I made an appointment for an oil change and an issue with the passenger running board. Upon dropping off the vehicle, we were informed that the running board would not be able to be assessed. We added in a plug for the driver side rear tire and was told it was a $15 charge.While vehicle was there, I received a phone call with suggested services. Replaces wiper blades, brake flush and another injection service.The wiper blades were just replaced the previous week. I told the service advisor and he said the recommendation is based on mileage. I think the service tech working on the vehicle should physically assess what is needed before having service advisor make suggestions. Not a big deal, just not the type of service were looking for.Upon picking up the vehicle, the tire was not plugged because it was never looked at. Luckily, we were not charged. That was disappointing when we expected to have tire repaired and it was not even looked at. Vehicle was there for 5 hours.We will go elsewhere for preventative maintenance services going forward and only use dealer for warranty or recall work.

Neither of them gave up as we worked through a difficult dealt. One 2021 Yukon delivered and one satisfied customer. Well done guys.

I was assigned to a specific employee, upon arrival I was directed and led to his desk. He never acknowledged my presence which made it feel really awkward. The girl next to him noticed and took over, she was really nice and helpful. I explained to her that I was also having issues with the Auto Stop feature and the tire monitor sensors to which she replied, That will have to be scheduled for a later time. I completely understand the need to do so, I think what couldve been done different is she couldve assisted with scheduling the appointment for a later time. Im not completely sure if Ill be taking my vehicle back if Ron Carter in Friendswood is an option given that their dealership populated on the list of where I can get my scheduled services. If so, thats where Ill be taking it moving forward.

The price of the vehicle offered on the Internet, which is the reason I came to the show room to start with, ended up not being the price that was being offered. There was a $2000 addendum for a security package that was required. In addition the base rate of the vehicle listed on the Internet apparently included a bunch of incentives that you have to qualify for in order to get that price. I suggested to our sales person that is misleading since it doesn’t say that these are the incentive-based prices
Jennifer was a great salesperson and helped me throughout the entire purchasing process. I was buying the car from out of state and a little worried. She was able to do a video meeting so I could see the car and know what I was buying. She was knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions easily. I will never shop there again for a car. We bought a car in June and still have yet to receive the license plates. The car was not even clean when we got it. Ive never been treated so poorly. To top it off, we cant get straight answers from anyone. One person says one thing, then someone else tells us something else.

Was not happy at all when I got to the dealership! I did an online appraisal and was told I would more than likely get more once I came in. When I finally took off work and made it to the dealership it was another story they didnt even offer wholesale price for my trade!! Our trade was in excellent condition and no wrecks reported!! They lied and tried to rip me off!!!

Came in for a service appointment at 9 am was there a few minutes before no one to assist or even greet the manager of that department ended up greeting & helping me out had me see another service rep because mines was busy with another customer waited almost 2 hours for an oil change afterwards the rep Rosie didnt even bother to tell me how everything that was inspected on the vehicle I was just really ready to go at that point & didnt want to wait on the print out!!! Gotta find somewhere closer & faster for service I guess so disappointed though...

Worst place to do some type of finance with them. They added and changed paperwork that had already been signed. They added numbers and what not! They are what I call con-artists at its best. Probably the worst experience Ive had at a dealership service desk. I brought in my 2020 Terrain Fleet car, in to have a tire replaced.I guess the level of service is different at each location. At Sterling McCall you are greater at your car, so I expected someone to come out. No one did. I went inside and the two girls working the Express Service desk were anything but nice or helpful. I will keep giving Sterling McCall my business.

Where do I begin....1. EDWIN CHAVEZ was going to get back to me 20-30 minutes after he called me and left me waiting for 3.5 hours and besides that he left for the day.2. WILLIE HILL was going to get back to me after he did some research which he mentioned was going to be less than one hour and I waited for six hours...and thats because I had to call him back.3. GEORGE HAYES which sounds like some sort of manager called me annoyed that two of his salesmen (EDWIN and WILLIE) had talked to him about me and asked what I needed. I told him the same thing that I told Edwin and Willie, that I wanted a certain type of vehicle. After he heard that, he mentioned that all of their (Beck & Masten South) vehicles have a markup of $1,895 which nobody else had mentioned to me at any point. Besides all that he only offered me to give me $51,575 for my truck even after their trade-in valet offered me $57,430 - $61,580.GEORGE was complaining about how much it costs them to contact customers but if they would they say the truth about their vehicle prices they wouldnt have to be wasting all this hourly wages on employees and most important their customers valuable time.Hopefully they dont reply with: Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I have a rewards program for Oil Changes. The cap was not tightened properly causing my car to make strange noises and the check engine light came on. Also, they said they would wash the outside of my car and they didnt the 1st time. I made an appointment for 10am and didnt leave until 11:30. On a positive note the Service Manager made sure that they check my oil again and washed my car.

Its very shameful the way this place do business and treat costumers. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone I appreciate. Since I purchase my truck in 2016 a supposedly a certified used vehicle, started having transmission issues. I returned several times for the same, they did flushing and tried to tranquilize me saying that the shaking the truck has was due to the car was a 4x4 car. None sense!!! I am a mechanic and I always told them what the issue was. Always got the same answer that I was covered for 90 000 miles, since I supposedly bought an extended warranty, never mentioned the expiration years. Never mentioned either that the extended warranty was not so extended and will count from the first owner!!! Therefore the 90 000 was another lie. So recently I made another appointment for the same recurring issue. They scheduled me 2 weeks after my call. I should be told by then that warranty was expired honoring the time for the first buyer. But no, always treated me with lies and trying hot to honor what I paid for. Lastly, I went to the appointment and found out all this mess, I was given a price of 1000 for replacing the transmission pump. This price increased to the amount of 2486 for the same repair. The truck should be ready in 2 days. I asked my the broken parts and they came with the story of me paying extra 100.!! When I went to get it, It was not ready, I was told to relax because I have 20 cars in front of mine!! Then I got another disappointment. I was told by Rosie Hernandez, Service Advisor that I have to paid 170 for the diagnostic, to get the truck out. Note that this diagnostic was done without open the truck because I have 20 cars in line. I asked to speak with the manager and they said it was not available The service manager Vennie Trevino came instead, barely attended my request. Instead talked to the mechanic asking him to do another flushing to get out of this. The mechanic explained repeatedly to him that this will not solve the issue but Vennie says this is the only thing they can do that will cost me 400. I can summarize my experience at the Beck and Masten dealer this way: I felt mistreated, cheated, and ripped off. How can you classify that they charge you for a service that was not performed, that the order they give you says labor when what they try to charge you is a diagnosis that was never performed because the mechanic never touched the truck, because he had 20 cars in front of me ??. This is called a scam !!! Since that day I had been trying to get in touch with the general manager Joe Pierce with no response. There is no email or way to contact him. Instead Vennie Trevino call us again to offer the simple solution of the flushing again which will not solve the issue. Think about this twice before getting in their hands.

I went in to get a oil change had appointment for 10 and was still there for over 2 hrs. There were people who came in after me got out before me. I never got an apology for waiting for as long as I did. So the guy tell me we prioritize by appt which I did have appointment . This was crazy. I hope to here back from a Manager on this issue soon.

Frany was nice to deal with and no problems there. I was told there are no longer any loaner vehicles. I just purchased my Denali a couple months ago and explained that I wanted to purchase the truck at a dealership that has loaners for the customers that buy new vehicles. This is important to me since I work 20 miles from my home. The salesman told me that they supply loaners to customers, specially ones that but Denali trucks. Well here I am with an issue with the truck after owning it a couple months and could not get a loaner when I brought it in and again when I had to bring it back when the parts arrived 3 weeks later. This is not the service I was promised.8/3/21 Follow up. I tried to call Victoria and also email her after her response and still have never received a reply.

The buying experience was pleasant with no pressure. I appreciated Sharlene going over all of the buttons and features on the car after the purchase so I knew how to use it. She even paired my Android phone to the car so I could use that immediately. The car was ready when we arrived to close the sale. The paperwork process was done quickly. Dont ever buy a vehicle here. I purchased a used vehicle here back in March of 2021. I kept calling to find out if my plates had arrived yet and could never get a straight answer other than we are still waiting on them to come in. That being said, 3 days before the paper plates expired, they called saying they had lost the inspection and I needed to bring it back down, I live in Magnolia, so it didnt make any sense, I paid for a new inspection and sent it via FedEx Overnight (they did send me this). 3 weeks later I cant get anyone to tell where my plates are nor if they have even been submitted. I keep getting transferred to different people and no one will help. I wont be purchasing here again, I cant even drive my vehicle right now!!!
The power steering went out on my GMC terrain i had it towed to Beck & Masten. I have a service plan with them, and I always used them for servicing my vehicle. I asked them to check it out and give me a price. OMG,did they give me a price,. $2,500!!!!!!! They said I had hit something and thats the whole front end was broke, control arms and bushings, etc. Oh yeah the power steering alone was over $700, they were charging $240 for a $25 part. The gall of them to tell my husband is hit something.I picked up my vehicle, drove it to another mechanic, $350 FIXED!!,. HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FRONT END.Just to double check I carried it too an alignment shop and had him put it on the machine they alsoosay nothing was wrong with the front end.Kind of ironic also my warranty went out two weeks ago. I believe Beck Masten tried to rob me and take advantage of me. Never Again...
Went to Beck & Masten South to assist my father with obtaining a better loan and or trade rate to lower his monthy payment. (Currently at $751) Beck & Masten gave us the bend over rate of a 10.81% APR with a monthly of $749!! Two whole dollars saved a month. Just got refinanced through a Credit Union @ 4.44%. Before going with the dealership, do your own homework.

Frany was perfect. I wasn’t happy that the battery on my 2018 Tahoe was bad (was stranded multiple times over the weekend and I bought it from Beck & Masten South less than a year ago). I also wasn’t pleased that even thought I got all the coverage/protection that I could this problem wasn’t covered. Frany was patient, compassionate, yet straight to business and informative. She’s 5 star, confident and down to earth at the same time. I’ve now decided to always bring my vehicle to Beck & Masten South for service and always buy here as well. She covered for her coworker Gabby who also seemed top notch while she was on her lunch break. Beck & Masten is a great dealership and Frany is one of the best parts of it.
I would give this dealership negative stars if I could. The absolute worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Called to make an appointment. Arrived on time and basically no one is in the front area to even ask if I needed help or to greet.I was told to talk to Jorge but apparently he was nowhere to be found. Plenty of salesman were walking around or talking to each other and I was basically standing there trying to get help.If you want a good customer experience, DO NOT GO HERE. Go anywhere else.

The experience was pretty good. The finance manager was rude, but I really think that’s just part of their act. In the end, I got what I wanted… except for my rubber floor mats. I really wanted these and asked my sales guy a few times, but never got a response. Now, I have to pay $200 for some.
I originally visited this dealership because they had several sierras that I liked on cars.com. I called to confirm that they had these vehicles in stock and was ASSURED they had several. That evening I drive to the dealership and not only did they not have any of the vehicles I inquired about, but the price was misleading. So (against my better judgement) I actually found another Sierra that I liked on their lot and went ahead with the purchase. By the time we get to the finance department, the banks are closed. Fast forward, the contract to purchase the vehicle is dated 3/20 and today is 4/14, and the bank still has not received the funds from the dealership to pay off my trade in... tried calling the dealership multiple time and emailing the manager to no avail.. brutal service through and through.

I came to the dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation - a complimentary service I was given when I purchased my Buick Encore. I figured I would take advantage of the free oil change but this was such a poor experience.Jocelyn was the person I was told to ask for when I made my appointment. So when I arrived I was directed to her desk and stood there awkwardly for probably 10 minutes before another one of her co-workers told her “to please take care of me so that I wasn’t just standing there”. Very poor customer service skills on Jocelyn’s part and kind of embarrassing that her co-worker had to tell her to pay attention to me before she tended to me. In addition, I asked for a car wash but my car was brought out and had not been washed. I had to remind for it to be washed even though I had specifically asked in the beginning.In addition I had to wait almost 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation?? These are services that would usually take 15-30 minutes tops.Overall, maybe Jocelyn was just overwhelmed but I think she needs to work on her customer service skills. At least acknowledge a customer when they walk in. I didn’t even know if she was aware I was waiting for her as she refused to make eye contact with me. The wait was also excessive in my opinion. As this was a very simple service I came for.

When I purchased my truck a couple months ago I was sold a service plan that was supposedly a great offer. Little did I know the service advisor Ive had the last two times Ive gotten service has been the absolute worst ever. Horrible attitude and lies from these two visits. I can say When I purchased my truck a couple months ago I was sold a service plan that was supposedly a great offer. Little did I know the service advisor Ive dealt with the last two times has been the absolute worst ever. Horrible attitude and lies from these visits. I can say that purchasing this service plan was the worst decision I’ve ever made considering my truck is 50k+. I wouldnt recommend anyone I know to this dealer for service.
Just sold my car last week with Wayne. It was a very pleasant experience. Wayne was very friendly and professional all the way. Most importantly, I got a good appraisal and everything was finished within an hour. I used to sell my old cars to private parties, but this experience changed my view. Although you may get a bit more money by selling to private parties, the hassle and possible dispute is not worthy. Definitely would recommend Wayne and Beck&Masten to anyone considering selling used cars.
I came here last week to sell my truck. Wayne Brown was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and courteous and gave me a good price for my truck. Wayne also arranged a shuttle to drop me off back home. My experience was Excellent! Thank you Wayne and I look forward to doing business again!
This dealership reminds me of Bill Heard Chevrolet (no longer in business). After a week of trying to get a call about a Sierra 1500, I was finally able to talk to Valerie. I sent them all the information about the truck they had and even my trade in. Tried to contact her and she simply hung up right away once I got there.The pulled the old bait and switch.Truck had been sold the weekend before and they insisted I had the wrong truck I was inquiring about. They tried to talk to me about a new truck, surprise, then tried to sell me some used one, second surprise. Definitely the old dealership experience here folks.
We were looking to purchase a 2021 Yukon. We were paying cash,Camillo was our salesman. Regions Bank took awhile to verify and discourse the funds. The whole time we were relaying the information from the bank to him. It did take longer than it should have but he was kept up to date. When we received the check and called to pick up our vehicle Camillo told us our deal was cancelled and Beck and Masten didnt want to deal with us because we gave them the run around. So we said ok. Later the Sales Manager called asking when were we picking up the vehicle. I explained what happened with Camillo earlier that morning. He said that wasnt true the vehicle was still waiting and were we still interested. I told him Beck and Masten wouldnt receive our business

I went in to purchase a Yukon Denali, and I was given a price(MSRP, no rebates). I had previously told the sales person that I would be paying cash(cashiers check from my bank). He took the deal to his manager, and his manager said that I needed to finance through them or he would not sell me the truck. I told him no, that I was going to pay cash. He went back to his manager to let him know that I did not want to finance, and came back 15 seconds later, shook my hand and said have a nice day. I did not know that this dealership did not accept cash(cashiers check) for their vehicles. I will never shop here again!
Two words for this circus..Shim Sham. First was that the truck I really wanted was at the north store location when I was mislead to believe it was at the south location. Next was the original salesman that I had an appointment for which happens to be sales manager allegedly had a meeting at the same time has my appointment so we waisted nearly two hours waiting on him. Last but not least it was another truck almost identical to the one I originally wanted so I purchased the truck after 2 days of driving I realized I was sold a lemon. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty which Beck and Masten didnt submit till after the guys from autonation ford gulf freeway informed them of repairs or something like that.. This is where I am now..no truck payment coming soon and still nothing from Beck and Masten

I paid $6300 at Baytown Buick for a new engine because the check engine light kept coming on but, even after the new engine installation, it continued to come on so I took it to Beck & Masten. They said I needed a catalytic converter but how was that not realized at Baytown Buick??? I paid another $2000. So far, the check engine light has not come back on but i feel like work was done that didnt need to be done and I was charged when I should not have been.
First time getting a vehicle from a bigger car lot, and it was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had.. from the very beginning when they said they guaranteed they would only be a soft credit hit them immediately getting a credit notification that it was a hard it .. to just everything.. I have never ever had such a terrible experience that I literally cried
Im giving a 2 star review because of their dishonesty. Found a vehicle we liked, but felt it was overpriced by about 10k. After speaking with them, we were told if we brought the price from another dealership, they would match that price. After driving an hour to this dealership, I was told they couldnt match the price, but maybe could take off about $1000. Then tried giving the whole its because of Covid spill. Dont tell me you can do something just to get me in the dealership then switch it up on me.

I bought a Sierra AT4 about a year ago or so from Frank in sales and had a great experience. I will be back to see him again soon for a Yukon. These guys are great

I’ve done had to bring my vehicle back 4 times within six months. For the same issue, I don’t understand why the problem wasn’t resolved the first time.
