about their customers and actually want their customers to be happy??
