Erik & Matt, the service writers, remember their customers and call them by name.I sat in the waiting room for the oil change & tire rotation. When you see and hear people at work, you can get a good sense of their ethic. This is a completely honest shop focused on the best car care for their customers.Often, regarding my old worn out truck, I would get bad news. But the mechanics and service writers would help with what needs to be repaired just to keep it running till I could work up the nerve to part with the cash for a new Yukon XL !!!!!They look after your vehicle as if it were theirs.

We bought a high-end, modified Jeep from Brazelton, sight unseen, and had it shipped from Houston to Denver. It really wasnt sight unseen, as before we purchased Bill and Gabe did a video walk around of the vehicle, and answered any questions we had. They also answered all questions during the purchase and delivery process, as we were concerned about the whole transport issue. After the vehicle arrived they continued to answer any questions we had, and were very responsive by text, email and phone. All documents (e.g., carfax) were provided as expected. The title of the vehicle was fedexed overnight to us prior to the vehicle arriving. Bill and Gabes customer service and honesty are top notch.

My family has been going to David for almost 20 years. He is hands down the most reliable and honest auto mechanic in Houston. I’ve known and used him prior to his partnership with Brazelton and I was a little apprehensive to learn he merged his business, but when I called him, he didn’t even hesitate to help. The radiator hose blew two nights before Christmas Eve. He gave me the number to the towing service they use (which you don’t pay for upfront! you pay for it when you pick up your car). They picked it up the next day and everything was taken care of. I told him we’d be out of the country for the holidays and he said no problem - we can text you the estimate and updates. By the time we got back, everything was done and they even washed the car!I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else in Houston!!!
