Mr Robert and his son are a great team! I called him in the afternoon and he was able to come out the next morning. (Was even willing to come in earlier do to some one else rescheduling). Great guys great service (even a bit of a comedy act between the father son, but all in good fun) makes few minutes it takes to replace a windshield go by faster. In the end great price fast service, and he uses a better aftermarket windshield then the other guys ( I asked for aftermarket) cant ask for more good job guys!

Quality customer service and care. When my elderly father called me to say his car window was broken I started calling around for someone who could fix it over the weekend. I called Robert and he quoted me a fair price to come out the next morning. Then he called me back later to say it looked like rain so he was going to fit it in that day. He made it to my dad’s and replaced his window that same day even when it started to rain!! He went above and beyond to provide excellent service!

My 2016 Chevy Impala was broken into. I found out about MLK Autoglass through a quick Google Maps search. I called them up & Robert introduced his self as the owner & stated that he could come out & take care of my glass replacement. He came out on Wednesday morning and fixed it with no problems! Customer Service is NOT dead!!! Lately I have been discouraged with the lack of Customer Service but Robert restored my faith. He is a man of his word, guarantees his work and knows his glass. He came out to my house the same day to look at my windshield that was leaking air. As he walked up to the car he noticed that the windshield was crooked. (I had no idea) He located the issue and recommended that I replace the windshield but he didnt have it with him. The next morning he came by my office and replaced it in the parking lot to make sure that I could get to my Dr. appointment on time. I will only use Robert for my glass needs and you should too. Had Robert come out to my house to do front window. 2 days later when it rained it leaked through... Robert was good about his word and came back to put in another window at no charge.... Next day leaking again. Im done with Robert not only will he not return my money I dont think he can even get the job done right. I will have to take matters to my own hands and do it myself.... I would not recommend Robert to anyone... Had a horrible experience waisted $180 and missed a day of work because the time he scheduled for he didnt show up.... 0 Stars if I could.

I had Robert gray put a window in my car about two months ago and when he first did it it didn’t leak but when it started raining hard it started leaking water everywhere and when I tried to go and find the shop it don’t exists and he never answer the phone so if you want a window put in your car you better not get him because he is not good

My car was broken into on Thursday and I googled and found MLK Atuo Glass. I called Robert at 7am he said he was on his way to the warehouse where he gets windows by 10am he was repairing the window on my vehicle. He took great care to not scratch my car in the process of the repair. He talked to me as he went through the process letting me know different things. I am so grateful that he answered and showed up. His professionalism was outstanding and his work was great. he was kind and even cleaned all the glass out of my truck :). I called MLK auto glass around 10 am, wanting a windshield repair for my 2020 Toyota Corolla, Robert was on his way and at my apartment around 12:30. I called and scheduled an appointment over the phone to do a window replacement and the day of the appointment i got a no call no show and when I called to see what was going on he did not answer my phone calls/ text message I waited at home all day because we agreed to do a home visit i will lot be using this service again it was completely unprofessional and left me inconvenienced I had to use another service

Service started way earlier than projected. He kept me up to date on all aspects of the service from when he had the glass in his possession to when he was on his way to my location. So happy I didnt have to drive to his shop with a broken window. Made me feel at ease and kept me laughing while repairing the glass. After service was complete he cleaned and removed all glass from inside and around my car. Extremely affordable and reasonable price compared to many other companies I reached out to. I got my front windshield replaced back in March, I waited to do my review just in case I had any complications but IM HERE...They are EXTREMELY AMAZING, they gave me a date and time (the following day for the repair) but the wether had other plans, they gave me another date same week.The work was done timely and professionally, they called me back to insure they work was done properly and professionally and that i had no problems. The price was GREAT with a “neighbor discount” they gave because i was close to them (they do at home repairs and shop repairs) Long story short THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! So I’m sending my brother soon

The best Autoglass business that I have came across. He really got his people. I called him back for the second time because I was having complications with the window and he came back within a couple hours.

The previous reviews must be for side windows only. Robert attempted to replace my windshield. I used him because of a family referral but once again that referral was based on a side window. He is not suitable or competent at replacing windshields. He arrived to the location, I went inside the nearby building, when I came to check on progress after 1 1/2 hour he had placed another crack in the windshield and began to state how he didn’t have his tools because someone had stolen them the week before. Against my better judgment, after he told me he was calling to get someone to come help him, I left To go back inside the building. Long story short...after 7 hours, my dashboard was scratched, paint to hood and around the windshield was scratched and damaged, the molding was broken, and my interior cloth closest to windshield was also damaged. If you need a windshield replaced he is not the right person. I took it somewhere else for repairs afterwards.

It was 8 in the morning i really needed back window i ended finded mlk.... very precessional was on time i highly recommend
