This post is strictly on the return policy. I know it’s really none existing but if you have a customer that comes in a regular something should be done to make sure they are satisfied. I bought a curling I paid $40 for and used it once within that month now it doesn’t work. The guy said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have the box. I told him I didn’t think it would blow out on me in one month. So he would not do anything I didn’t fuss because I never had a problem with them in the past. I am though very disappointed in this out come. So be careful with their electronics or at least keep the box that’s the lie he told me.

I been going here for years non stop. They have great prices and dont over charge u for hair. This is the best beauty supply in Houston.

I dont usually write reviews but in response to a negative review I just read about staff being rude this is so not true. Ive been coming here for years and have never had a problem staff is always nice and helpful especially Alex very kind and knowledgeable about their products.And to the people that feel a certain way about being followed around dont take personal its not in the greatest area and people do steal out their store every day.This will always be my to beauty supply store.

Large selection ! Staff doesnt follow you all around the store. Staffs helpfulness is hit or miss.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I came back to this location because i purchased a wig and went back for install w the beautician. Ive spent over 600.00 dollars with them i felt comfortable. That feeling was soon replaced with disbelief and anger. The man working the counter tried to charge me extra for bringing outside hair. I then informed him, it was not outside hair and was in fact purchased at their location. He basically told me repeatedly I was lying and asked me to show him. I rip the bag and show him I am not lying. He just says okay, no big deal. I made him give me a new bag, put back what i planned to purchase and I walked out. I will never spend money there again.

My visit was slendid I went to purchase an acrylic kit so I can do my own nails

If I could give 0 stars I would . I purchased over 120$, i decided to buy a pair of contacts . When I opened the contacts they seemed fine after putting them on my eye burned really bad and when I took the contacts off and examined both they were damaged . I came back to the store today with my receipt and the item . I told the guy in the front if he could exchange them or give me store credit . He said no . And was very rude saying that it WAS MY FAULT FOR CHOOSING THE ONES THAT ARE DAMAGED . I asked to speak to a manager or if there was something else he could do, he said NO next time pick another color .

Got in got out, no problem.

The staff is helpful and most are courteous. All are knowledgeable about the merchandise, the prices are as reasonable as expected. They offer an incentive program if you give them your phone number.

Every time I go there. Employees have an attitude. They need someone woking their that speak english. One time I went the lady act like she couldnt speak English. Today that same lady spoke English and the man act like he couldnt speak English. I dont like when they speak in Spanish so I dont understand what theyre telling the so call manager.

I always find something new and different every time I go to this beauty supply. I really do you like the products carried. The employees are not too friendly, and they tend to follow you around, which is a little unnerving but if there is something new that youre looking for, this is the place to look first.

Omg the experience I had here was horrible I purchased 3 bundles and 1 of the bundle was lighter than the other 2, I went back the next day and they tried to offer all other kind of hair ...not trying to give my money back, I will never shop here again ..I paid $230

Very nice place to shop. the people are helpful. Only thing is, I bought hair color and it did not color my hair AT ALL. Not even a HINT of color, not even a shimmer. I dont know if they are selling old products or if the company (Via Natural) just sucks.

The store is nice and clean with a variety of products. No one there to ask about the products since the only other person that uses the products is doing someones hair. Come one you need more customer service and maybe some how to showings. Time for a change people!

Ive been shopping here for years, although I dont live in the area anymore I still go here for my wigs. They have changed things up a bit since my last visit, I went today and was a little lost....seems like the wig selection has shrunk a bit, and the bundle selection has grown.
