Talk about grade A service! This is my 3rd time having James Glasper as my sales agent and as always he never let you down! They say the 3rd time is a charm and I so agree! I drove 3 hours to get my new car and it took me less than 2 hours for me to walk out with my keys! James was prepared and was on top on things! I would recommend him to anyone! This was one of the worst experiences attempting to buy a car I have ever had. I reached out to these guys regarding a particular car via car gurus and they said it was available, my awesome sales rep from 2 years ago and a different office said he would request The vehicle transfer but this dealership refused the transfer request for whatever reason after trying for a few days then they sold car but had another one on hand. We scheduled an appointment with this office and a new sales rep. We were willing to give them a shot. They called to confirm my appointment an hour before the 9:30am test drive which was very impressive, so we made the 30 minute drive over. Things went down hill from there. We arrived for our appointment on time and were not advised our sales rep was not there. We met with a new guy and started discussing the car, financial options and needs, but when he went to pull the keys for the car we wanted the new sales rep returns to tell me the car was sold the previous evening. The good old bait and switch was now in play. He hopped on his pc and proceeded to tell me they had two other cars similar to the one I was looking at available at other locations and could have them transferred to their location if we were interested. Wait a minute...We requested that same courtesy two days ago and were denied, missed out on a car, but now all of a sudden it could be done for them? So now I had lost out on two cars because they couldn’t play nice with each other. They didn’t tell me my sales rep was out of the office and they didn’t tell me the car I had scheduled my test drive for had sold and recommend a new one or be up front about there not being a car on their lot for me to test drive. What a waste of time, a horrible way to treat a customer and lack of professional courtesy to their other team members. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on this experience.
I want to know why my sister traded her car in to this Buisness and they told her they would take care of the plates. She had a Chevy cobalt that was traded in. Now we’re getting tickets of her license plate on another Chevy cobalt same year just a different color. Someone sold her plates still registered in her name to someone with the same car. Turns out it’s a common scam in Houston so when cops run plates it matches the car and the persons record is clean that the plate belongs too.Too big of a coincidence that the car my sister traded in, her plates ended up on the same model car. Watch out they will sell your plates illegally!! We have called and called they still have not returned our call, we have filed a police report to get the tags out of our name. If you do decide to trust these people handle your owns tags when doing a trade in!

This is the first car deal that I’ve had where I didn’t feel overly pressured. General Manager and Finance Manager we’re both very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Inventory is top notch. Very clean, high quality cars.
Car buying can be very draining. However, this location made the experience exciting. The staff was very energic, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Dealership gets one star because of their poor focus on customer experience.1. Lack of knowledge across all of sales on the vehicles being sold. Even basic things like when will I need a next service could not be answered.2. Poor back end execution. I was almost charged to have my car washed after purchase.3. Neighboring salesman create a toxic environment for you if you aren’t working with them. For example I had one tell me “ you better buy that car or I’m going to sell the $@@“ out of it, all while they allowed someone to test drive the car I had been in the middles of working the deal out on.4. Car didn’t come tinted as charged.5. Pretty unorganized in delivery.6. Finance sales manager and my salesmen were decent people at their core but this establishment needs tweaks on the minor things to move them forward. I could not point out one person on that floor who was the clear peer leader and that’s an issue.7. Speakers were not fully functional and cigarette lighter doesn’t work. Pretty disappointing as they claimed nothing is wrong with the car. I trusted that because it only had 10,000 miles however, they should no and be forth coming.

This place is amazing. Rich the manager and John the mechanic are awesome. They are the most honest mechanic shop i have found ever. They explain to you the problem and they just dont just fix something to fix something. I felt so comfortable and the knowledge they have is amazing and if they dont know they will find out before they fix it. This is my go to place from now on always . The experience my grandson and I had was stellar. The customer service was excellent and I definitely did not feel as though we were just another sale to meet a goal for the week/month. My concerns for how the credit query was going to be done did not fall on deaf ears. Our salesman and sales manager were both very professional! It was a great learning experience for my grandson. Sterling-McCall will certainly be my go to for any future purchases.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I called and spoke to a representative about a car that she said was being serviced. Since there weren’t any pictures of the interior online I asked if she could send me some. She never did. I called and told her I would come look at the car and that I was driving from far away. She assured me that I would be able to see it. I called for directions when I was close by just to get there and a service rep tell me they closed the service department early. Nobody even told me!!! Come to find out, the lady I spoke to doesn’t even work at that location. Then they had someone call me to ask if they could find me another car! This place is a joke!!!!!
The staff was a pleasure to deal with. The buying process was easy and I would buy from them again. I didn’t give a better rating because the used vehicle was advertised at one price ($13K) and then they added a $1,500 reconditioning/performace package fee when the price was given to me. It may have been justified as the car appeared to have new tires, window tint etc but not including it in the advertised price was deceptive in my opinion. I enjoyed the staff and they treated me fairly but didn’t like this business practice.
This dealership is awesome! I was looking for a BMW 5-Series and I went to the local BMW store knowing the prices were 3-5k higher than non BMW stores. I didnt know exactly where this store was but when I pulled up I realized it was a Mazda store prior. I did not realize to later that it was part of the Sterling McCall stores off of 59.This store has the cleanest and well kept high line cars I have seen since being in the market the last few months. BMW had so so options but this store had 6 5-Series loaded with all the equipment. Its almost like that restaurant you walk into that you past a bunch of times and they had the best food you ever ate.I made a deal with them on a luxury package 5 with drivers assist DA plus, premium, heads up, lighting pkg, premium leather. Literally their cars had about 5k more options on average than the BMW stores that were priced 3-5k more. It wasnt just this car but everyone I looked at. I am a car but so I get really excited about these things but if your going to buy a highline ride under warranty still then this is the place. They do a heck of a job getting great cars at excellent prices! Kudos SM pre-owned and thank you Kevin for helping out the deal together and letting me drive all your 5-Series!
I called about a car l saw online. The sales people got back to me right away. I saw the car that afternoon and put down a deposit. I went very smoothly and the staff was polite. I would certainly recommend this dealership to other people.

This place is horrible. I put $3000 dollars down on a car. Four days into me having the car it runs hot! Turn out it had a broken radiator that cause a busted engine !!!! Please DO NOT GO HERE ! They won’t help you replace the car!!!!! They don’t fix the car!!!! And they take the car back !!!!! Please don’t spend your money here

I saw a truck online that I was interested in and visited the dealership to try and buy the truck.I spoke to the salesman and sales manager, while negotiating the price the salesman and I took a test drive. We both noticed that the floor mats of the truck we not in the truck. I was told that they were out of the truck because the mats were being cleaned.After agreeing to a price, I asked both salesman and sales manager if the mats would be put back into the truck when it was ready to be picked up.I picked up the truck after a couple of days and to my disappointment the floor mats were not in the truck. I asked about the mats because the driver side mat was missing. I was told by the sales manager that he wasn’t going to do anything about replacing the mats because it would cost him too much money (200 dollars) to replace. I was offered a mat from another truck that had a hole in it as big as an orange as a replacement so I could leave them alone.I asked the manager if that’s the best he could do and he responded “yes that’s it”I also asked him if when I paid the 200 dollars as part of the truck price why didn’t the truck include mats. He didn’t give me response.Needless to say I am very disappointed and thought to write this review so that anyone dealing with them can be careful about doing business with them.Good luck and use your best judgement about buying from themThx
0 stars should really be an option. It took 2 days just to find out if a car listed on Autotrader was available. This is partly because their link on Autotrader goes to the wrong location. After finally getting a call back from them I set up an appointment and was given salesperson to meet. Upon on arrival, the salesperson had no idea who I was or why I was there. He found the car but it was supposedly in their shop and the shop was closed. I asked to be called the next day to get an update on the car. I heard nothing back. TWO DAYS later I called them. Again, they had no idea who I was and they said the car was sold. I explained the situation and the person on the phone talked to a manager and then simply said the car is gone. No one seems to know any actual information on the car or what happened. I had cash, showed up at my scheduled time, and you sold the car to someone else (or it simply vanished into thin air).

I went there to get a car last week. The manager Mr. Fouzi didnt sound so professional. You people can be treated very well in other dealerships than this. The sales persons were good though.
Our Salesperson Karla Jones and finance guy Corey Pitre were awesome to work with. However, I found working with the manager as an unpleasant experience. The price this dealership advertised was not the actual asking price of the car. The manager wanted an additional $1495 for vehicle conditioning. I believe this is a dishonest way to do business and I have never seen a dealership advertise a price that was not the asking price. Overall it was a frustrating experience and I do not recommend this dealership. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because of Karla and Corey. Both of these individuals were 5 stars.

Very unethical dealership!Drove an hour and 20 minutes to find the price listed on line was a lie.Sales manager Shawn Potter advised he had more money tied up in the car than the advertised price.Had to add Pro pack to cover loss. $1,350.00I don’t believe for a minute they would advertise a car for less than they bought it for!On top of that that, they kept my drivers license and I had to take another couple of hours to get my license.I see this has happened to several others that took the time to rate Sterling McCall.I wonder how many fhat this happened to didn’t take time to rate themSTAY AWAY FROM DEALERS THAT USE THESE ANTICS!!

I saw the car I wanted online, I filled out all my personal info, phone #, email... . They emailed me 3 times, called me twice and in all of it confirmed that the car was available, they then scheduled an appointment for me to come out 2 hours later. Well, after driving almost an hour, guess what, the car as last night! But, wouldnt I like to look at one the other cars that they have!!!!! What a waste of time and energy!!!! Did they even ever have the car?!!?! It was such a good price, did it ever exist?

I give the dealership 5 star bacause of James Glasper. He was very easy to work with and understanding of my situation and what I needed. I Definitely reccomend this dealership. And ask for James.
Before i bring in my car here i took it somewhere else to get it fix. i simply went in for an oil change, then decided to get my plugs and coils replaced. The next week and a half was crazy, I brought it back close to 10 times and they tried changing the coils and plugs again to fix the problem. They ended up telling me it was a severe problem and even recommended me to replace my motor as it would almost be the same cost of the repair. thats when i bought my car to sterling McCall Pre-owned service and it was a single spark plug that was installed incorrectly. So I had to pay another mechanic another 200.00 to assess and repair the work they did at Legacy on top of the 1500.00 I paid Legacy to do the job. Bear in mind that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my truck when I brought it in. All of the problems were caused by the fist shop and not fixed by them through multiple visits over the course of a week and a half. That being said i just want to thank Rich for all the help and patient.
I was looking for preowned car and saw a car that matches my criteria. Online price for the car was 23800. I called to check availability and asked if there was any other fee besides advertised price and TTL. Person in phone generously told me they will be adding $2800 to all used cars. Which made the price $26600. I thanked him for saving my time and suggest him to change the price of the car to 26600. I’d avoid such places where they advertise something, lured people to come to dealerships and play games. Avoid this dealership, dishonest price and tactics.
Came here to get my vehicle seviced for one thing and ended up being told that something else far more expensive was wrong. We ended just getting another vehicle from James Glasper who REALLY came through in our time of need. He handled us with care from the beginning to end, even making sure our car got fully detailed because it wasnt when we first got it (that was an issue too). We had to bring it back because they hadnt done much with the vehicle prior to getting it ready to be sold. Even after bringing it back they still had to have the detail company redo it. The service manager stated hed deal with them about that, but subpar service by the detail company.Overall, Mr. Glasper made this experience better, and if this review was solely based on him Id give 5 stars. Hes awesome.
My wife found a car online for a certain car they liked at their price, she called to confirm it was located on-site as she was going to go there to buy it. We live an hour and a half away and he said yes its available. She called twice to confirm, both times she was told yes its available. She then shows up and the vehicle was not available... then they begin to play games, i.e. the salesman (Jerry) didnt know car was not available. The manager treats people like they are stupid like we dont know you have to pay T.T.L. It was a complete waste of their time and my money. We had cash in hand to buy car and ttl. WE WILL NOT buy a car from here... I would not suggest others to buy a car from people who blatantly lie to customers just to make a sale.

Typical bait and switch used car dealership. Sales rep failed to inform us about a specific car we were interested in is no longer there. We wanted to make sure it was before driving 50 minutes. He said common in and when we got there he tried to sell us other cars.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any capacity. I attempted to sell my vehicle to them. I had a current lien on my vehicle through my credit union. (Adam Fouzi) appraised my vehicle and offered me $15,500 for it. Myself and my credit union accepted this offer. I had a deficiency balance on the vehicle, which I was going to be paying myself directly to my credit union. Adam Fouzi knew of this deficiency balance and said that this would be fine, that he just needed our paperwork from our credit union to show that the pay off amount was for $15,500. My credit union had no problem with this, they sent Adam Fouzi a letter of guarantee stating the payoff amount was for $15,500 and saying once they receive the check for the vehicle, they will send him the title. Adam Fouzi would not mail my credit union a check for the sale. This is theft!! I continuously called him and he continuously had excuses as to why he hadnt mailed it yet. He kept trying to tell me that my credit union would not give him documentation stating that the payoff amount was $15,500. I contacted my credit union numerous times and they told me that this was blatantly a lie. The manager of my credit union contacted Adam Fouzi and spoke to him over the phone, still this was not enough for him and he said that he needs the title company that my credit union uses to tell him the payoff amount is $15,500. The manager of my credit union gave him a direct number to speak with the title company, Adam Fouzi told me that he called them and was still given an incorrect payoff amount. This was a lie! My credit union told me he NEVER called the title company. So at this point my vehicle has been at this business for over 3 weeks. My husband contacted Adam Fouzi and asked him what is going on why are you not paying for this vehicle. Adam Fouzi actually hung up on him and then refused to answer the phone when he tried to call back 8 times. Coward. I contacted my credit union and they told me that they have no legal right to this vehicle as they have not paid for it nor do they have the title. They instructed me to go to the dealership and ask for the keys back and if they did not give them to me, my credit union would repossess the vehicle off their lot. We went to pick up the vehicle, and Adam Fouzi gave us the keys with no issues. Adam Fouzi had not paid for this vehicle, AND he was currently selling it on their LOT and WEBSITE! HOW CAN YOU SELL A VEHICLE THAT YOU HAVE NO TITLE FOR NOR HAVE YOU PAID FOR?!!!Edit:I spoke with the general manager, very polite and helpful gentleman. He explained to me in detail the issue and that this was clearly a training issue as the process that we were going about selling the vehicle to them was explained to us incorrectly by Adam. I am leaving my review pasted above because I think it is important for other people to see this experience and see how Adam treated us. I no longer hold any bad feelings towards this company however I recommend that if you do go here, see anyone but him.

Went to look at a vehicle that was advertised to have navigation, moonroof, and still under original warranty only to find out that it had non of those things. When I asked if they could re-price the vehicle they only knocked off $300. Not to mention they low balled me on a trade in appraisal.
We went in to test drive a vehicle we found online, when we couldnt approve for that one we moved to a different vehicle. We spent 4+ hours trying to be convinced on cars we didnt want and being given bs excuses for why we couldnt have a different one in the same price range. I finally picked a car and the “loan manager” Rahim told me to give him 24 hours and hed get back to me. Never heard from anyone, i constantly had to initiate contact with Rahim and at first he told me i needed $500 down and when i came up with that, he told me $1000 down, and then he tried to tell me $1500 down!! And he told me it was for “tax title and license” but i used to sell cars and Im not dumb. They have a weird “protection plan” they put on all their vehicles whether you want it or not and its about $1500 and my theory is the bank would not approve this extra $1500 so they tried to get me to pay for it up front. Rahim even told me to “borrow money from some friends” to give him this $1500 for a $11k car!! Rahims failure to contact me, and misleading information is what caused this dealership to lose a sale. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone, go to a Classic dealership they have much better used vehicles, and the staff doesnt jerk you around like this place.

Very poor after sales customer service. Bought a car on the spot. Took 4 hours for the paperworks to get done. Took home the car, after 3 weeks got a phone call that car plate is ready. Went there ( i live almost an hour away btw), and was told my car plate has to be sent back because they gave the wrong VIN. Got a new temp car plate. After a month, was told that my car plate was ready. Went there, was told they do not have it. Gave me another temp car plate coz its almost expired. Another month passed, called them again about the car plate. Said they still dont have it. Told them that the temporary car plate is again expiring. Was told to come in to get another temporary car plate. Now the 3rd temporary car plate is again expiring, and im being passed around. Everytime i call, the person on the other line would say they would check the status and would call me back. Never got a call back. Talked to the sales manager, but got no call back as he promised. emailed the general manager, again no response. Talked to car agents, again promised a return call but got no call. Liked my car.. but the service.. jeez not worth the hassle

Vehicle was advertised for $15900. They do not specify the insurance package that was added to the vehicle which was another $3000 online, so it was a shock. Staff is friendly, unfortunately we where not able to work out a deal.

Customers know that when we buy a used car it comes with details for the use that previous owners have given it, in my case I asked some questions about the used car that I was buying and they lied to me telling me only what mattered to the seller to finalize its sale .I asked the seller if the car used a time chain and they told me that Yes, when I inquire about the car, it turns out that it does not use chain but time mail.I asked the seller why the side doors do not work electrically and he told me that due to lack of batteries that use the doors, when I investigate it turns out that the model of the car I was going to buy does not bring the complete system for the electric doors to work.However, I bought the car because I needed it the same way.
