Ive updated my Review as Austin personally reached out to me, assumed responsibility and professionally corrected the error. There was miscommunication between 3 individuals that caused this situation but again Austin immediately handled it, thanks Austin.We were recommended by a Toyota Dealership to Safe Tech to program a camera installed in the windshield of a 2020 Toyota Corolla. We dropped off the vehicle in the afternoon but then received a call stating that it could not be programmed due to it being an aftermarket product. We have used them in the past for the same service without any issues but this time they said it could not be done. We asked if there was a charge and we were told no, not a problem we would take the vehicle to a different store. When we get to Safe Tech to pick up our car we were now told that we had to pay the full amount. Even though they could not program the windshield and even though we were text stating that there was no charge, they now wanted the full amount. We tried asking for assistance as the service was not completed and we were already told there would be no charge but they would not even offer a $1 discount. As a small business ourselves we understand how every dollar counts but you would think they would work with customers when they could not perform the service requested especially when there was no costs involved. Not Safe Tech, they would rather lose a customer than do whats right.

Ive (unfortunately) had need to reach out to Safe Tech a couple times for windshield replacements. They make the process smooth and painless, from ordering specialty glass, making a home call for replacement, recalibrating safety sensors/cameras, and even small touches like using a heat gun to remove and re-affix dashcam mount. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Ross took care of me when I got a big rock chip in my brand new Tesla. They were able to repair the windshield without any problems and completely disappeared 10/10 would recommend to any Tesla owner

Replaced my windshield about 3 months ago, and yesterday we had another chip and drove straight there and they fixed it right then and there. Jacob and Austin are wonderful...very professional, friendly, courteous in helping fix right away as we had somewhere to be. Safe Tech just repaired my Model X Tesla windshield.They ordered windshield from Tesla then set up an appointment, installed the windshield, and had it ready the same day. My Model X cameras worked flawlessly afterwards. No wind noise. Have not driven 100 miles yet, but everything was spotless and the winshield looks great. Auto Wipers worked on way home. My insurance covered everything except deductible. They lifetime warranted their work on this windshield.

I chose Safe Tech due to the reviews and proximity to my home. I had a starburst chip in my windshield on the drivers side. My car is fairly new, so I was upset to have a chip so early. I took my SUV to the Safe Tech on 249 & Beltway 8. Jacob, the technician who greeted me was friendly, polite, and professional. He offered me coffee and water twice. He explained the repair process and timeframe. The repair took less than 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I could not tell that there had ever been a chip in my windshield. It almost disappeared completely. There is a small dot where the chip used to be, and you have to search for the dot to find it. I was more than satisfied. I highly recommend Safe Tech. You wont be disappointed.

On a Holiday weekend( Sunday after Christmas) not only was the office open and staffed, but they were able to make an appointment the next day for replacing an entire windshield. My experience with Safe Tech Auto Glass was exceptional from the minute I made the call. The person that answered the call was extremely profesional, once she new my name she used it throughout the call. The then transferred to a tech that confirmed my info and gave me several quotes and explained the difference between them. I asked if I could call them back after I received the quotes and he said no problem. After calling other places and not getting anywhere near the same prices I decided to call back. Throughout this call my name was used and the same level of professionalism was exhibited.After all the details were ironed out I received updates from Ryan (the young man that did the installation) from the minute he left the shop on his way to pick up my windshield to his estimated time of arrival. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the process and also called me by name throughout.I’m very happy with the work done and the experience and will be recommending them to everyone.

Chris was really knowledgeable about windshield repair. I had gone to a nearby windshield repair place the first time my windshield cracked and within a year of having it replaced, it cracked again. I decided to try Safe Tech Auto Glass after seeing one of their trucks on the freeway and noticing the high reviews on Google. Chris pointed out some red flags when replacing my windshield and Im so grateful that he explained the difference between that quality of work compared to what Safe Tech has to offer. On 11/8/19 I woke up @around 7am ready to enjoy my day off. Heading to my car @8am I noticed that the window on the drivers side was on the ground. So were the windows of 2 vehicles next to me.This is the second year in a row (around the same time) that thieves targeted my apartment complex and the surrounding complexes, and both years my car was one of them. I called my insurance to file a claim and started calling around to find a glass shop. Most of the places I called didnt have any appointments until Monday. I checked a few more places and low and behold Safe Tech Auto Glass had an appointment for that day. I spoke w/ Paige who scheduled my appointment and also called my insurance on three way to get the process going. She was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions. Chris was the tech they sent out to replace my window. He was very nice, professional, made small talk, and he did a great job in less time than the dealership quoted. He cleaned up all the glass in my vehicle as well as the glass that fell on the ground, and he did a great job. Last year I had such a hassle getting my window fixed, but this year Safe Tech Auto Glass made it a breeze.
