Jon was friendly, very knowledgeable, and had my Knick repaired in under 30 minutes. It looks much better than it did originally and better than a similar repair I had done a few years ago someplace else. I highly recommend him.

Spoke with John over the phone. Incredibly courteous. Even though he was up to his ears working on cars he took the time to explain whether or not our car was fixable. With the knowledge that he may not be able to fix it, he still made an appointment with me to help. Very caring and professional! If he is able to fix it I will write another review.

I wasnt really satisfied with the crack repair, and he did offer warranty, but if that was as good as it gets, Ill just live with the crack, instead of going back, I dont think I am ever going to get a repair instead of a replacement. After reading your comment to my review, you said you dont know who I am, I have a 2007 Mercedes s550 (gray) I only posted the review as asked by Google and I told how I feel, Ill attach a copy of the invoice, however I am not in anyway asking for anything from you.

This guy is awesome! I had Safelite come out to repair a MINOR chip but somehow they cracked my windshield. They repaired it and guaranteed me it wouldnt grow any further, but 2 days later it was already starting to spread. They refused to try again and wanted to sell me a $500 windshield. I took my truck to JZ and the guy repaired it in less than 20 min. Very satisfied with the results!!

Honest professional work. This guy knew his stuff and did an excellent job. Came out on a Sunday and promptly took care of business.

This man is a craftsman in the art of fixing windows and customer service. I have taken many autos to get repairs and every time it’s always a great experience. The last time I went he could not repair the massive crack but spent at least an hour on the phone finding me a new window from another company that also did an awesome job at a great price. Please do yourself a favor and use this guy.
