Paid over $3000. in May, 2013 for 8 security camera installation and recording system.Houston CCTV owner (Jag Singh) said that he and his workers would install in one day. As of yesterday (10/1/13) the system was still not complete. 3 Cameras were never working despite his Assurances throughout the Summer. He is unreliable and unresponsive.Today (10/2/13), after 5 months of trying to get him to satisfy what he promised and supposedly warrants for 1 year, our patience was exhausted and we replaced him with a new Security company. They have removed all of his equipment. They point out that none of it is brand name and that the installation was very poor: the recording device was left on carpet, the outdoor cables were not for outdoor.I have text messaged Jag and emailed him that we have removed his system and expect full refund. As always, he is not responding.Dont be fooled by his web page... it is was the attraction that lead me to call them in the first place.
