I always made my payments here due to it being closer to my house than the other location. Very kind ladies in the financial dept, always get greeted when coming in by Brock(sorry if this is not correct) Wow! Even the manager of the store (Ariel) helped me test drive my car when i picked it up. I remember the brakes were super tight, and he helped me warm up the car, and get it running nice for me to leave in. Thanks for the great customer service and positive attitudes !

My car buying experience and ownership has been great until recently. Working in oil & gas we’ve been laid off 3 times since the pandemic began. Last month, I became ill and ended up hospitalized. I got out of the hospital and my payment due on the 15th was behind. Like it was due 4/15/21. The young lady who called me from the finance department was so rude. I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect since having the car. It’s set to be paid off in September of this year but after that conversation I have little hope for a solution. It sucks to be kicked when you are already down.

I drove off this lot very satisfied. The man to see is Ariel. ! I am so glad he was the one that walked up to me when I first walked in. Chacon Auto removed my review. I purchased a car from the 1960 location my sales rep was Hector. This is an update review. My first review was good. There was an insurance problem but that resolved in August of this year. I had sent them all my insurance information and my insurance company also. They even told me at one time my insurance was cancel. Full Coverage I had on the car. My car note was always 2 months ahead. I always paid on time. Went there in October to pay for November and they took $ 104.00 out of my $555.00 car note. I came back with all my paperwork and they made copies. Everything was in order then Megan call and told me that the lienholder address was wrong. Not Way. I got rid of the car and chacon. Got a new car. Now listen. Charon is still sending me papers saying I dont have insurance on the car and they are going to deduct the $104.00.I have had my new car for 2-3 weeks now. Some one dropped the ball. And thats the truth. Why they chose me to pick on I dont know. They are crooks. I hope that money brought everyone lunch. So before you send me a reply telling me to call someone. Please consider returning my $104.00 for insurance you all knew I had. Thank you.

I went to another dealership, from the outside looking in and listening to radio ad, they said they would work with you on down payment and no judgement because of credit. I only put $1,000 down to start and will complete the rest which is $500, in my first two payments. Thats a Total of $1,500 down for a 2015 car.
