Busted back window Texas Auto Glass saved me a lot of money my insurance would have charged 3x more to replace my window. I am Soo glad I called around and instead gave my business to a local business. They were very nice, professional and fast had proper social distance and Covid awareness. Overall I am ecstatic that it was able to get done same day 830 appt done by 930! Thanks guys from the Tech to the Front Counter!

Fantastic service. Just wanted to update my review as Stacey came over to my house and was able to get the glass replaced. Will definitely use his services again should another replacement be needed. The only place you should go to get your glass replaced in Houston, TX.I had gone to another shop yesterday and was extremely disappointed in the service I received *at another shop*. I could tell something was off and decided to bring my moms Lexus GS350 to Texas Auto Glass (TAG). I did some research beforehand and found out that TAG is trusted by Lexus here in Houston to replace their windshields. The same information was confirmed to me on Reddit and also on Yelp.I drove in this morning and Stacey (owner) took complete care of me. I asked him to take a look at the job done by the other company. He immediately noticed all the faults that the previous shop did. He pointed out that they had scratched the paint underneath the windshield but did not paint/prime over it, they had broken my clips, and my side molding was also broken on the passenger side. I was right there next to him and saw it as well. Furthermore, he noticed the upper panel seal near the roof was used with an aftermarket option and hence caused the panel gap to widen and slide my windshield further down, to the point where it partially covers the VIN number.Im really glad to have found TAG and Stacey in Houston. He helped me to fix all the areas that were faulty and I wish that I had gone to TAG for the entire windshield replacement. Well, Ive learned my lesson.Stacey and TAG use only Lexus OEM side moldings and seals so that the overall integrity of the glass is maintained. I can tell he is a man who pays attention to detail and is meticulous. This is the kind of person I want to do business with. Thanks again, Stacey. I will be back the next time something happens.

I’ve grown up in this area and knew this shop was there, but never took the time to check them out. I wish I did! Bill is such a gentleman and took the time to explain the different tints and what he recommends based on why you want the tint. The prices are super reasonable and the process couldn’t be more simple. I enjoyed talking with Heather (sorry if that isn’t your name) at the front desk also. Sweet, genuine people. I’ll definitely be back for other cars!

We were on vacation and got a large rock ding in the windshield of our motorhome. It was too large to repair. We had our RV at a dealership in Kerrville for unrelated service so we coordinated with our insurance company to have the windshield replaced by a mobile repair company out of San Antonio. We live in Galveston and were only able to speak with the company by phone. When the technician called to talk to me about the damage he told me that he was going to replace the windshield but not replace the rubber trim/seal that surrounds the windshield. He assured me that he was going to repair it like he does the upscale motorhomes. After he was done, I received photos of the repair and I was far from happy. It looked like I did it myself! The sealant was sloppy, thicker in some areas and thinner in others. There were cracks already in the sealant and it was peeling in places. Needless to say, I was very unhappy. I called the insurance company and advised them of the sloppy work and told them that I do not want the same company working on my motorhome again. After I sent them photos of the shoddy work, I advised them that I was bringing the motorhome back to Galveston so I could put it back in storage. The insurance company assured me that they have a great company in Houston who can do the work and replace the seal/trim as it should have been.Enter Texas Auto Glass. From the first contact with them, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and with the attention that Elizabeth provided. They had to get a SECOND replacement windshield shipped to them before they could schedule the repair (in case the original replacement needed to be replaced). The second replacement was accidentally sent back to Kerrville and we had to wait for it to be shipped back to Houston so we could schedule the repair.Today, we met the techs at our motorhome storage facility. We worked with Stacy and Sandy. They were both very professional and painstakingly removed all of the messy goop that the original tech put around the window. They then made sure that the windshield was installed properly and then installed the new runner trim around the window. And it looks GREAT. We are so happy with their quality of work. They were pleasant and polite and even went inside the coach to clean the inside of the window. We could not be happier with their service and workmanship.I am glad I put my foot down with the initial shoddy service we got out of San Antonio and am grateful that our adjustor agreed with my assessment of the initial installation...especially after she saw the photographs I sent her of their work.Texas Auto Glass & RV saved the day for us! We love our motorhome and take pride in keeping it looking good. If we ever need anything that has to do with a windshield again, Texas Auto Glass and RV will be the first number we call for help.

I wish I could give O stars. Looked this place up. Went there for a simple auto glass repair. My drivers side window was stuck in the down position and refused to go up. So walked inside and one lady was sitting down behind the desk talking to another lady who was standing up. They both worked there. They both looked at me and continued talking to one another. Neither said hello or anything to me. I found a seat and sat down for almost 10 minutes. One finally spoke and asked me what I wanted. I told her the issue, and she replied we take appointments only. I’m like, hmmmmm. She wrote down my information and told me that someone would be calling me. I left and waited for a call. No one called. I’m still waiting for the call. Just horrible!! Not sure what that was all about.

I dont do reviews often and when I do it must be something that wasnt up to par.. first day the guy came out and did the job glass did not fit in window. Had my son call them back was informed they ordered another glass. I went to the place to have it installed(again), get home and STILL not correct. Gaps in glass and sure to get wet inside if it rains. The receptionist (Heather) was not customer service friendly if you ask me. Truthfully no one was. I wouldnt recommend them. And Im pretty sure they know who I am..

Been rebuilding a 1980s Bronco for quite sometime, and working with them was the best experience I’ve had so far in getting this thing back into great condition, and I’ve worked with big mechanics shops, small shacks, other glass companies, and even family, but nothing beat Texas Auto Glass. Awesome pricing and helpful accommodating staff!

I would never recommend to use them for RV glass repairs. They never finished mine, went through several weeks even trying to get them here. stalls, lies etc then???Come late in day after several reschedules, rush job, break a new windshield installing then? blame the RV. Left a broken piece of windshield in Rv, huge gap at top, rain coming in, and then decided to tell insurance? without picture or anything to back up their claim? Maybe they should have checked that ( RV) before making things worse. Dont tell me you are ordering a new glass then NEVER contact me that you changed your mind. Wish there was less then 1 star to leave review. Yes, 2 sides to EVERY story. You received mine. Thanks for nothing
