EXTREMELY friendly staff. Very honest and transparent. Though I was in a financial dilemma I wasnt able to purchase from Autos-Mobiles. Yet I still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle with extremely reasonable prices. Bob and his wife were awesome and courteous to me and I test drove two vehicles. I made an online offer on one of their vehicles and although they responded fast, they did not want to negotiate a better price on it. I was informed the listed price was their FINAL price. I guess they like to collect cars instead of selling them. The listed price on the car was a fair deal but I was searching for a GREAT deal. I have been buying vehicles every 2 years for 15 yrs now and this is the 1st time a dealership refused to consider an offer or make a counter offer. Took my business elsewhere and I was able to get a GREAT deal on a very simliar vehicle.

Really great hands on experience buying my truck, with no pressure or rushing. Family atmosphere with all smiles, and I always appreciate sincerety. Very reliable vehicle with low miles at a little over auction price. Wasnt told about a dent near the gas tank though, which is why I think 4 is more adequate. Required some work in the shop due to misfiring pistons, so I need to get spark plugs for it which is expected at 60k miles, but still was a pain. Overall, I walked away happy and hopefully will continue doing business with Autos-Mobiles.

Im giving a 3 star only because I felt I as insulted by the offer he gave he for my vehicle2005 GMC Envoy XL, clean title, no wrecks or accidents no body damage, interior needed carpet shampooed but was not filty by any means, 150,026 actual miles.NADA valued this vehicle at $4100 to $7100 so offering me $790 was an insult.I had the cash in hand that day to purchase the truck.The truck had an issue that I felt may have in the long run would cost me a few thousand dollars to fix.I really didnt get the chance to check the vehicle over because of the rain and I assume it was his wife that rode with us on the test drive.She gave directions on which way to go or I would have gotten on the highway and drove it a few miles, you cant really get the feel of a vehicle driving a couple of blocks in the neighbor hood. It needs to be driven on the open rode.He made it a point to let me know that I would be getting a $15,000 truck for less than $10,000 with 219,000 + miles on it which I already knew that, I did my research before I drove 1 1/2 hours there to test drive it.I think he offered it at below value because of this issue.Now had he offered me $3,500 or even $3,000 instead of less than a $1,000 trade in then we might have made a deal.I dont know why he just doesnt fix the problem with the 2011 Ford F150 and sell it at market value unless the cost would exceed the value.So I guess Ill continue to look for the right truck for me.

I would not suggest or recommend anyone to go to this business! I bought a truck from them. After driving it a few days i discovered it needed thousands of dollars worth of work!! So much work it ended up being over the price I paid for the truck! After getting the truck on a lift we discovered a HORRIBLE frame, extreme rust damage! The truck was a hunk of rusted metal, completely unsafe to drive and basically totaled. If I were it get in a wreck the frame would have crumble!!!

Bob (owner and salesperson) is a pleasure to work with - right up to the point you decide to not buy the car and have not signed a single piece of paper, but did give him a $500 deposit in good faith. Then he turns in to the stereotypical used car salesman - he will steal and cheat you for whatever he can take, and he did exactly that to me. My bank advised me not to move forward with the purchase as the car (2014 Subaru BRZ) came with too much baggage - out of state title with frame damage reported. Now neither of these issues were disclosed in Bobs advertisement, and he in fact told me the car had a clean title when my wife and I inspected the car and test drove it. He did say something about an issue with the car was reported at the auction he bought it from, but a key point here - he told me it had a clean title. And you know how that goes - you see a car and like it, and you want to make it work. I even paid $140 to “a shop he knew down the street” to have it inspected. They said they did not see anything obvious, but all they gave me was a very brief 4 or 5 sentence write-up – nothing extensive that gave me overwhelming confidence the car was good. And when the bank said dont do it, I got clear headed, and I decided I should not buy the car. I told Bob of my decision and immediately his true character came out. He refused to refund my deposit. He tried to justify this by telling me he magically had two other people looking at the car, and he lost the sale (I guess to both of them) because I said I would buy it. But come on - the car had been on the market for something like 100 days at that point - what are the odds that the time I consider buying it he suddenly has two other people wanting it! And who are you going to believe about the status of the title and the car when $18,000 of your hard earned money is on the line – your bank (who does want to give you a loan) or the used car salesman? To top all of this off, 18 days later after he stole from me, the same car is still for sale on his website and it is still advertised with a clean title! In the end Bob stole $500 from me and my family and put it in his pocket and I got nothing in return. Ask yourself what kind of cold, un-American person does that. Would you steal $500 from someone and give them nothing in return, make up lies to try and justify your lies? Bob would, and he does.

DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM HERE!!! I purchased an 02 F350 from this location about a month ago and it has been nothing but a headache ever since. When I first went to Autos Mobiles, the staff was friendly and willing to show me around. I had researched the truck online and wanted to take it out for a test drive. When we get a car in our inventory, we send it to our service department to look over the car and make sure it is safe to Drive, Bob, manager/lead sales. Well I can personally tell you, it has been over a month and my truck is still no where near safe to drive. My salesman, Ben, took me out for the test drive and the car pulled hard to the left and had some shaking issues. He said all it needed was an alignment, which they were unwilling to do on their cost. Well, at that point I should have brought it to a mechanic. After buying the truck, the day i drove it home the A/C went out, $200. I have had to replace both upper and lower ball joints on the driver and passenger front, about $1,000 job and full days worth of labor. Had to replace axle seals, $175. Alternator, $280. Replace front and rear diff fluid, $30/ea. Had to replace all of the tie rods, inner and outer, drag link, and pitman arm (did it myself for $300. Mechanic was trying to charge me $1200). The truck still needs new brake pads and front rotors, wheel bearings, new brake hydroboost, as well as new tires, $1500. I have been back to Autos Mobiles to get the registration and license plates. Ben over charged me on the registration filling the truck as an F250 instead of an F350. At least they gave me a $56.00 check for that screw up. And the kicker? All they are willing to do to help me out is give me their cost on new tires which is more expensive than what I can get them online for with FREE shipping. What great customer service/ trying to help satisfy the customer! This place is a joke! Go to a real car dealer.All in all, this place is only out for $. They will not take any money off the list price of the vehicle, will not let you take the car to your mechanic (only their service shop, which is sketchy at best), and does not try and satisfy the customer! Be extremely cautious buying a car from here, I know their prices look decent online but there are reasons why. Looking back I really wish I hired a mechanic to go with me to this dealer or bought a truck from a real dealership!!!!TO THE OWNER:Im not a mechanic and as stated by yourself neither are you. But the kicker here is that you said you have all of your vehicles looked over by your service shop to make sure the cars/trucks are road worthy. That statement from you, as well as saying the only thing I think the truck needs is an alignment deceived me into thinking the truck was road worthy. I can tell you, your service shop is absolutely terrible and just as deceiving and full of it as you are. Man was I tricked! Over $2,000 later and still more work that needs to be done, you still insist that it is my fault I bought the truck knowing it had problems. Well Mr. Autos Mobiles, it is you and your service shops fault for letting a truck in this condition be sold. I can tell you I will be writing negative, awful reviews on every site several times per week so hopefully I can to protect other people and their money. The fact you take it this far over a set of tires is mind blowing. With the amount of social media and reviews people take into consideration before big purchases I hope this affects your business in negative way!To all of the potential customers of Auto Mobiles and/or their service shop, do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. This place is deceitful, only out for your money, and cares nothing about you or any other aspect of customer service. The fact the service shop let the truck be sold is unbelievable!
