Jesse is Absolutely Amazing. Jesse is the truth here and stand by his word. Amazing cars with low miles. I sat in dealerships the whole weekend for hours only to be denied. This place is a Blessing. I wish I could leave no star review for this place. I have had to contact my attorney because I have been trying to pick up my car all day. The place will not let me have my car when I paid the note and insurance on it. I now have to take legal actions and wait a whole day to pick my car up because no one can reach the manager. No manager is on sight daily. Very rude. Unhelpful employees.

If I could leave no stars I would after purchasing my third vehicle from this company my first was a minivan that I payed off the 2 was a Ford taurus that I paid off but when I had only 2 months Lift to pay I got behind one payment “a week” because I was hospitalized for a week during that time they repossess my car but I paid about 1500$ to them and got it back even though my car payment was only 400$ a month but because ultimately it was my fault I paid even so I referred many people to this company these people re-Po’ed my 3 car because someone lied to them and told them that I hit there car without being insured although there was no damage to my vehicle at all to support that lie. they didn’t even contact me to ask they just sent a repo truck after I paid my down payment and on time for nearly a year a “BMW “ this time, by the way when I called them they lied by saying no one is after my car and it’s not them my payments are current I feel like they stole my car to resell it during income tax season don’t trust these people

I was very disappointed the lie they told me was because I didn’t live in Harris county you looked at my driver license and seen were I was from and the other question he ask me was about another vehicle I had why that matter people buy vehicles all the time from Houston Texas. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I went in expecting to get turned away like every other dealership I had been to. I told them what I had and what I was looking for and in about 30 mins i was driving off the lot. They even helped with insurance!!! That was I believe in 2017, over the years I had come in to a hard time financially, but they always always helped me out!!!! As of today I paid my remaining balance!!!! Today I am here to rant and rave about the BEST car dealership that I have EVER had the pleasure dealing with. I purchased my vehicle in March 11, 2017. I walked in with my NOT so great credit and just knew it was going to be one of those long drawn out processes. However, it was just the opposite... I was there 2 hours and drove off with my car!!!! I had to replace my vehicle after the hurricane and Liquidators made it super easy. They were upfront about the down payment and did not hassle me about the price of the vehicle. Very good came and got a truck had it 2 weeks and abs light and ECT was on told them and they sent me to their mechanic and they fixed it right up no problem..

I cannot say enough good things about these guys at Liquidators.So I will just tell you my story on June 16 (father’s day) of this year I came outside my apartment to go to dinner for my day.and come to find out somebody had stolen all four of my tires and rims off my car and left my car on the ground.🤬 I called my insurance company and made a claim 3 days later my insurance company wanted to give me a small amount to cover my rims and tires plus I didn’t have tow insurance on my policy so I couldn’t afford to tow the car. I called Jesse and Alex and the jump right on.(it’s like had my own little personal lawyers).They had my car towed back to their dealership then started Negotiating with the insurance company to have my car fixed right.They hammered and a hammered and got all the money that was needed to get my car fixed right.It touch my heart that they cared that much about my situation cuz I no that’s not their responsibility. I have never known a car dealership to do that for anyone😥 Now I got my car back and I’m rolling again. I been a customer for about 2 yrs and very happy 😃 that I still am. They are crooks!!! Took my daughter car because they had to keep paying for the repairs. They said the mechanic call them to pick it up but after talking to the mechanic he said that was a lie they told him that they would do her a favor and pick it up since the mechanic shop was closing.... once we got there to get the car they said do to the tail light being damage minor accident she had. they had to get it fix since she has not fix it. They are trying to file a insurance claim through their insurance. We never ask them to fix that... so they will not give back her car. She was with out insurance for about a month and has been trying to pay her car note and they have refuse here payments to make her late. So now he is saying she is $380 dollars behind. So we tried to pay that and he said no the car is damaged. He is really trying to get some money from his insurance people... Just crooks crooks!!!! First off they sold her a car with issues but we was willing to work with them. Now that the issues has became bigger issues (in their pocket) they have illegally repossessed her car!!! Now they tell her to find a bank to finance her. FYI/she has never been late with a payment. So with them telling her that it should let you all know they are doing illegal things within their business to take your car. Plus his response confirms it so since your intentions are good give her back her down payment or something to get another car!!!!

I brought a 2014 Jeep Patriot from them in March of this year. They financed a cash car for me, when I took it off the lot they told me it was still under warranty and if I had any problems I would be able to take it to the dealership for any repairs. Well when I left off the lot with it the truck had a squeaky noise and that the CV joints needed to be taken to the dealership and they would pay for all repairs. They told me to take it to the Dodge dealership off Antonio and ask for their rep named Brian. When I picked up my truck Brian told me my truck was 100% fixed. After driving off the lot I noticed the noises continued. I called back to the Dodge dealership to be informed by them that my warranty only covered if the engine went out. I immediately notified the salesman Jesse. By the time he got back to me not only was the noise still there but my truck wouldn’t start. He told me to take the truck to their mechanic to see what the problem was. After their mechanic looked at it he said that the whole suspension on the truck was bad and that it would cost over $1500 to fix it and I needed a battery. Granted I had only had this truck for 1 week. I was told by Jesse that they would pay for a battery but the suspension problem was my problem. They agreed to pay half of the bill up front but I had to pay the rest but what they paid would be added to the back of my note. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic who told me their mechanic lied and only the two front struts need to be changed. It still costed me about $600 to fix. Which came out of my pocket. Well at the beginning of May I lost my job and was out of work for 3 weeks. So struggling to pay my bill I got 2 notes behind for a total of $410. I asked them on Wednesday to wait until Friday so that I could pay the $410 which was less then a month pass due. They told me I was to late and picked up my truck that same night. So I call them the next day to talk to Alec and make a payment for them to tell me he is off today and no one else could help me. They then put me on the phone with the owner who told me again I would have to wait until Alec came back to work and no one could help me. This is the same man on the day I brought my car told me I had gotten the best deal on the lot. This place is a rip off and a scam, and is not meant to help working people like they claim. So without a car I am probably going to lose my job, so now they’ll get to keep my truck and sell it to the next customer with all the repairs I have already made. Scam artist at its finest.

Great customer service! As long as you have stubs, and a trade in you are good to go. In an out in 20 mins. Traded my 1998 Toyota in for a low miles 2008 Colorado. Paid it off in 2 years. I am now looking for a second vehicle with these guys. 5 stars all the way!!

The service was friendly and attentive while buying the vehicle. My complaint is that when we asked to get a truck checked out by a mechanic before buying it, they insisted we go to a specific shop constantly assuring us that they really hope it is a good truck and that they dont want to hurt their business by selling us a lemon. Despite the red flags we went along with it and took the truck to the suggested mechanic shop. The guy was very nice and told us that everything looked good other than it was due for new spark plugs. After lots of reassurance that it was a solid truck, we bought it. Two weeks later, my husband checked the transmission fluid and discovered it was low, so he took it to a transmission shop. Turns out the transmission has a leak in it that was spotted quickly just by raising the truck up(which the original mechanic also did but somehow missed the leak.) and after taking it apart determined that it is practically destroyed. So now after all the reassurance it was a good truck that only needed minimal tune ups, we are looking at spending 4K on a new transmission on a vehicle we have had for 2 weeks. We are very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. Very much regret giving our money to liquidators.

Jesse the car guy was great!!!!!! He showed me exactly what I wanted to see. I bought a 2010 Dodge Charger Im very happy with the service I got. AND best of all It comes with a 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty! The nice young lady Nancy explained everything on the contract and I had no questions. Would tell everyone to go and see them! They have GREAT CARS!

Back in my 20s i got hustled by them with an 02 cavalier (2008) almost 8k and had to replace everything on it from the moment i got it but i recommend it to anyone who want to get a vehicle and short a few documents ;) ask for alex! A pair of lips will say anything...I have the title to prove it!

It is the worst company ever. I am (unfortunately) financing whit this company, I have maid my payments on time, actually, I have paid more than the regular payment is to make a good relation whit them. However, when I had a hard time whit hurricane Harvey, they helped me out whit 2 payments the same month, I was having a hard time whit 1 payment so you can imagine what disappointed I feel making 2 payments at a time. In addition, they threatened me because of the comments I have leaved saying that they will pick up my car. I do not recommend this company, high prices and the worst customer service. Nancy is the worst sale rep. Be aware whit them.

I love liquidators. My mom has been going to them since I was in preschool and she has always had a reliable car. Im 25 now and was tired of buying trash cash cars that only last me about a year, so I asked my mom the name of the place she always goes to because Mama wont steer me wrong. We both took a trip to Liquidators today and as soon as we stepped foot in the lot we were greeted by a funny & charismatic guy named Jesse. He helped us pick out the perfect car. And when we went inside to handle the business, we were helped by a wonderful, helpful young woman named Nancy. They worked so hard and really wanted me to get the best deal that was best for my pockets. Now, Im driving my 14 Chevy Cruze with only one orevious owner before me. He gave me a deal on it bc they had sold what I was initially wanting. They are patient and work with you when the real.world gives you a push down.
