THIS IS THE BEST BEAUTY SUPPLY IN HOUSTON! I love this store! I have never had such a fabulous friendly wig try on experience at any beauty supply!They have a clean wig area with seats, wig cap and brush.my mom felt comfortable as well. Great selection of wigs!! The customer service girl was so awesome, friendly and helped us out. The Owners are nice. This is what I expect from all beauty supplies and no one was watching. It was a first time I didnt feel a LAZER BEAM WATCHING ME OR A DRAGON BREATHING DOWN MY THROAT. They quickly help you then leave you alone to shop for yourself. We will be back!! Thank you for being nice to us!!!!

This location is good but a few times they didnt have what I was looking for.

I stopped by on Wednesday after work because by the time I will get to my side of town the beauty stores wouldve been closed. The store is clean and organized with a large selection of hair products and wigs.MY only issue here is I was over charge for things in my bag. I had a lot of products on the checkout counter so I wasnt really paying attention. I decided to do my hair and when I got the bags out of my car and decided to count the products, I realized that I was charged for 3 products that I didnt have in my bag. I dont know if it was a genuine mistake by the cashier and since its been couple of days later, I dont think I can take them back to the store for a refund. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECIEPT AND THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS IN YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.

Not many to choose from with the wigs, but there are a lot of them.. Just small selection on the cute and reasonably priced ones.. Hopefully you guys understand how Im trying to explain it.

It was okay but there was nobody to ask questions about products or anything. Youre on your own when youre in the shop. There are a variety of products there that has nobody to explain how they work or which is the best.

If you need it they got it. Great store to come get hair extensions, wigs, braiding hair, hair products for females. They also sell the lashes, hair tools, nails, and etc. The owners are very nice and they don’t make you feel uncomfortable. I see only Black and mixed people products, so they do serve beauty supplies to the black community. I only been in there maybe 10 times and always got someone to help me with no attitude.

I have shop here for a while, I bought a ponytail and never open the package, I took it back in 2 days to return and was told that it is not refundable. I never saw a sign when I went in, he showed me a hand written sign at the register, that sign was not there when I got there. Lesson learn for me, will not shop in store that do underhanded things.

Store is neat a clean but they need people working there that can actually assist customers with hair products. Its one thing to sell black hair and products but to not know is disrespect. I know a little bit about hair but when it comes to weaves and braiding hair I would like to have help. Maybe I came on the wrong day.🤷🏾

I bought a lace part human hair wig here yesterday. Unfortunately, I didnt check it before I left the store( great mistake).I tried to check it the following morning only to realize the lace part was ripped. Took it back to the store immediately and was told there is nothing they can do about it as they do not offer refunds and exchanges. My $140 wasted. Worst experience Ive ever had with any hair vendor.

I love the store, the people there are more friendly than empire beauty store.The store is not as big as Empire, but its s good size and you will find all your hair needs.I give them a 10 for friendliness.

Please, disregard my previous post!!!!I accidentally confused this store with Uptown Beauty on Westheimer. After contacting the owner she apologized on behalf of the other store which has no connections to theirs and told me that if i come to their new location she would make sure I was taken care of. Beauty Empire has just gained a customer for life and I will NEVER patronize any uptown beauty ever again. Thank you, Julie!!!
