The first time I visited Archer, I came in reporting an issue with my brakes that Ive researched pretty thoroughly. Its a common issue with the Stinger where deposits from the brake pads will cause a wobbling sensation when braking. I spoke to the service manager and he stopped just short of calling me dumb and said the issue wasnt real.He quoted me for my brake service, informed me that there was no ETA whatsoever for the parts to come in, I went on my way to compare aftermarket prices. I spoke with a few other options who informed me that the brake deposit issue is indeed true, but parts are scarce for the Stinger so the dealership was my best bet.I go back in today and Im quoted again for my brake pads. I notice the front pads are $550 before labor. That looks quite high to me, so I search the part number and notice that theyre $150 cheaper ordered directly from Kia Parts. This came off as very disingenuous to me. It seemed to me that they just wanted me to pay the dealership full price for the parts while they pocketed the difference. Im opting to order my own parts since its cheaper. I no longer feel like I can trust this dealership and I cannot in good faith recommend it to anyone.
I have been having my vehicles serviced at Archer Kia for the past nine years. While my experience here is usually satisfactory, my last two visits here were ridiculous.Scheduled a simple Oil Change, and when I show up to my appointment on time, Gary explains to me they are backed up and will take several hours. There is no point in scheduling an appointment if they dont honor it.I scheduled another appointment a month later for a check engine light. My service advisor again, Gary, told me they do not take appointments on check engine lights even though I have multiple texts and email confirmations for the appointment.He said it would take about 2 1/2 weeks to diagnose. I agreed and made arrangements to be without a vehicle for this long. Nearly a month passes, and my vehicle was still not diagnosed after four weeks! I asked Gary if I could pick up my vehicle, and if he can call me when theyre ready.He said, no, you will lose your place, but if you leave your vehicle the mechanic will diagnose your vehicle in the next 4 days. It didnt make sense to have my car sitting there idle for another day. I opted to pull my vehicle and go to a nearby dealership that same day.My car was diagnosed in a few hours and told I would be contacted when the parts came in. Also, I received a complimentary car wash, something Archer Kia never does.Gary lacked basic customer service skills to help remedy the situation. He showed no empathy and did not contact me at all about my car.
Gave me an amazing deal on my new 22 k5 got after my 21 forte was stolen. Will definitely be going here for all my new cars.

I manage a fleet company. Had 4 cars there sitting for 3+ days and the advisor, Javier, says today to pick them up because their tool isnt working. Simple solution for him but left me stranded. Find a dealer that wants the business. The svc manager can contact me if they would want to assist. Ill update this review accordingly.
While Claudia was very nice in my initial interactions with her, when I actually arrived at the location she was helping another couple. Instead of mentioning this, she bounced back and forth between the two of us, which led to me watching her go over paperwork multiple times in another office and causing me to wait longer.When reviewing my car for trade in, the value offered was about half the original estimate online. While I understand to a degree that there can be differences on inspection, this number was incredibly off from the estimate provided online WITH and wear and tear already taken off in the estimate (as well as any other estimate I have received from other sites). When Claudia went to her GM with the information, he came to the desk and first words out of his mouth were Yeah, you can take that back to wherever you got that from.Claudia also ran my credit before the trade-in value, and stated she didnt know I had a trade-in. However, in our first conversation I spoke to her over the phone with questions ABOUT the trade-in process because I had one, along with a quote online.Im severely disappointed with the entire process here, from the lack of focus of Claudia to the rudeness of the GM in the first interaction when he came over. I would highly recommend looking else wear if you want any kind of customer service experience.

Went in for another window regulator on my optima because they are junk! Went to Beau which is pretty decent actually Gary is just terrible he cant help you find the exit out of dealership! So when I receive my car back somebody had stole 5 bottles of cologne and when asked about cameras or the investigation I was told nobody stole anything and tried to blame ppl hopping the fence and breaking in to steal my cologne 🤔 but didnt decide to steal 2 subwoofers and amps that are in my car 🤔 why is that because it would raise more questions to steal something bigger. So long story short Gary is garbage at everything he does in archer kia and make sure you take everything even if you had it previously in your car when you dropped it off before!!!
My mother and I both were able to purchase vehicles. Her a pre-owned 2018 Kia Sportage, and I a 2022 Kia Seltos. The overall experience was amazing. Trey as a salesman was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. This is my second purchase from this dealership and each time has been great. I am not sure whats up with Kia Dealerships nowadays. Everyone has some attitude issues over there. I was trying to shop for two 2021 Kia Sorento. Manager straight up didnt decrease a penny over the MSRP. It looked like he didnt want to earn the business. Bad Service. Ryan Stanford seemed a bit rude. I was honestly hopeful to get a good deal for two cars. Just really disappointed that they couldnt work out anything or at least something to make a customer.
Paul was great! Saw the car I wanted online, called Paul, negotiated my deal and he had everything ready when I got there. Smoothest car purchase ever. Very happy with the salesman, management, and Telluride. They called a few days later to check in on everything, answered all my questions and assured me I could come in anytime if I needed to. Would highly recommend them.
I was looking for a new vehicle for 6-months (!) and the more I shopped, the LESS I thought I might buy a car, even though I needed a new one. After working with Trey, he found EVERYTHING I wanted + the moon roof! I had already written that off everywhere else, and he found it for me. Id highly recommend finding him personally if you are looking for a new vehicle. He was super personable and easy to work with. Honestly, hes probably ruined the car shopping experience anywhere else. LOL safe to say, I love my new Sorento!
The LITERAL BEST car buying and selling experience I have ever had! Trey Cox is amazing, and I have never had a car salesman like him. I have been working with Trey for months. First time I came to him I was interested in a car, but living in Austin I figured I would just check out what kia had and get something where I lived. I did this at the end of 2020. When I reached out he never made me feel like I needed to have my walls up. Treated with respect, never rushed me, follow up respectfully, and though I spent a good amount of time with him he didnt make me feel anything but relief when I told him I decided not to get something with him. Fast forward 6 months and the impression he made was so beyond what I expected, I reached out again. This time with the intention on buying something with him in Houston, even though I live in Austin! I knew the car I wanted and the price I wanted to be that. I called and we ironed out all the details of my sale and my buy over the phone. I could not have asked for better customer service. The entire process was perfect. I felt no reason not to make the almost 3 hr drive there to sell my car and buy a Sorento. In fact, I felt like it was the least I could do because of how smooth and fun this was. This did not change when I arrived. As you can imagine after a drive like that, all I wanted was to get the car and get some sleep. When I arrived the car was detailed and out front for me. We did a test drive, and within an hour I had my car sold and had a new car for my family. With all seriousness, Thank you Trey! My family loves the car and wish you all nothing but the best!
The staff here are friendly. They were able to provide me the assistance that I required to find the parts I needed. The staff made themselves readily available. The store was neat and clean. The cleanliness was not secluded to the showroom. It included the parts and service sections. The customer service was outstanding. I watched the interaction with other customers and everyone was treated the same.
No respect for my time! They want to keep my car for a few days before they evaluate it?My 2020 Kia Telluride that I purchased from Archer Kia has a warranty issue. You can look at the rear strut and see that all the fluid from the right rear strut has blown out. The ride is now very rough. I called last week and was informed that I should bring it in first thing Monday morning and they would diagnose the issue, and then parts would likely need to be ordered.I went in this morning and they told me that their diagnostic department was very busy and that i should leave my car and that they would take a look at it, but it could be several days before they even look at mine.Archer Kia’s method of business is not acceptable to me.I called another Kia dealer, and made an appointment. They said it would take a few hours to diagnose, then I could have my car back while they order parts. I will then bring it back in for service once parts are delivered.Archer Kia-never again.
From 2011 when I purchased my first Kia till 2021 when buying my second Kia the whole experience and team was helpful and knowledgeable. Claudia Ortiz-Cantu in the sales department was amazing and allowed me to have the time I needed to sort out what model and options I wanted, she provided me with the information I needed to make the best decision for my final purchase. The finance team was courteous and quick which is always nice when you are excited to drive away in a new car. I look forward to working with Beau and the service team on my future maintenance needs as over the years they have serviced my 2011 Sorento countless times with fair pricing and top notch professionalism. No star should be an option. I had a really bad experience! I went to change my car’s oil, I asked the service adviser (his name Garry) to use synthetic oil, but he answer me he can’t do that and I have to do the whole service Package with a total of $179 plus tax or use conventional oil type. I drove a long distance and I can go regular oil at any garage close to my house and pay $22, so I agreed to change with regular with a doubled price of $39. The process took two and half hours just to change oil, and when I asked an old lady (The cashier) about that delay she got angry and start yelling at me.
Ive been using their service department for five years now, from my kia optima to my new kia stinger. Beau is my go to guy, he has been there for me and always answers any questions I have and hes really good about looking online to see if there are coupons available. I highly recommend 👌Shauna G.

We just purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento SX and it was such an easy process. I found the perfect car online and my husband called spoke to Trey and he took of it all! We couldn’t get there until close to 9 but Trey and Ryan were there waiting for us with a smile! They were very friendly and made the buying experience very simple during this crazy time! This review is for the service department of Archer Kia. They get 5 stars for being responsive to communications via phone, being open early on Memorial Day, and taking the customers’ temperature before entering. All customers I saw in the waiting area were wearing masks and sitting six feet apart.As a comparison, the other Kia service shop that I first thought of going to (because it is closer to where I am) never picked up the phone and was closed on Memorial Day. At Archer Kia, everyone I spoke to in the service department over the phone and in person were very professional. I will return.
Bad service in parts department, if you dont have the vin number wont want give you service
The dealership agent handled us efficiently but after having my vehicle checked a month after at their services department, they are not consistent with information being given to me. They said i have to call Kia toll number before they can check the car, second, they said they can keep the car for 2-3 weeks for the checkup without providing information on how i get a replacement car, uber, no options being placed at all. Costumer service is bad. Made me so upset im not going back.

I stopped by just to take a look at a Kia Stinger, as I was not decided between 2 autos. The stinger being one of them. Jose Sorto was my rep. Great conversation hit it off pretty quick. Not pushy at all. My credit is not the best so I wasn’t expecting a lot if I had to be honest. Somehow Jose worked everything out for me, not as pushy as I expected him to be which is great as I would have been turned off. Anyway long story short I went with a 3 year lease on a Stinger GT1 recommended by Jose, smooth, easy, and amazing process. I will def either release or purchase once my 3 years are up and hope to run across Jose once again to assist me in the process.
Dont appreciate being hung up on after calling back to see if youre mechanic looked at the used vehicle we were thinking of buying. We wanted to make a cash offer but before we were even able to say anything about negotiating, your guy hung up on us. Not very professional. I guess we will spend our money elsewhere.
REALLY wished i read the reviews before i purchased from this old beat up dealershiop. Unprofessional is an understatement. DO NOT deal with fat a$$ Andrew once he gets your money your screwed. And Jose with the coca cola bottle glasses, oh he is awful. never ever me again. I bought a used Infiniti from there thinking i was getting a deal, cause i would never purchase a Kia, that car is considered the bottom of the barrel and this location proves me right. Worst experience purchasing a KIA in my life. We had purchased a Kia Soul and was supposed to be delivered to my house but after the first attempt, the car got in a wreck and I had to wait a week for another Soul. The 2nd car I was supposed to get upon delivery I noticed chips in the paint on the drivers side and then I had to bring the car back to the dealer so they can fix the issue and had to wait another week. Upon picking up the car again I saw someone had side swiped the car o the rear passenger side and I had complained to the supposedly manager. I was frustrated as they just parked the car on the side where customers can park and they do not take care of the vehicle for the time they had it in possession!! I complained to the supposedly manager Ryan and he was rude and unprofessional in the middle of my complaint he had the nerves to just walk away from me and did not try to accommodate me for any of the frustration. I am not sure how he holds the position as a manager as he was trying to blame me for side swiping the car when they had the vehicle on possession and I was picking it up from the damages that were done to it when it was delivered to me from the week prior. that does not make sense!! I honestly in my life will never do business with this dealer and I would highly suggest anyone else not to go here to purchase a vehicle. I am further looking in to other means to report this manager to be fired as he should not be someone in position of a manager at a dealership.
I just had the best car buying experience of my life working with Trey Cox at Archer Kia. After my local Kia dealership pulled a bait and switch at signing, I found a great deal online at Archer Kia, over 2 hours away. I was still frustrated and leery of salespeople from my experience at my local dealership, so I got straight to the point with Trey. He was completely transparent, which was incredibly refreshing after trying to navigate the smoke and mirrors I had encountered locally. A couple of very short phone calls and a few texts later, and we had ironed out a deal. I even threw him a curve ball and explained that my husband was going to co-sign but worked really long hours so it would be impossible to get him to the dealership with it being so far away. Trey had a quick and easy solution for this, and even agreed to meet me somewhere with the car so I wouldnt have to drive as far. I was so nervous the whole way to the meeting point wondering if everything was really going to be as we agreed, but it worked out perfectly. Every number on the contract was exactly the same as what he told me on the phone and the car was exactly as advertised. I couldnt believe that after spending several hours over a two day period at my local dealership that I wasnt even able to purchase a car, when after working with Trey for maybe a total of 20 minutes between the phone calls and texts, we had everything settled. Trey was just as friendly in person as he had been on the phone and took the time to show and explain all the features of the car, the warranties, and the purchasing documents. If you need a car and want a fast, easy, transparent experience, you need to contact Trey Cox at Archer Kia. I will never go back to sitting at a dealership all day, trying to pull the purchase information out of the salesperson, and working the math backwards to even figure out how much Im really paying. Found a beautiful Kia on a Tuesday (Via Archerkia.com) but wasn’t able to pick it up until the following Saturday. Called and spoke with sales rep Jay and he a way for me to hold the vehicle. When I came to pickup the vehicle that following Saturday, I was in and out in less than 1hour!! Highly recommended going through sales rep Jay for your new Kia and when you do please let him know that Tamara sent you!
This was the fastest and least stressful car buying process ever. Paul was a pleasure to work with. He answered any and all questions clearly and prompt so i could understand every element of the car buying process. The other employees there were also very helpful and kind. I didn’t feel out of place or like a burden while being stern in what i wanted my monthly car note to be. I would say i was in and out within 2 hours. No more than that I’m sure! I went from a Nissan to a Kia and i don’t regret my decision at all. Thank you, again to Paul and the rest of the Archer Kia family. I’m so happy with my new SUV!

I came in for an oil change; and although I can’t prove it, my vehicle was tampered with. The left rear brakes are literally grinding. I hadn’t heard that noise until I brought my vehicle there. Of course I called and brought it back in. A technician drove with me, and nothing happened! Didn’t hear a screech or grind. It was my first time there, and when I entered the waiting area, just the ambiance let me know how this place operates. Again, I can’t prove my case; yet my vehicle is definitely not the same.

Had a terrific Telluride buying experience here (5 star for buying experience). Ordered vehicle in April 2019, delivered in August and the final transaction was easy and quick. No shenanigans. Salesman Trey Cox did a good job keeping me informed and moving the vehicle through the sales process. Finance department was fine - all digital paperwork which surprised me. Very happy with the Telluride!--Edit: 2 years later: 1 star for the service department. Called to have a warranty item addressed for a failing shock - Gary wanted 2.5 weeks to DIAGNOSE the vehicle. I laughed and went elsewhere. No reason to leave my vehicle for 2.5 weeks when there are many other more capable and well-run shops. I thought for a minute that he must have misspoke - but then I read the other reviews below with the same experience. Sadly, I wont be returning to Archer for service.
Needed to get some warranty work done. Their next availability was 4 days from then but I had to keep my car there (why not just... set an appointment up for me and I could just bring my car in)?? So had to be without my car for 4 days which made no sense, AND they dont offer a loaner. Silly to just not set an appointment up like Ft. Bend Kia and other dealerships. Weird.
Shady business!!!!! Automatic $5k markup on a Telluride SUV due to Supply & Demand. Would NEVER purchase from this dealership in the future either as any markup over MSRP is absurd and not disclosing that prior to coming to the dealership. Well be bringing our business elsewhere.
Got a car from here and I was told that it didnt come with floor mats, but the paperwork said it did so why would you hold back on it ? I did get approved for a loan here through santander consumer which I had 2 problems with: 1). Not reporting my payments to the credit bureaus 2). Paying off my car 3 weeks ago and not receiving a title yet
Great service. Talked to Jose who helped secure a used Kia Optima. Didnt try to oversell or force any additional fees. Very straightforward and was quick to respond when we needed any changes or help with the car (title change, keys, insurance quotes, etc.)

Beau in service did a great job. I had a warranty issue on the motor of my 2019 Optima. They diagnosed the problem and did an engine replacement all within 2 weeks of drop off, no charge to me. They even covered the rental car for the time it was being worked on. No questions or jumping through hoops. They never asked about maintenance on my car because they can tell if it is taken care of by a simple internal inspection. If you need help on your KIA, take it here and they will take care of you. Nothing fancy, they just get the job done.
This place is a joke. I went there for oil change twice. First time, it was a Saturday, I called and they said I can come. I went there and they say they couldnt do the oil change that day. Later I scheduled appointment online at 4:30pm, I went there and same. They said they cant do the servicing that day. Why would they schedule appointment if they cant service. They dont have respect for your time. I will never go there.
Service is fast, but can’t get over how 1960’s and run down this place is. With Kia on a roll woth record sales, surely this dealer is making a lot of money; time to build a brand-new facility (hopefully a little closer to town and no so far out). Way more people live inside Beltway 8 than do outside
We had a really easy experience buying a Rio from Corey. The whole process took around an hour, and there was no pressure for an up-sell or financing. Altogether a perfect experience buying a new car.
Called in advance (worried driver that knows nothing about cars) and Gary talked me through everything and how to prepare. Shout-out to Beau for his friendly and helpful service. He did a fabulous job of confirming everything, reassuring what would happen and getting me back on the road quickly.Waiting room is spacious with water and coffee. Will be back for future service needs.

Terrible service! Scheduled a service appointment online, drove there for my appointment just for them to tell me it would take another 3 days just to run a diagnostic test. This was my first impression. Waste of time and poor business. I will never deal with Kia Archer again. Please find another dealership.
This is one of the best dealerships in Houston!! Especially their service department they get you in and out with great quality work! I recently moved and had taken my car there over a period of 2 years and was greatly satisfied with the work they provide. But I must say I miss taking my car to them for service. The customer service level is also awesome. While others may be out to take your money they are out to make sure your car is running like new. They take pride in making sure your car is fixed correctly and that your satisfied when before you leave! I recommend this dealership for ALL your service needs.

My car recently just died on me and was in a need of a car and kind of quick. Jay was the sale person who helped us and went above and beyond! They found me a car that I really liked and is reliable. They are quick to respond and super friendly with the process. Service / parts staff were friendly and helpful. The service advisor (Beau / Bo) was very thorough and gave us some good tips for trying to get Kia to honor their warranty standards. (Our issue is with the manufacturer, not the Archer dealership). Turnaround time could be better, but is (unfortunately) pretty standard for a Houston-area dealer.

Javier, the service advisor got my Rio in quickly for the service. Didnt get the service techs name, but he explained to me everything that was done to my car. We went to test drive a vehicle that we found online. When we went in we had to give our DL and fill out an information form, not an issue. The salesman says “let me go get the keys” and comes back with “my sales manager says you have to get pre-approved before we let you test drive it.” I’m sorry, what? I pulled into the parking lot in a $70k truck and you’re making me get pre-approved to TEST DRIVE a $30k Kia? What a joke. Terrible customer service.

Very poor customer service, over the phone i stated the price on a car was great but seemed too good to be true which then i asked if the car was damaged... He replied that he could raise the price if that would make me feel better. a few exchanges after that and then he hung up the phone. after reading other reviews this made total sense. everyone stay far away from this dealer
The customer service provided by Claudia Ortiz-Cantu is great! She knows how to go above and beyond for a customer and she will do everything that is possible to satisfy her customers. Unfortunately the store, couldnt satisfy me with the cars price so I ended buying in another dealership, but I still think Claudia Ortiz-Cantu was the salesperson with the best customer service provided at that time. I sure will remember her for a future new car.

These guys don’t know how to make a deal, they must be ripping every buyer off that has been going here and getting a car, I know they lost my business when they try to charge me $4000 more than another dealership ship, not just my business but they lost a 3 car deal and they didn’t even know it. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO JOE MYERS KIA if your looking for a deal. About to buy a few cars from Joe Myers since they know how to make a deal and treat there customers right and compared with other dealership they have good quality Kia’s, they don’t look old or there disc brakes aren’t all rusted.
We had the greatest experience with Claudia Cruz-Cantu. She was straightforward, asked a few questions and got us into a Kia Forte lease. The process was quick and professional. She was very helpful with the details and we got to the monthly no down price we were willing to pay in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend that customers see Claudia as she is friendly, knowledgeable and fine tunes the sale to your needs. Archer should honor her with a Salesperson award!

Archer sales team claim they are very transparent, but they are far from it. they send me a final invoice and made me to drive an hour to get to their place, after signing most of the paperwork and getting the car ready they increased the price by $3K at the financing table. it seems they right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. i recommend if you try to buy a vehicle from them do make sure the sales person and fiance person are on the same page. The all are after getting as much as they can from you. commissions, commissions, & commissions. customers satisfaction is at the bottom of their list.
This has been the second time that we do not have a good experience in Archer. Tim was great, however, the sales manager attitude was nor good. We did not agree on the price. That is fine, however, he got change his mood and destroyed the paperwork almost in front of us. It seems he was disappointed for not leasing the car to us. He needs training on how to treat customers, otherwise, your dealer will lose customers like us.
A few months back I came in to trade in my car the Sale claim that my car was valued at about 3,000 and my car was actually valued at 12,500. Beware of these crooks. Im sure glad I didnt purchase a vehicle.

I very rarely write poor reviews. In fact, I make it a personal goal of mine to write positive reviews because I believe people tend to most often write reviews when they are unhappy, rather than happy. However, this is one of those rare occasions I feel compelled to write one.If you want a Kia from Archer and would like to get accurate information, talk directly with the sales manager from the beginning. The sales rep I worked with told me multiple times a car was available and quoted me a price. I saw this rep in person and spoke with them multiple times via text throughout the week. I made my decision and was excited to buy a new car, after just being in an accident where my car was totaled.When I spoke with the manger on the phone to leave my deposit for the car I had JUST confirmed was still available moments before, he informed me that not only had that car already been sold, but the price I was told was incorrect. Additionally, there was a $3k market adjustment over MSRP I was not told about, so the price was higher even if I purchased a different car coming in at a later date. I honestly feel bad for the manager because Im sure he is frustrated having to constantly tell people their newest car, that is in high demand, is back ordered and he has to deal with the disappointment every day from excited customers.This review is for not being given accurate information regarding availability or pricing. How can you ever make an informed decision when that is the case? The whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, I ended up going to a different dealership to purchase my car.
Lets just say they did their job.. got me a car quick, went above and beyond to get me the color I actually wanted too and had no issues with the service or the car provided to me. Manager is cool, Meg was my sales person, really funny, really nice and organised. Im happy with my car
This place is a rip off they charged me 125 to tell me the axel and transmission has an accident which btw didnt have an accident and the transmission never had an accident and axel was perfect.
Fast efficient and good customer service. Waiting area was comfortable and the free WiFi code was on the wall where you could access easily.

Walked this lot looking for a car for awhile they didnt come out at all to greet us. I guess that could be a positive to some people, but to me it seemed like they didnt care to even ask if we needed help. When we finally went inside they didnt have any of the vehicles we wanted to look at even though I saw one of them during my walk. The price on the ad and what was on the sticker at the lot were about 3000 more so maybe thats why they didnt have it. Whatever the case it left a bad impression and I ended up buying elsewhere.
Claudia was AMAZING!! My car buying experience was easy and stress free. I had been looking to purchase my first vehicle for some time, after visiting Archer KIA, I knew I could trust them with my time and money. Claudia, along with the rest of the Archer KIA staff went above and beyond to get me approved and made this experience one I could understand. I walked out of the dealership with a brand new KIA forte at an amazing deal. I cannot thank the KIA staff enough for this excellent car buying experience.

I have never owned a car before but thanks to this place I can say I do. I loved my whole experience here. I took my kids and we were greeted and treated so nicely. I had the pleasure of working with Casey Spence and he informed me of things I never knew and made my experience the best. I knew I was good when I slipped into my comfort zone.I feel I got a wonderful deal and they have so many cars.
I received a letter regarding a recall on my vehicle. I called this dealership and came early today. It was repaired and this was a great experience. Thank you to the staff in the service department of Archer KIA.

When you walk in they quickly trying to serve you but they also end up serving me four different salesman passing me around which making me feel I am not an important customer not only that they forgot to give me my car keys after estimating the value of it and I have to go in next day to get my personal papers of my bill from Hyundai dealership and from their dealership mail a letter stating to give me a very high price quote for a trade for my car and which I didnt get or being very satisfied for the quote and taking too long and making me wait too long to tried to buy a car! When I went there the next day the store manager was friendly the first day and the next day when I came back he wasnt as friendly as he was before actually I felt that then why do business for me and he was not happy to see me for I dont understand why because I didnt agree the price he offer me for a car he tried to sell me !:-(
My check engine light came on recently so dropped my car off with Gary to see if the issues were covered by warranty. Archer Kia serviced my car and had me back in my car within 24 hours. Thank you again Gary for always being so thorough and quick! - Kathryn Brooks

I have brought my Sorento in for several standard reasons and I have always felt comfortable to bring my crossover here....(good coffee and cookies)... i do, however, have to do MY part in explaining What Im here for in order for them to know what services my vehicle need as well as my expectations [with-in reason]. After a brief verbal interchange i always feel very confident that my vehicle will continue to perform at peak level.... after all, its not my old muscle car 🚗 back in 1975...... Great job guys!
