Delivered Used parts here for 6:15 am apptOvernight parking available until further notice from owner either receiving site or shipping side close each other.They unloaded me in 30 minutes . They go by your appointment time.No restroom available to use but there are stores closed by no problems.

This is the worst place Ive ever delivered to in all of my 17yrs of driving The people in both shipping and receiving office is very very rude If you dont want your patience tested please stay away from this place The only thing good about this facility is they have overnight parking

It has been almost 4 weeks and I cant get to swap a motor because of their terrible service, first I ordered a gas engine, they shipped an electric motor and said it was my mistake for ordering wrong part, luckily I screenshooted my order when I paid, clearly says gas engine even the confirmation they sent via email says gas engine they said if I want to return they would keep $226, so on top of their misleading advertising and that I have this car stuck they want me to pay for returning. I have sent email to sales and corporate with no luck, they dont even answer and when I call they transfer me to another department, once the other department answers they say they need to transfer me to another department to take care of the situation and so on for hours until they close and cannot answer no more.

I live loaded a 40 container, took them more than 2.5 hrs, employees were courteous

By Law they have to provide us washroom to use .nice people u can come park here on nights then DEL but after delivery after no space to park here so make sure watch ur logbook

Went to get a drive shaft for a 2008 Kia Sorento and the gentleman at the first gate looked it up in his computer and showed me and my uncle a gold 2008 Kia Sorento with a rear drive shaft, and charged us $3 each to get in and go get the part. So we pay $6 to go check it out row I Space 3. We come across another gate thats 2005 or newer and they say we have to pay another $2 each person to go see that same Kia Sorento 2008, why charge us again and not tell us your going to charge us twice for the 2008 Kia Sorento! The guy at the front should have told us we have to pay again. ...so we pay $10 total to go see that 2008 Kia Sorento and when we get there its not even the 2008 gold Kia Sorento displayed on the screen it was a blue Kia, Year model incorrect, and no driveshaft! Waist of time, money, and frustrated that this company stole money from us like that. (Telling us and showing us something that wasnt even there to begin with just so we could pay the entrance fee to get in there and have to leave) you shouldnt charge people to go look for parts/car, showing people on the computer its there when after you pay to go get it its not even there!

No public restrooms...not even for truck drivers delivering them their products....the f*** we look like?? Savages?? U can tell when management is straight trash by such policies. No worries next time just wont pick up any of there loads.

Well I have been calling for over a hour nobody will answer and it says to press 0 for operator then it says you have pressed a wrong number or stay on line a operator will be with you shortly never happened leave a msg someone will call you back never happened worst customer service ever!!!!! called corporate no better cant talk to a live person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
