I just happened to stop by at Blue Diamond Auto Glass yesterday inquiring about a new windshield. I spoke to John and he scheduled an appointment for me the next day. I spoke with Mario over the phone to get a quote for my windshield which has many sensors that I don’t know about. He told his technician to explain what each sensor does when he arrived and explained the whole process of replacing the windshield. Not to mention they took care of lane departure re-calibrations.

His price was far better than any other reputable company, as my Insurance Agent recommended Safelite, but they were almost $200 more than what Blue Diamond was! John replaced my window the same day - a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day! Safelite couldnt get to me until the following Wednesday and charges $35 for mobile service. I am recommending Blue Diamond to all my colleagues, friends and neighbors!

I have a Audi Q7. This car is not easy to work on but John came to my house and worked with great effort and efficiency to replace my door glass. My car comes with a built in sun shade that had glass all in it, the dealership lied and wanted to replace the entire unit saying it was impossible to remove the part. The best experienced ever. This is my really honest review. I was looking to fix my car window after I got rob by some people who. They broke my window and my car is a Honda CRV 2016. I when to the Honda service and they where trying to charge me $500. I only paid $170 for this amazing service Blue Diamond. They came to my house and they install my new window really fast and on time same day I called then. This is in Houston but this services should be everywhere honestly. Honestly vacuuming the broken glass was something I did not expect. I left my car with the technician full of broken glass and very messy and in less than 35 minutes I walk to my car just as if the glass was never broken. It looks even better than it was before. Definitely a 5 star job.

I replaced my windshield last week and waited to see if the quality is good, I’m very impressed with the price and service. Safelite asked for more than double the price and had to wait almost 2 weeks to send a technician. I had to leave Houston that day and couldn’t wait, they replaced it within 3 hours.

Jinan is one of the best glass installers that I have ever witnessed, and Ive seen a lot of them. He was professional, precise, and meticulous, He to the time after he was done to provide detailed instructions about the replacement windshield and what to do for the next 24 hours. No auto glass repair shop that I had been to previously had ever done that.
