I am a mother of three little girls! I used my stimulus money to purchase me a car for me and my children and was told it was a good running car. Not even two months in my car broke down! I paid over 5000 for this car. My husband reached out to the dealer to see if they could help, they have done nothing. I cant believe how these people took advantage of me. I will NEVER buy another car from here! This is not reliable cars as they claim to be!

I bought a car a month ago and am still waiting for something to go wrong. I just cant believe that THIS car was priced so low! But Im seeing now that it is real. This lot is legit. They just sell good cars at a fair price. At least my experience was fair. I know there are some bad reviews, but I can only speak from my experience. Gave them a chance not once but two times and both instances in looking for a good inexpensive car. Two Hyundais. Both showed signs of mold. Im not going to say that they dont have some good vehicles. But let the buyer beware. Be thorough in reviewing your purchases with a fine tooth comb.

Bought a car for 4000 great condition, everything works had my car over year no issues I would definitely high recommend this location I suggest you buy the higher prices cars, if you want cheap then expect to have issues with it I’m just saying, you get what u pay for and only down fall is that I had to wait 6 months due to pandemic for my License plate and stickers to come and titles

Purchased a 4500 dollar car from here.It was great for 5 months but is declining a bit. However, it is worth it. The deal was easy, and they do have great vehicles. I felt comfortable there and feel a family vibe that I trust, and I consider myself to be very intuitive and perceptive.I dont believe Hector or anyone here would purposely sell someone a bad car.It would be nice though if the cars could come with a new battery.. Mine went out also very quickly.Also, there is always a little risk in purchasing a used car, especially old cars with high mileage.I live in an area that was majorly flooded, but I am also in a flood zone. From my personal, extreme, evacuated for 4 months, lost my car to the flood, experience - I know their lot couldnt have gotten more than an inch.It is a good business. They treat everyone fairly and they worked with me.Tags took a little while to come in, yet they gave me a new temporary license for free when mine almost expired once.They called the moment the tags came in though.Went through 11 cash car lots before this one, and I chose this place for a reason =)My car is nearing 7 months now, and I havent had to pay any money to get anything fixed.Car isnt new, so I expected it not to be show ready perfect. Yet it does the job! And was very clean on the inside too.

If I could put 0 stars I would! They seem all nice and stuff when you first go up there of course. Help you choose a vehicle that they know in fact if VERY UNRELIABLE. I bought a vehicle with them and about 3 weeks later it began messing up.Hector supposedly helped us and again, the vehicle was back at it. Fan needed to be replaced, water pump, the heat did not work, it had no oil and I can go on. Not to mention, this was in March 2020, still no title or plates.It’s convenient for them to make their terms “ AS IS” for legal reasons im sure but someone needs to shut this place down. Basically if you find a car with no problem you’re lucky but I know a few people who have left and within months the vehicle messes up.

A family member recently purchased a. Hyundai Santa Fe from here a month ago and the vehicle has stopped working. Took it to the dealship and they determine that the engine has hydro locked and informed my family member not. To go back to that place because they ripped her off. The vehicle has only 119,000 miles .

Tried to sell a car with a blown clutch and masked the engine light to not show during the test drive. The car did not make it even 5 miles before stalling. They refuse to fix the issue. This business is anything but “reliable” and I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from here. They should be shut down. They also follow zero CDC COVID guidelines.The sales people bicker over customers in front of us. It’s a terrible experience altogether.

I bought a RAV4 from them knowing the transmission was leaking so they knocked a few bucks off for that. Within a week of driving the check engine light came on. I scanned it and it was pointing to the catalytic converter. Since I could fix that myself it cost me $600 for the part. I imagine it would have cost me at least another $1000 if I took it somewhere else. Just keep in mind they are very used cars

First off, if I didnt have someone that knew how to fix vehicles when they stopped working, this would be a 1 star. I do like the car I bought from them but it has been anything but reliable. I have had to get repairs done on it 3 times and towed because it wouldnt start once. It was an older car so thats kind of expected though but not at the frequency Ive been having issues. Second, I bought the car February 2020 well before the pandemic turned lives upside down and its October 21, 2020 and Ive called twice asking about plates and each time been told to call back tomorrow. I plan to calendar each day to call morning and afternoon until someone gets this license issue resolved.

I bought a nice car at a nice price, I waited to drive my car for a while before writing the review. The car still works and didnt fall apart after leaving the place. Prices are very reasonable

We went here to get a car and Mr Michael said oh we dont sell cars that the ac dont work in well the 4 cars we viewed all 4 the ac didnt work. My sister got one car for 4000 and they were like just bring it back we will fix it. We have brought it back two times and they didnt do anything to fix it at all. The tire rods cruch when we drive, the ac dont blow cold despite two times they said they fixed it. The gas tank can not pump gas into it because the sensor u have to literally sit 20 min just to pump gas slowly . Im not at all happy with anything about this place. Good luck with this grimy place.

A lot of these comments are due to lack of having a mechanic present and afterwards for diagnostics.You should even do that when you buy a Porsche!Angel sold me my car and everything checked out. Have had it since early July- no issues and clean title. Hector gives great customer service - I was concerned when I’d get my paperwork due to the last dealership I went to (through a friend) that never gave me my title but took my money!It does take months to get the title due to COVID . I bought a Toyota and they last hella long .

Purchase went smoothly but still having trouble obtaining plates, registration from them.. They keep giving excuses regarding government offices being closed (due to Covid issue)and they are unable to obtain the title. I walked in off the street on another car and completed my title transfer in a day so I know this is not true. Im afraid my tax, title and registration money went to someones pocket. After reading other reviews it appears the owners have been scamming the public and government for some time.

I had to click a star in order to leave a comment... So, my little cousin and I test drove a 2005 Nissan Maxima (white with a sunroof) and while during this drive the car cut off completely in the middle of the highway! Not once, but twice the car stopped on us during the drive. Angel was the person who assisted us. He stated that he did not know that the car had any fuel issues, but I’m not too sure how true that is! Another car that we looked at smelled very molded like a wet rag which means it may have been in a flood. Moral of the story, do not spend your hard earned money here!
