Went to do a return today and jim was extremely rude and disrespectful they charged me a 20% restocking fee for the return and when I asked to just hand me cash instead of putting it back on my card he was arrogant with his answer telling me stores doesnt do that type of thing and I calmly tried explained that I worked in customer service and we did it all the time because cards get lost and it also takes 3-5 business days to return to the card but before i could finish he cut me off amd said we aint doing that now give me your card this is literally the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and I will not be returning to comp sales to do any further business

Service was ok, products were poor quality, salesman acted like he was to busy to look up a higher quality part even though I was the only customer in the store

What a pain in the butt! My persistence in doing business with this company has caused me to lose my patience! I have placed three orders with these guys and they screwed up on all three. The first was a flex plate which led to an additional week of down time. Second, was a torque converter which added another eight days of down time. Finally, starter bolts which are costing me another week of down time. Three strikes and your out!
