Great Black Owned Business. Friendly service. Clean and organized store. Great location. And if they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, let them know and they’ll get it for you. I honestly do not go to any other beauty supply store since I found this one. Their prices are in line with what you pay at other stores and plus you feel welcome there. Other beauty supply stores I’ve tried to shop at did not treat me that way at all.

Great black owned beauty supply store. The owners Bridget & Humphrey always have a welcoming smile and they are very helpful & friendly. They have a great selection of natural hair care products too. They are not over priced & if they dont have something youre looking for, theyll try to get it.

I came in with my daughter today who is mixed. I am Mexican and her father is black. My hair is super straight so Ive had to learn how to work with my daughters textured hair. She is 3 now and her hair has a few different textures and was feeling dry so I wanted to get some advice and in turn get some new products. The owners were so helpful and kind and I felt extremely comfortable asking them for their help. I have experienced some side eye in the past, but definitely not here. This is our new hair go to place for my daughter. Thank you!

Okay sooooo...I went to this Beauty supply store today. Let me tell you it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I met the owners, husband and wife Humphrey and Bridgett...they are really Awesome!! Bridgett gave me a personal tour of the store while Humphrey was restocking the shelves. They have a Great selection for men and women. They carry supplies for Barbers and Beauticians such as clippers, sanitizers and other things. It is very clean, organized and welcoming 😊Oooooo and for the ladies...They have a separate PRIVATE ROOM where you can try on your wigs without an audience!! I am very happy to have found a place that represents quality and customer service...and BLACK OWNED 😎 They are located on Fry and Saums...in the plaza where 24 hour fitness was located. BB BEAUTY SUPPLY. I also picked up a couple of things for me!! Bridgett actually makes the shirts herself 🥰

Awesome customer service. Very clean and fresh environment. Everything well organized from the front to the back. Owners alway greet you with a smile and treat you like family. Private room for us ladies if we desire to try on different wigs. You cant ask for better customer care.

Prices are very reasonable and this store is NOT overpriced At All! You will feel as if you are shopping with someone you have known your entire life! Beautiful Bridge is the best beauty supply! It is very well organized, clean and the staff is impeccable. The owners are very knowledgeable and very friendly, I felt like a member of their family. I was able to come in, get exactly what I needed (and extra stuff lol) and was out in a timely fashion.

I was visiting my daughters, one in Houston and one in Katy. I specifically asked them if they knew of a black owned hair store. Simply because Ive had the experience of displeasing service in Asian owned stores. Ive also read reviews of distasteful services my black sisters had at Asian stores. So, my experience was the similar to theirs: someone follows you around in the store and make obvious stigmatized comments. So, from that point on, I have decided to shop in a black owned store, where Im not treated that way.

Absolutely LOVE this beauty supply store! They always have what I am looking for and if they don’t have it, they will order it. I needed some Bentonine Clay, which they didn’t have at the time so I ended up buying some from H-E-B but the very next time I went in the store, they had ordered it. Very lovely couple! Oh, and did I mention that it’s black owned!! One stop shop for all of your hair product needs.

This is my new regular beauty supply! The last time i visited i could not find the product i was looking for. I had a conversation with the owner about the products that my family likes, and got some really insightful suggestions on new products as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find that on my next visit they had exactly what i had requested before. Love the customer service from people that can relate to my needs.
