I loved this place met Yanna who works their and she was super helpful and nice, we spent most of the time talking and laughing, I will definitely be visiting again.

I hate to have to write this review but I very disappointed by the service or lack there of that I just received. The lady that was working came in behind me since she was next door. I didn’t realize she worked there until she stood behind the counter. She was on the phone and never asked if I needed help with anything. I looked around for a minute trying to wait to see if she would get off the phone to assist me. She never did. As I walked to the door she told me to have a nice day, still on the phone might I add. When I walked out she left right after and went right back next door. I was really looking forward to coming here been following this store or social media and I had to come out of my way to come. I hope this was an isolated incident, and doesn’t happen often.

Terrible service and experience here, would absolutely not recommend. Owner was quite rude and passive aggressive. Dont know why there are so many positive reviews here? But would absolutely not recommend this place and encourage everyone to take their money somewhere else.

Didn’t have the developer I wanted (50 volume) and they charged me 12.99 for 20 volume. Not competitive. However, if you’re looking for a shake and go, they got cute ones.

I went to a non-black owned store yesterday and the owner didn’t greet me or say thank you. Never again! Today I visited a black owned store. The owner took time to walk around the store with me and recommend products for me. I appreciated the experience. He was genuinely kind. I knew he appreciated my business! I love to support black owned business. My family is from the area, so I decided to check the store out. Customer service was great, not a very large selection of items but the store was neat. Not a fan of the prices. I bout 2 bags of braiding hair and they are priced at 8.99 each. I was short of hair, so I decided to to stop at a beauty salon close to my house and bought the same kind of hair for 4.99. Pricing is everything.

Ive been trying to get to this location for awhile and had the opportunity to go in on today. I met a wonderful young lady who was excited about servicing a customer. She was rocking her natural hair which looked amazing. We began talking about hair products and giving suggestions on products for the store. This establishment is new, but they are competing with three area beauty supply stores in which one in particular is open seven days a week. The products are priced the same as the other establishments. I love the fact that this establishment is black owned which I will support. They will be ordering more stuff as time goes on in which Im so excited about. Im going to share with others.
