My family had bought 3 cars from here over the past 10 years and have just finished up purchasing our final one from liberty. The customer service has definitely went down, the car seller’s don’t even come out when they see you looking to potentially buy and this go for the Antoine location as well. I remember when we bought our last car from here and the key died the following week so I called and asked if they had a replacement and they said no but when I went in to pick the title up there was the replacement key. Don’t plan on buying from here again because the honesty and customer service is gone. Even when going to pick up the title the women in the inside made it seem like it was a huge task for them to do they they did not want to do.

I GAVE THEM FIVE STARS THE FIRST DAY I WENT BECAUSE THE LADY WAS REALLY NICE TO ME . AND CARS LOOK REALLY NICE . BUT I REGRET BUYING THERE DOWNS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE .GOT A 2013 FORD EXPLORER AND NOT EVEN A WEEK THE POWER STEERING STOPS WORKING . AND NOW ITS LIKE $ 2000. TO CHANGE THAT PART AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN RESPONSIBLE. THEY SHOULDNT SELLS CARS LIKE THAT. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE.

I bought a car here didn’t have a car a month and the car started having a leak from the air conditioner the air conditioner and the heating goes on and off called because that car was supposed to have a warranty their where really rude and told me that there couldn’t do anything because I had already sign the lease and I was not going to have a car that didn’t work I had also given a 3000 down and the payment month to month and came a return the car it has no been even 24 hrs and that car it back for sale they didn’t fix anything that was wrong with it they just took some money from it and put it back on the market I do not recommend that you buy any car here !!

They never comes to attend customers outside Ive gone several times even went inside and they just sit there like your bothering them

Over the past few years, We brought our last four cars from This place. All of the cars are cleaned and detailed. The sales people are great not pushy. They don’t even bother you like the other places do.They have a website that is updated daily.I mean they are used cars so you take a risk, but we have had great luck with all of our cars from them.

At first are very nice. After you buy and have any concerns, theyll be so rude and tell you no warranty. If you default on payments 2 weeks, they will repossess the vehicle with $1000 on top of what you owe

0 stars... I had 1000 down on a 4995 priced car and have 6 paid car loans on credit but because I recently changed jobs they turned me down. I have been in the same work field for 9 years but because I recently looked for a better opportunity got turned down? With 6 paid car loans? Makes no sense! Definitely save your time and go somewhere else.

Any vehicle you purchase here is sold as is. Some are salvaged vehicles I assume. Our truck had high mileague. One thing is for sure that once you drive out of that dealer and run that truck for a couple of miles or a week, the engine light turns on. Maybe because the dealers staff unplugs the battery and plugs it back in which creates a reset. If you are curious, just test drive it to a nearby inspection station and they will tell you if the battery has been disconnected. 😉 But anyway, you are buying the vehicles as sold as is, so buyer beware. I like buying from them because their down payments arent so bad and the price of the vehicles arent so bad either. Our trucks last for about 3-5 years. I had to replace my motor with one of my trucks, but maybe that was my own negligence in keeping it up to date with oil changes and such. Oh and contrary to what they say, that they “don’t” report you to the credit bureaus, they do! At least at the end of your contract, they report you as paid. Could be good or could be bad. Don’t know why they lied. 🤥 Good thing I paid them. 🤝

I love this auto sales. I purchased a vehicle from here before. I have one complaint and that is after you make a down payment you are required to make a payment that week. I feel they should at least give you a two week time span.

I just bought 2015 Corolla. Its been 2 hours. When I turn the key Gas is coming out from underneath the car. They told me thats my problem Afters 2 hours I bought the car. Brittany said nothing was wrong with the car before I took it. Thats the service I got from these people.

Bought a car here. Good price. They even came to my house to take me to the lot because I had no way to get there.

Don’t recommend at all .... I bought a car from here second day check engine light came on had a bad battery called said no warranty at all. Literally was the second day smh $200 for nothing ... 2weeks later another check engine light had a bad vent valve sensor. Save your time and find somewhere else !!!!!!

Theres a reason why they stress so much on their Buy as is policy. Purchased a car from them with a bad transmission and so many electrical problems I found out about a month after buying it. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Sold us a van with rust damage on the roof. We didnt see it that day. Now we have to pay $3000 to replace the whole roof.
