Im a woman. First time at the shop. Drove up and no one greeted me. I had to find someone to which the gentleman had no idea why I was there, even after I showed him my email confirmation of the appointment. He then got someone else to which they proceeded to do the best they could. Through the chain of people yall ended up changing the wrong wiring. If you would have tested, you would have known it was the wrong one. My appointment was at 9a.m. and we were originally told it would be 1 hour. When I got there yall said it would be a little longer. I ended up waiting 6 hours. Then to leave you handed me the keys and said Im good to go. Didnt think a thing about it and started to leave. A car was parked in front of me so I couldnt leave and then had to clean my car from the items you place in it for protection. I saw another person get star treatment with two gentleman at their vehicle to get them out of there and clean the car of any trash yall left. Just really felt like an afterthought. Didnt know it was the wrong wire you fixed until I got home and my husband told me. Now we have to go somewhere else to get the real problem fixed.

Just my second visit to service department for scheduled routine oil change and rotation of tires (new car). Fast service and very friendly service personnel. I had a planned trip (over 600 miles) to go on the next day and my car drove like it was still brand new.Jamie, my service person was very courteous and helpful.

The only problem I had was booking an appt, called the number listed online for service dept and no one answered. I called from 4:30 to 5:00. Then I got a vm from someone at the dealership at 6:01, was responding to my online request, told me to call in the morning to see if I could schedule appt. Called at 7:30 and booked appt for same day, luckily. Due to the bad weather we had to go later than our appt time and we were taken in, very much appreciated that.
Arbitrary dealer fees raised the price of the vehicle I wanted by 8%. They attempted to charge me for tint and other niceties they said they added to the vehicle when they purchased it. What does that have to do with me? Once a purchase price was reached, I was required to buy a $1,375 service package I didnt want and couldnt use. Predatory! My sales rep seemed annoyed by me asking him specific questions about the numbers on the purchase agreement. Oh well. I dont care how common such practices are, they lack integrity. My sales rep was unwilling to remove or negotiate those greed fees so I walked away.

Went in for an oil change which I had an appointment, took almost 3 hours. I understand it was busy but the service advisor Mike never communicated back to my text and when my vehicle was ready it sat for 20 minutes out front while Mike never told me it was rdy and continued to take care of drive ups. I had to have another service advisor get me checked out and from what I could see was the one picking up the slack.
I had the best car buying experience here. I found what I wanted online and Michael Bonnette had it all ready for me when I came in. I never felt rushed or pressured at all. The most laid back visit to a dealership in my life! I didn’t feel like just a sale to Mike, he took his time explaining every detail. Demontrond has found a customer for life, I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I came in tonight to purchase a new at4 and was told by the salesman that the sales manager was not going to give me a fair price on my trade. I showed them several other dealers offers on my trade and was told by the sales manager Eliud that I was not the right customer for the dealer ship and they have no problem selling the trucks and didn’t need my business. Was told to take my trade elsewhere. I have never been treated as though my business was not needed. I hope that Steve Smith gets hold of this and knows what is going on at his dealership.
It took a VERY long time to get a call back. I was the one initiating each call and looking for an update. I had to wait almost 3 months before I finally got the truck fixed, and only because I called in again to start the process. My service tech told me multiple times he would call me back with an update, yet never did. It was only when I called in and was able to reach a different associate that my truck was taken care of.
Our car salesman SID was awesome!! We literally love the guy invited him to go fishing with us. When I tell you hands-down we will never go to another car salesman ever. Super honest worked his magic got us a fantastic deal. I’m a firm believer that God puts people in your path for a reason. When the car had some front end vibration weeks after the sale, Mike in service was super helpful and patient finding the problem and the Used Vehicle manager took care it with no hassle. Kudos guys!
Called and e mailed about a truck listed online. I took a screen shot for proof. They falsely advertise their vehicles. Then claim its an error. Wont honor the prices listed. Dont bother calling Dustin the manager because he tells you do what you got to do and hangs up on you. Take your business to an honest company.

Very pleasant experience. The only disappointment was that I was charged an extra consumer services charge of $1,875. Please tell Wendell that the 2022 GMC Acadia does indeed have a spare tire located under the rear cargo box. After sending an email to my three children I got a response from my son Ken to tell me that he had purchased his green Corvette from DeMontrond a few years ago.

TERRIBLE! I purchased a 2021 Yukon AT4 a month ago. Two weeks later, I was hit head on at a high rate of speed, totaling the AT4. So, I decide to replace it with this one, at Demontrond GMC, spoke w salesperson several times about features, arrival date, price. We agreed I would place deposit until arrival. When he sends me the buyers order, it’s $5,000 more than agreed upon, advertised price!!! And they will not honor advertised price. Disgusting way to do business.
Delivery of the vehicle can get improved. we found monor scratches after getting home and had to take the vehicle back for them to fix it. Which they did. Salesman was very nice with great service. Financing was also pretty fast. I would definitely recommend them to others.
They continue to ask me for services i have already completed. This time they had taken almost 2 hours and I asked for my paper work because I saw them blaze my car through the parking lot. They left my suv just in the parking lot so close to the curb I nearly broke my ankle getting in and bush that scratch my door. Then I get in my suv and my greasy wheel lock is in my cup holder rather than clean up and put in the original plastic holder I gave them. The on-site manager was no help. Im not happy with the service I have received.

This was my first new car purchase. I was extremely nervous. Not knowing what to be expected from the process or if I would be approved. From the moment I walked through the door I knew this was the right place to be. Everyone was so kind and curtious and made me feel at ease. I was welcomed and taken care of like I was family. The process was easy and everyone worked very hard to make it possible to drive away in a brand new vehicle. Hands down the BEST dealership I have ever been to.

I received a quote online through GMC for a new vehicle with an MSR of $60,885. I had already test driven this model and decided to move forward site unseen after seeing all of the fees on the quote I was given were within my budget.I was contacted by the dealership to notify me of the hidden fees that had not been disclosed, after they had already ran my credit. They are up charging a $5,000 supply shortage fee on top the MSR and not honoring any discounts that are posted on the GMC website. Ultimately it caused for a 16% or $12,000 increase to the quote I was given.When I got a return call from Cooper claiming to be the Manager he was clueless. He said he wasn’t a part of the deal and was really just “jumping in at the end” so basically oh well. I was told Kevin had no say and currently I am still waiting on a call back from the actual manager, Eliud.Ultimately they can charge what they want but by no means should they be unnecessarily dinging people’s credit without first disclosing the outrageous price gauging fees they are tacking on. And it’s pretty lousy to take advantage of people during this shortage with this type of mark up. Disappointed and disgusted would be an understatement. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My experience was mostly good. Im glad I did all my homework. The initial offer on my trade in was a bit insulting to the point where my wife and I got up and left. We were in the car ready to pull off when the sales manager came to get us with a more realistic offer for my truck. I did feel a bit insulted but other than that, my salesman was good, the sales manager I dealt with was good. Just the negotiation part of the trade in was the only thing that left me feeling like they were trying to play me.

If I could give zero stars I would. We took our buick verano to the service department here because the check engine light was on and the car was lurching at low speeds. It took them three days just to run a diagnostic on it and they told us nothing came back from the diagnostic and the car was fine. That was about a week and half ago. Today the same thing happened again and then the car stalled on our way home from work again. I am guessing that there was something wrong after all and now we have to take it to a different dealership to have it looked at again. We have used the service department here before and it was pretty bad so we probably shouldnt have taken it there to begin with. We will never take a car here again.
I will not waste my time writing every detail, of the worst experience, I had to go 2 times for them to fix the issue. from the Manager to the bottom. I also had to go back for a battery and its still making a noise.

Took one week to replace $50 part due to extended warranty and then did not due good test drive as did not even leave dealership with problem. Again took week for oem part warranty. It took 2 weeks for 2 repairs for 6 hrs of labor ??

Came a day prior without and appointment and was told it would take 3 hrs for a oil change so I made at 9am appointment for following day- it took 2.5 hrs for an oil change with an appointment.No car wash done - dealership waiting area still has the same furniture that was there when I owned my Lexus 15 years ago. And after owning an Infiniti prior to my much more expensive Yukon - Infiniti service standards should set the bar for others. They know customer service.

African American female sits in the 2nd or 3rd office/cubicle from the service door. When I origally came in she took down everything I requested be done and when I came back few days later to pick up my vehicle she remembered my name that speaks volumes. My experience there was very delightful.

Please note Me and My family will never buy from here ever again. Do to we were lied to by the sales person and other team members about the warranty forever plan. Witch is a scam due to there is red tape you have to follow that the dealership does not want/tell you to know about until it is to late. So the old saying If it is to be to good to be true then it probably not true at all. In this case it all look good and sounded good but we were scammed into buying our truck.
They service my truck with an oil change and recommended the cabin filter changedMe driving home I notice my truck making a weird noise that it never had so I had to go back to get it fixed dince the noise was due to them not doing it correctly

It was nice for Jaime to have someone take me home after I dropped off the car and then have someone come pick me up to get the car. The new dealership home is much better than the setup down by Rankin road. The only issue I had is they did not see the bushing cracked as an issue like I did,so those did not get replaced. The leaking shocks did get fixed. Thanks.

Your service rep was great. Helped me with all my issues and concerns. But you shop area needs improvement. Ive had my vehicle serviced there a few times and have had issues. Once my vehicle was damaged by your service techs. I got my vehicle back this last time and it had a gasoline odor in it. I also had my hatch motor replaced and now when I raise it I hear metal in it moving . So I will have to bring it back to find out whats going on. I will be requesting Althea as my service rep because she kept me informed and explained things to me perfectly.
