I really don’t appreciate the lack of professionalism.. I’ve never heard of premium nor studio hair? Premium gas? Studio apartments? Like what? EXPLAIN.. When somebody spends their hard earned money, treat them with RESPECT. Nasty attitudes in business will not get your far. 😘 Ion even write reviews but I got time today.

So I brought the Brazilian deep waves And they must have changed vendors because the hair started matting immediately after install It also became hard and tingle. I have only had this bundle for less than 3 months and I usually would recommend folks to them but I will not going forward.

Very cheap hair. Very unprofessional. Will give you something you didnt ask for just to take your money and when you call to ask questions about the situation the manager or whatever she calls herself curses you out and tell you that you are lying. I have witnesses to the situation and its recorded. Her attitude is horrible. I am a customer and only wanted to ask questions about the hair I paid over 300.00 for! I have the receipt for that too!! I would highly recommend that you take your money to some one who cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

I usually do give reviews before purchase of product but I have to give this review.I called and text this company a few times regarding a particular type of hair.Both where a representative was kind of unprofessional and short with me over phone I chalked it up to the representative having a bad day.I went to the location to see the hair and nobody was there and this was within the hours the company stated they were open.I called again and the young lady stated you should have called before you came Im at a doctors appointment.I went else where to purchase the hair and do not think I will be doing business with this company.Im a professional and professionalism is very important to me but from a business stand point if the company has hours of operation than a customer should be able to come during those hours.I understand we are in a pandemic so if those hours are different or if an appointment needs to be scheduled that info should be listed online as well.

I ordered online, this is my 3rd purchase with her imports. I literally had this hair in for 1 day, I ordered Malaysian Straight (the same kind Ive always gotten) the hair is tangling and matting in the back! I’ve NEVER had this issue before with my previous 2 orders. I feel like I was sent a bad batch or I was given the discounted hair instead of what I actually paid for. When I tell you this hair isn’t nor feel like the premium hair I’m not lying! I’ll post a pic of the receipt and hair shortly.

Bought some bundles and a closure before the pandemic...never had a problem on any prior orders of bundles when I was able to go see my hair dresser the bundles did not lift enough to get the color I desired. I bought some new bundles during the pandemic tried to return the ones that never been processed and was denied the refund. I was a faithful client now will never buy from them again it has taken one week to get a response! Will tell anyone who will listen to me to never buy from you again!

I Love the Quality of the Hair! No Tangling or Shedding.

I moved to Houston 2 years ago, and was constantly searching for good high-quality hair. When I found Her Imports, I became an instant regular customer. The customer service is EXCELLENT. She was able to answer all questions I had. Also, this hair is EVERYTHING!! The bundles are full, soft, and luxurious. Absolutely Flawless!! It has minimum shedding and last a very long time. This is the only hair store I truly recommend.

The staff was really nice! It was hot and we waited a while because, they were busy BUT it was worth the wait! You get a customized experience and they treat you like you are spending hundreds of dollars because we are. I felt like they appreciate my business so I will return.....and the hair is beautiful. It is soft and straightens like a dream and the closure is soft like butter.

Today after driving 45 minutes to get here,, walked to a closed office door on 15th floor approx 11:13,, Sooo I made a phone call to receive a response that some one would arrive in 25 minutes... Since my time is more valuable than me waiting I left without making a purchase!

Took my fiancee here for her hair. Only issue I have is its tucked inside the office and hard to find unless you ask. Fiancee love there hair tho.

The employees were very sweet and made sure I had exactly what I needed. The hair is so beautiful, full and lustrous. Ive had the hair for a little over 18 months. The ends are still beautiful no sight of splitting, and they are true to length. I get endless complements on this hair. Also Ive gotten hair from many different vendors but they are by far the best. I will most definitely be ordering from them again.

Any great experience begins with customer service. I can personally say I can be a difficult customer. I will ask what seems to be a million questions, this was no difference when I purchased my hair from her imports. The individuals cheerfully explained each and every question, with no sign of frustrations. They guided me in the direction for the Perfect look which met my style and my budget. The hair I purchased was full, thick, and shedding was minimal. My overall experience with her imports was exceptional, and after trying an insane amount of vendors; I can say that her imports will certainly be my go to.

The person that everyone is calling is not the person in store, and the lady thats inside of the store does not have experience with hair at all, and the prices that they are saying over the phone is not the prices that they say in store, how it goes from $150 and jumps up to $400-$1000, and theyre very rude and very unprofessional, and the lady at the front desk when you walk in doesnt have any understing of what shes doing

Ever since I discovered herimports a few years ago, it has been the only company I purchase my weave from. I travel quite a bit for work and pleasure. I work in the energy services sector and often go out to the oil rigs. During the summer it gets pretty hot and humid with sand being kicked up because of the wind, not to mention I have to wear a hard hat on top of that. When I travel for pleasure I generally go somewhere tropical. So Im in the pool and ocean. And I get my hair wet. And I mean completely wet. And through it all, hot, humid sandy weather, pool water, ocean water etc. the hair still lasts. Give it a good wash and it looks as if you just purchased it. People really are in shock when I tell them the hair in my head is a year old and reinstalled multiple times. The hair also has very minimal shedding and doesnt tangle. Holds curls for WEEKS. I always get compliments on my hair (from all races, both male and female) and am always asked where I purchase from. As long as you properly take care and maintain the hair, you wont regret your purchase. I have purchased both Brazilian and Peruvian body wave.

This hair is the bomb diggity!! I have tight curls, and I love the pattern, no shedding, normal smell, and my curls never fade!! So far so great. Good quality hair blends almost perfect with my natural hair. Will buy again

I went into the store in Houston to receive your studio body wave. She gave me instead the loose body wave. She wasn’t friendly or nice, conversation was little to none, and the service could’ve been a lot better. Not welcoming at all (ordering offline would’ve been a lot better than her service) ICould almost expect her everyday personality to be rude and nasty. The hair is very tangled and tangles easily. Yes, it is soft! And it is shiny and very pretty but after the install I just have been dissatisfied with it. Also, not true to length (I actually measured it). I don’t know if it was just the store but this experience was very distasteful.

Her imports located near the galleria has one of the best customer services. I order the Brazialian body wave every time and I am able to use the same hair for at the LEAST for 3 installs. I currently just installed my Brazilian body wave for the third time and it is still shiny and bouncy! I love all the Houston hair suppliers but her imports is my favorite!👏🏾🙌🏾😍

I love my Brazilian bundles that I received from her imports. It had minimum shedding, curled easily, no funny smell and it blended very well. I would recommend the product however Im giving 4 stare due to the customer service and the financing part is a joke. Just buy your hair upfront ladies and be done

Drove three hours to purchase hair from this establishment. There was an accident on the road, and I ended up arriving at address at 6:40 p.m. (they closed at 7 p.m.). I drove around the parking lot and could not find the building. I called the number listed on the website at 6:51 p.m., after unsuccessfully finding the building. A female answered the phone and told me the establishment was on the 15th floor inside the Stewart building. I informed her I was in the parking lot and was on my way up.I parked my vehicle and attempted to go into the building at 6:54 p.m. The two doors at the front of the establishment were locked. I called the phone number to ask the female how to get inside of the building, and the phone went to voicemail. Called three more times, only to get voicemail.I will drive back to Houston on Monday morning and take my business to Shes Happy Hair. For the price I was about to pay for hair (over $600), I will not attempt to do business here with this type of customer service.

The customer service in the store is GREAT. The workers are very friendly and helpful with getting you the hair you want. I absolutely LOVE their hair. Hair last for a LONG time with the proper care.

I enjoyed the hair even though I had to wash it to remove the substance that were on the hair. Im giving them 2 stars because of the poor customer service. She was not in her office at the time that it says she opened and seemed bothered when I called asking if she would be there anytime soon. Once she finally made it to her office she was not as friendly as I would have expected being that I was buying hair that cost almost half a grand. Overall the hair is decent and the customer service is horrible and I would not suggest that anyone buy from the store.

Purchased 4 studio bundles from HTX location and I’ve regretted it from the day of purchase 12/21. Honestly you can find better quality hair and service with other retailers or even your local beauty supply.

Ive purchased hair from this specific location as well as online and have previously never had any issues. However my recent bundles of hair were infested with lice. I called customer care and was advised to send photos. The manager informed me that a credit or refund would not be provided and that they would send bundles instead. Jessica also mentioned that i had the hair for a few weeks which came off as her insinuating the lice came from my home.As a concerned consumer I was hesitant to except this due to my last experience. Additionally, i had already purchased additional hair due to not being able to use 2 of the 4 bundles. I would not recommend this hair company simply due to their refusal of issuing credits and making things right with their clients. If the product is received with defects or in my case lice, the absolute least they could do is return a portion of my payment.

I have visited this location three times and each time customer service nor inventory was very impressive. Visit #1, we went based on recommendation for one type of hair and ended up getting another for more money because they were out of stock. Visit #2, we went to purchase a lace closure and they only had silk which was $30 more. Visit #3, went back to purchase the lace closure since they had them in stock and the price jumped from $50 to $160.00 and were told the $50 was a sale. Strike three, I am done.

This is my favorite hair provider ever! Ive ordered here twice and the hair lasts me for mainly 3 years! I got the Mongolian curly and the curls are just right for my hair texture it blends rite in. And its minimal to no shedding. It doesnt get matted up and it hits hair products in very well and keeps that nice shiny look and bounce. I did bleach it blonde and it lost a few curls but after I deep conditioned it for 2 days the curls came popping back! Ive also had the Peruvian blonde and that is beautiful as well it feels nice doesnt get tangled and looked really good. I would recommend this hair 100% .

Another thing was I think the lady at her import gave me the wrong hair because the Peruvian hair I felt at the office was soft vs. When I got home it felt different like it was crunchy/hard, .....f. I wish I could give zero stars due to dirt poor customer service. I placed my order for Kinky bundles in March 2018 and here we are on June 14, 2018 and I still have no merchandise from HerImports. I placed my order for kinky bundles 3/7/18 with the intention of receiving my order with 3 days due to their free 3 day delivery promotion. After 6 days with no information, I called and was told the Kinky bundles had been discontinued, HOW GREAT. I received no type of notification whatsoever. After choosing to just get an exchange instead of my money back I settled for a 360 unit which was supposed to be on the 3 day shipping as well. Another 5-6 days went by and I called again, only to find out the order never even left the warehouse. Once again, no type of notification on shipment change or anything. Both times I had appointments scheduled and had to cancel. After finally receiving the 360 unit, I was dissatisfied to say the least, it was extremely thin and utterly disappointing. After contacting HerImports once again to ask what my options were, I was told to exchange or refund but with a refund it would be 20% less for restocking fees. I decided to just do another exchange which with not hearing back in a timely manner has drawn the entire process here to 6/14/18. Mind you, I paid almost $400 and then still had to pay the $30 difference for the exchange and still having to constantly call everyday asking if my order has shipped as of today 6/14/18 it still hasn’t shipped, as a matter of fact, I was told today that the lady’s location closed that supposedly as handling my transaction. Again, NO CALL! I can’t even give a good review on your hair because I haven’t received my actual product yet but I for sure will never order from you again, POOR POOR POOR customer service!

I purchased a 14’ frontal 24’ 24’ and 26’ 613 bundles and was only able to wear the hair for literally 1 week!!! The lace on the frontal is garbage!!! I reached out to the her imports Facebook page, was told some one would get back with me but I’m still waiting.. seems like i paid for the name and not good quality hair!!! I’m never goin back!! To hell with her imports!!!

I went to Her Imports on a recommendation and I did not catch the name of the girl but let me give you guys some advice. Dont waste your time, from the moment I got there I felt like I was inconvinceing her. I read the other reviews and everyone seemed to get good customer service and Im not sure who was working today but they may want to think about finding something else to do with their life. She was rude,and acted like I was wasting her time. They only had one closure of course the expensive one, on a Saturday I would think you would have more stock. The hair is nice but for the price that I paid and the service and experience it was just not worth it. Find some place where you feel like you are getting your moneys worth and good customer service.

I bought the premium kinky curly hair for close to $400 [easily the most Ive every spent on hair but hey...I thought I was upgrading] and it matted up after the 3rd wash. So bad that I could hardly brush through it. I had to throw it away and purchase new hair within 3 months of having it although they advertise that it would last for at least a year. The women that worked in the office acted as if I was bothering them when I came in to inquire about the hair. I should have went with my first mind & left off of the principle that they were rude. I would have saved myself the 400 dollars.

So Im very disappointed with this company. I have been a long time supporter since before they opened their store here in Houston. I usually go once or twice a year, every year so much so that Candy pretty much knows who I am anytime I come. Ive made many referrals to HerImports left rave reviews and have even been posted on their Instagram page, so my loyalty runs deep. BUT after my last visit, no more! I took my sister to buy bundles and we were greeted by a woman Im not familiar with. Her attitude was past poor and she treated us as if we were inconveniencing her. I literally wanted to walk out but just decided to allow my sister to buy her hair and I would buy mine elsewhere. She didnt take the time out to discuss any sales or give us any information on the hair, she just basically asked what we wanted. Fast forward, I get home and begin to make my sisters unit and to my surprise the hair feels like hair from the beauty supply store. Its rough, the bundles are thin and definitely not the quality of hair Im used to from this company. I have hair that Ive purchased from them 3 years ago and still using but THIS hair is BAD! I was a bit weary because theyve been having sales back to back and now I know why. It is not the same HerImports it used to be. Im very disappointed as Ive been a long time, loyal customer unfortunately I will be buying my hair elsewhere from now on.

I am highly underwhelmed with how this hair came out especially after seeing all the hype. I bought the Brazilian body wave first and the It literally felt like carpet $600 carpet then i go to the store to trade it for Peruvian body wave which was slightly more expensive but better softer feeling until it was time to install and i am highly disappointed this hair tangled sooo bad this hair asks as though it is synthetic I feel robbed of my money and to be told no refunds DONT BUY!!!

I use to love her imports but i see the customer service and the lack of good hair exist anymore. Ive bought expensive hair from them and studio bundles and they never failed me but this last purchase on Dec 14th order number 5269H was complete garbage. I ordered 3 bundles 12 14 16 and 12 in closure. I received 2 14in bundles and 1 16in, which was the 1st thing incorrect. The closure smelled like corn ships which i have never ever experienced from them before. I go to open the bundles and i looks like someone bunched them up and threw them in a bag. Its no way that it could be 14 inches. To make matters worse the 2 14in bundles look exactly alike with dark brown color and the 16in bundle looks like it doesnt even belong with that grade of hair. None of the bundles even look like body wave except the closure, which is longer than the bundles.....wow the 12 inch closure is longer than the bundles. I keep emailing them and now all of a sudden they denied me an exchange and wont say anything about the money back. Now they getting all my emails but mysteriously cant receive the pics i sent. Now its telling me i cant respond to that email anymore. Consider me filling a dispute! Btw im sending this trash hair back even if you dont want it.
