After entering the industrial park, follow the street all the way to the end, building H.Nice people, let me park there overnight for a 0900 appt in the morning.Very important to make your appointment time with this customer.

After arriving late for appointment due to Houstons unforseen traffic my load was refused and told to reschedule had to go thru corporate to actually talk to someone in recieving and was told the first appointment available was a week later.when we arrived we were told he couldnt unload us due to a other truck coming in to be unloaded now mind you we arrived at 615 and the other delivery didnt arrive u til 1100 am for their appointment therefore I lost money, my company lost money the broker lost money and Im assuming us autoforce lost money. There have no desire in customer service otherwise they work harder from the ground up. Very difficult to deal with or speak with at this location.

Friendly and quick to get unloaded. They need a forklift however because a clamp plate will tear up the walls of the plate trailer. That is why only 4 stars...slamming pallets to, twist them away from walls to clamp.
