Great pick-your-own part lot with a vast selection of cars. They have thousands of cars, both domestic and import. Their system is very well organized, you can ask for a specific year make and model and they will tell you exactly where to find the car(s) on the lot. I like that the cars are elevated on a platform and are not just left in the dirt. If you have a lot of stuff, there is a shuttle that gives out rides when needed. Definitely would recommend going when there is a sale going on. Prices cant be beat. Only thing that needs improvement is their customer service, they can be very rude and condescending, but their product availability makes it worth dealing with this issue. Check it out!

The entrance on Google maps is in the wrong place. It is actually off of 249/W Mount Houston Rd. About 75 feet (coming from Sam Houston Tollway as your landmark) from Cordoba Dr. Heading east.

Plenty of cars. Selection was fine. Staff is problem. Guys at the door. Dont know, or dont care. However, relatively friendly. Girl behind the glass, said she has worked there for years. But her knowledge, does not express it. She we trying to charge me the wrong price, because she didnt know what it really was. After explaining and showing her, what the part really is. She didnt care to be educated. Nor explained to. My way or highway, mentality. Ill go back for the cars and parts. But it will never be a fair experience. They will over charge, because they dont have the knowledge necessary to be honest.

Lady on the phone that answers to give quotes on cars to junk is really rude. I am a business and we have junked at least 4 cars with them. She lied and said they can only come out between 8-12 and they always come later to pick up our cars. (We open at 11 and they showed up at 7:50) If you do not get paid enough and you are unhappy with your job just find another job. I will never call them back to sell a car. Houston is too big for me to do business with a rude company.

They do not sell their used parts for what they list them as. I went to buy a instrument cluster and they have list prices for late and early model vehicles. They were trying to charge me $20 more than ether late or new model listing price. They will try and over charge even after you call them out on it. Go some place else. LKQ is better.

You can be right next door to a place that will pull the part from you. And they will not communicate between each other to get you what you want. Its the biggest junkyard Ive been to here in Houston and Ive been to a lot here. Its a whole lot of cars that I was looking for. I would recommend this junkyard to anyone I know or meet.

I will rate this Junk Yard the best in Houston. I been there tons of times always find the best prices saving sometime 95 to 98% on my car repair cost. Well maintained and easy set up so you wont have a hard time finding what you need. 2 Dollars fee to get in? Totally worth it. The full service? Even better. Some time I am so busy that my schedule wont allow me to pull the part, one call is all it take for them to have ready for me to pick it up. Definitely I recommend this place.

Huge selection, great prices! They provide a wheeled cart for those long and heavy hauls. Theyll even dismount tires off rims for free! Make sure you bring $3 cash for admission.

Love the people and the amount of car they have for us to come and take parts for our cars they do need to be careful some cars may fall on you and also the mud in the area is very crazy you can slip or a even cars can slip and fall on someone. Just be carful and be cautious.

I called ahead to see if they had the vehicle for which I was looking for parts from, since they dont have an inventory on their website. The girl told me they did have the vehicle, but when I arrived and was paying my entry fee, the girl taking my money informed me that this car was not there. I insisted that I was told the vehicle was on the lot, and after looking for a few minutes on her computer, she finally found it. I entered the yard and found the vehicle, but it was pretty much stripped down and didnt have any useful parts left on it. For me it wasnt worth the trouble... I just ordered the new part from eBay for a little bit more money instead of having to waste half a day chasing after a non-existent used part. Otherwise the place is pretty decent for a salvage yard, and does have a food truck that sells tacos in the parking lot.

Bring plenty of water and tools. Dont forget a tool trolley or 2 wheel dolly. Some larger parts you pull off the scrapped vehicles can be put on the extremely heavy push carts available at the entrance of the Houston auto recycling.

Theres no detailed information about the vehicles such as location, nor is the arrangement customer friendly. Two yards makes a better selection, but the hike around two the second yard is absurd.

The staff was nice, but they have no idea whats on their lot. I needed a specific part off a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. The guy at the front desk consulted the inventory program in his computer and said they had one on row 113. There was no Jeep Cherokee on row 113. In fact, I walked every row in the truck section and didnt see a single Jeep Cherokee at all. It was a complete waste of time. If they didnt have a computer system to track the cars, that would be one thing. But they DO have a computer. Apparently they just dont bother making sure what goes into it is accurate.

Dont trust in their specials they be lying smh

Make sure you ask for the policy when it’s time to return the core cus then they wanna be giving you store credit when you pay with a card
