Peter was absolutely great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the first representative Luiz Rodriguez left my order unfulfilled and did not respond to my repeated requests for follow up in a timely. As a result, I considered cancelation until Peter responded appropriately.

I had Roman and Mike show up for our ADT installation. Roman left a message about an hour before his scheduled arrival time. He arrived on time, did a thorough walk-thru of the project and process. By that time the other installer, Mike arrived. They worked tirelessly till they finished the installation. Since we were switching the provider, they came across some challenges, but they always came up with a perfect solution.They were the two best installers I have come across in all these years.

On July 6, 2021: after the installation of equipment (command panel, 2-outdoor cameras, and ring door bell), none of the installed items work correctly. Cant consistently live view on any of the devices; only at times. On one outdoor camera when it comes on cant see anything at night as if the infrared is not working. On the ring doorbell, my doorbell does not inside house. I The ADT installer didnt have all hardware needed. I had to unplug some of my own appliances to give him a power strip for his job in the attic. After he installed all the devices he never showed me how to work the function on the command panels or cameras.On July 7, 2021 the next day, I called and reported the issues to ADT support. They couldnt fix the issue so they said to make another appointment for ADT technician. I did and technician came the same day. He could not fix the issues because he couldnt figure out som of the work the previous day installer did work was sloppy. Completely dissatisfied!!

This has been a Nightmare from jump! I really thought choosing ADT for my home Security system was the best way to go.... wow! How wrong I was! ....From the wiring inside, to the technician not having all of the equipment needed for the job for the products that I was told that came with my chosen package, to rescheduling to complete the job(which hasnt happened after a month), to the tech not showing up at my home when at the appointment time and then lieing about being at my home while I was on the phone with customer care trying to resolve the issue! And still today, 8/4/2021, the issue still isnt resolved! Very disappointing and frustrating!!

I am a USAA client that opted to use ADT as one of the perks of being with USAA and have been an ADT customer for over 5 years now. Over the last 2&1/2 years, I’ve had to make numerous phone calls and schedule technicians out to my house to resolve the ongoing issues we’ve had with the alarm system crashing, cameras failing, doorbell not connecting to the system. Several cameras have been replaced, the doorbell has been replaced several times and in less than 6 hours after the tech left on 8/24/21, the WHOLE system crashed AGAIN. ADT, you expect me to pay my bill on time for the service you provide, I expect you to actually provide the service I’m paying for. I’ve given you chance after chance after chance to fix this and there’s still no resolution in sight. What can YOU do to provide me with the service I pay for now?

The installation technician for my ADT system was great, he was courteous and informative. His knowledge and professionalism saved ADT from getting neutral impression of their service. My ADT experience was flawed by misinformation from “call center” . The call center representative mislead me on the requirements for internet connection for ADT install. Matter of fact two (2) representative on two (2) separate phone inquires gave me the same misleading false information verified by the installation center dispatcher for the first install date. Up until the final installation I was skeptical of any information given to me from call center/ sale representatives. Eventually I relied solely on information from technical support representatives.

Brandon couldnt have been more professional and just a real nice guy. ADT made me feel like more than a customer because of how he interacts with customers.

The technician was great, but the customer service from ADT was terrible, especially since we’ve recently a new customer. I would not recommend ADT.

It took ADT 3 weeks to get my security system back online, they did not seem to care about my safety concerns!... I will not be referring to any of my family, friends, or neighbors. Ive been with this company for many, many years!... Once the Technician finally arrived, he confirmed that he had been working in my area for the last 3 weeks!!... he was great but, their service sucked!!! more than likey, I will be cancelling and going to a different company!!... any reccomendations on different security company will be very helpful at this point.

I have had ADT for many years and am pleased with the quality of service. I’ve had few issues but on the occasion when an on-site visit is needed, the technicians are great—prompt, professional and very knowledgeable of the product. Pedro is the best! He really goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done well and he’s a really cordial guy.

With the exception of the GREAT INSTALLATION, I am very disappointed with ADTs handling of my upgrade.7/15 - Called for new BRINKS battery. Was advised BRINKS eqpt would not communicate with ADT beginning 1/1/22. I agreed to replace with ADT eqpt, if free.MULTIPLE ADT REPS AGREED to free install with no increase for monthly monitoring.Rep called to confirm appt and said I would be charged. Held while she checked. Assured I would not be charged.ADT set up installation for wireless eqpt, which is more expensive and costs more for monitoring.7/16-Tech noticed I had BRINKS eqpt, and made sure he had wired ADT eqpt before arrival. Kudos to Jose!!7/17 - My credit card is charged. Refund to be issued within 10 days.I would not recommend ADT without advising all to expect issues.I am not satisfied with the quality of the ADT wired pads. The windows feel like semi-hard saran wrap.BRINKS pads seem to be of much higher quality. Time will tell.

I have been a customer of ADT for 23 plus years. It was time for an upgrade of my system. They sent Juan, the technician and his trainee, Chris to tackle the job. Juan kept me informed until the completion of my upgraded services. Then showed me how to operate the new system. He and his trainee, Chris did an outstanding job representing ADT.

ADT IS HORRIBLE! Worst experience ever. Wish I never signed a contract with them. My camera NEVER works even after them coming to so say fix it twice yet I’m still being billed. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. They are completely rude and disrespectful I know have to involve my lawyer since I’m constantly ignored. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!! They get zero stars from me!

We had the technician Kade come out and provide service to our home. He was not only on time. He was professional. Courteous. Clean. Precise. Knowledgeable. Kind. By far the best technician Adt could ever add to their team. He was very patient with us in teaching us the system. And he has been on hand immediately when questions arose the last couple days. Poor wifi connection for driveway camera never gets resolved. I am perplexed as what do.

ADT technician Pedro came out to service our home alarm system and was very knowledgeable and professional regarding his job. We discussed upgrades and other services that are available. He was friendly, efficient and highly recommended.

So impressed with ADT and everything you can have to protect your home. Our installation experience was superb, Seyth was our first contact who explained everything to protect your home, he consistently kept in touch with any questions we had and would promptly call back, a very professional service. Adam, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us after the system was set up. Adam was extremely respectful and meticulous which made the installation so much easier. To operate the system is easy, having it on our phones is an extra bonus and I would certainly recommend ADT to anyone who wants security and safety.

ADT sensors keep making my alarm go off for no reason. I have tried to have this issue fixed multiple times on different occasions. I had it fixed one last time a few days ago and that same day, the new sensor went off. Im not sure why they go off or if its my windows. But my issue isnt being resolved. I have tried to tell them that I no longer want their service and they try to find a way to keep me. But its not worth it if my system is not functioning correctly. I am disappointed and will be ending my service with them.

We have been with ADT for nearly 20 years. They have continued to evolve over that time. Customer service remains a consistent staple and we truly cherish that. The recent visit from the technician fell right in line with the great customer service. He was knowledgeable going above and beyond to bring our system back online and up to date.

Toxic work environment, management doesnt have your best intentions at heart. Texas state is a fire At will state, with that being said this company will find a way to terminate even if you havent done anything wrong, so watch your peas and Qs if you would like to be employed to this organization. I spent 2 years of my life working for this company, to be terminated based on someone elses performance is disgraceful.

All day install for seemingly simple system. Two additional technicians called in to help. Wires left exposed. Panel in bedroom not attached properly. System does not work correctly and we have to have additional service technicians come fix the system. Poor, poor service.

Alan came to install our system. He is by far the very best technician of any service type that we have ever encountered. He conveyed the utmost respect, kindness, timeliness, helpfulness, and expertise. And he wore his facial mask the entire time, since we are in the midst of a Pandemic. He is an excellent technician, but it is evident that he is a good person. I hope ADT recognizes Alan, as he is the type of employee any business would be thrilled to have and keep. Thank You, Alan! And thank you, ADT, for sending Alan to do the work at our house. Kevin, our Salesperson, is also an outstanding member of the ADT team and worked with us to get the best system at the best rates for our needs. He was a diligent communicator, and provided our service in a very timely manner. I cant say enough about Alan and Kevin, and trust that ADT will reconize these outstanding employees.

Very good monitoring conditions and events. Ranks very poor in system support. Had bad information from tech support on system alarm code, took 6 weeks to resolve after 3 phone calls and an onsite tech that drove 180 miles to get to us, only to replace a room monitor 3 v battery. He stated had tech support read fault code and advised, we could have replaced ourselves. system alarm went off twice a day, each morning between 2 and 4 AM and in the afternoon for 6 weeks due to a low bat alarm. We were also out the cost for a system backup battery which we did not have to replace, again due to false advise from tech support.

All around great job!

Mr. Cruz just left after providing professional, thorough service (again). He was involved in installing my system 3 years ago and remembered critical information from that time. He answered all my questions and explained nuances of the system that I had forgotten. A delight to work with!

They tell one thing on the phone and when they come to the house they do not up hold their promises and add additional charges.

This company has not gotten my order right. Its been since September 3rd on my birthday they held me up ALL day and then I called them and they gave me another day, and when they came out they didnt have ALL the equipment.

This is one of the worst services (both product and customer service) I’ve ever had to deal with. 8 months in and we still do not have alarm connectivity with local responders (we have the permit tho), they refused to give us additional sensors when we moved to a house that had more doors and windows. In our new neighborhood we have an ADT sales guy trying to sell us an upgraded service even after we told him we want to cancel our current service.The technology is outdated, the battery life on the monitor is worse than an old iPhone, and the alarm goes off randomly even when it’s not activated. On top of that if you want to cancel you have to pay the remainder of the contract. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Worst customer service I have experienced with any company.I had a scheduled appointment for one week. On the day of appointment, nobody showed up and I got a call when the time slot they gave me was over. I was asked to reschedule as there technician can make it today. I asked them that I will be home till 4pm. But no! They scheduled me for a time of their choice.When no one showed up, I called as I had cancelled my days appointment engagements and I wanted to get it done. I was told that now I am scheduled for 6:00 pm, the time I have already refused.Again I am given a different time slot for tomorrow.Hopefully they will make it this time.

I have been with ADT for quite a few years now and I never felt more safe. The crew and staff have been very helpful whenever I have called and very professional in their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new alarm system. They really care about their customer by providing exceptional customer service.

I love how fast ADT is at resolving customer concerns. The ADT Pulse app is super user friendly. I love the fact I can function just about everything right from Amazons Alexa. I have always been concerned about something bad happening to my family, but ADT provides me the sense of security that puts me at ease. Thank you Team Houston for all you do!

Cruz was very thorough with everything. He double checked all of his work himself, and again with Central. He was very courteous and respectful. He also made sure to address any questions I had until I was comfortable with how everything works.

I sent an email to cancel the old office two weeks ago. They still not solve this issue and keep billing for two offices. The service is so poor and not recommend to work with ADT.

Technician left peices of wires in all work spaces. Showed up in an unmarked car and had my wife scared. Also, while here, went in to our refrigerator without asking and grabbed himself a drink. Continued working and touching things with ripped open gloves, kind of dangerous with all this covid. We have since already sanitized the home. Also while writing this,found that he left all plastic wrapping trash in the driveway. Also left oil stains on our freshly cleaned driveway from his personal vehicle that he should only park in the streets with.Very very very disappointed with the service. Hope ADT as a company is better than this....This was from safestreets...

I was offered a great package and exceptional customer service over the phone. My package included outdoor cameras and a 6 month cancellation guarantee. When the technician arrived he had no cameras for me. He said ADT doesn’t offer outdoor cameras at the moment because of a malfunction. After clarifying that I would not receive what I had been told, his manager offered gift cards in exchange. He went out of his way to get me installed and taking care of for the “mistake”. It’s been a month now and I have not received any gift cards. The manager is MIA and ADT denies everything and says contact Defenders Security - their third party contractors. Now I’m stuck with a three-year contract when I was offered a six-month guarantee To cancel. I still have no outdoor cameras, which was the main reason why I signed up with ADT. If they tell you they offer outdoor cameras, it’s a lie. They DO NOT offer any outdoor cameras but a ring door bell -which I didn’t get by the way. If they tell you, you have a six-month guarantee to cancel it’s not true either. It only applies to cancel if the system malfunctions. If they offer gift cards in exchange for any misinformation they give you, expect to wait MONTHS before you get anything ...that’s if we receive anything. Up to now all I’ve got is lies and more lies. I asked them to pull the initial call and the ADT Rep just put me on a 15 min hold to deny everything. Their customer service representatives are LIARS and are RUINING the good reputation they once used to have .
