Quick, friendly, obviously has lots of knowledge and experience. My windshield chip repair was a couple of months ago so the repair material is quality and durable. Highly recommend.

Clint is a friendly guy and his service is legit. He repaired the chipped windshield on my Lexus just under 20 mins. Its amazing how he can multitask (working on a car and taking phone calls at the same time). The business space can be limited, so I would recommend stopping by in the morning so that you wont get stressed out waiting in line.

Clint did an exceptional job repairing a chip in my windshield. The repaired chip is barely visible if you know where to look. He did not up charge just because it was a Tesla. I will be using him again if needed in the future.

Clint is a true professional. He drills the edge of the crack then uses a pick to make sure the pressure is relieved before filling. Very fast with good prices - in and out even with a few cars ahead of me in a half hour.

Didnt get a chance to have my windshield repaired because the crack went through to other side, which I know there is nothing that he could about that. This review is solely regarding the customer service I recieved. Im sure they do pretty good work here because of the reviews but when I pulled my vehicle up as instructed to speak with the technician, he was still smoking his cigarette while he and I were talking. I thought that was pretty unprofessional since I had no choice but to sit there in the driver seat with my window down until he was done inspecting and explaining; all while he smoked. He could of at least sat it to the side or something until he was through conducting business instead of me having to smell that the whole time but hey, customer service is not at the top of every business owners list...

I got a crack in my windshield repaired by this man two months ago. I accepted that the crack would be visible even after repair. I just wanted it to stop spreading. Today there crack has expanded in two new directions from where he punctured it and supposedly filled it.I could tell he wasnt doing a good job when he was working on it as he complained about police response times and whatever other opinions he feels the world should know instead of focusing on his job. I should of said something then but I trusted all of these positive reviews that his work was solid.If you want to hear some guy on his soap box for $30 and want to give your windshield a new look with multiple cracks, this is your guy.Otherwise spend your money with a professional, like I should have.

This guy is amazing at fixing chips and cracks on your windshield! If you want your windshield fixed right go nowhere else but to this guy. I have taken several of my cars to him and every time he did such a great job that I will definitely drive to his place again to get my windshield repaired if needed. He takes pride in what he does and he can explain you the anatomy of these chips and cracks so you understand why other people fail at fixing them sometimes. I give him a big thumbs up!

I had an excellent experience. I read the reviews before going, and can vouch for the 5 stars. I came in for a chip in my windshield that I got during my lovely 288 commute. He is very knowledge and could even tell me the road conditions that caused the chip. The service didn’t take very long, and I am pleased with the outcome. I would recommend to anyone unsure of where to get their next windshield repair service.

I had a great experience here. Drove right up, altogether took between 5-10 minutes. Had a foot-long crack running from the edge of my windshield where a rock must have hit it, was mostly at the bottom out of view but started to curve up into the visible area and was growing longer by the week. He drilled the end of the crack and then filled it. You can still see the crack, but it is less noticeable, and most importantly it has stopped growing. Much prefer this solution to having the whole windshield replaced. That almost always causes scrapes and chips in the paint around the opening and invariably leads to rust years later.

This place was simple. Just pull up, park, and sit in your vehicle. The tech comes to you. While waiting, you can have pleasant conversation with him. The chip he repaired looks great. Cant even tell there was one. You pay by Zelle or cash. Very reasonable prices.

I called in to this shop as I drove into town. The owner indicated that he was opened until 5 pm. I arrived at 4:40pm. After being blatantly ignored, I chose to seek services at another business.

The location in a parking lot is a little inconvenient, but its not enough to be a reason to avoid the place. The service was quick, friendly, and patient; all around great experience. Be aware that they dont take credit/debit cards though (they should really buy a card reader). If I recall correctly, zillo and cash are the options for payment.

This place is the best around for chip repair. Ive used the intermediate cost DIY chip repair kits myself with some success but I know Ill never get proficient at it when only doing it once or twice a year at most. That said, sometimes even with the most steady, experienced hands doing windshield repair, some problems just cant be fixed. Theyre too big, in a difficult spot, or just bad luck.Ultimately windshield repair is a bit of a gamble, but here at least its a relatively good bet. If it costs 20 or 30 bucks and might save you $250 for a new windshield and it works, say, 80 percent of the time or better, its a pretty good deal.

Just completed some work on a starburst crack I had on my windshield. Clint was very nice, professional, and completed the work in about 10 minutes. Reasonable price of $30 for 2 separate small cracks. Even helped stop traffic to let me back out since the small lot was filled with other customers. He takes cash or Zelle. Highly recommended.

Awesome price and very nice owner. He has been here a long time so you know he is doing something right. I first went to him about 10 years ago to get a rock chip repaired. You couldnt tell the crack was even there after he repaired it. Recommended the place to my father who speaks limited English. He was in and out in max 10 minutes. He was impressed with the price and service. He says the crack is much smaller now after it was repaired and not even noticeable. Great place to get quality rock chip repair at a great price fast!

Very impressed with the integrity and honesty at this place. A rock hit my windshield and I went here to get it taken care of. As it turns out, the rock didnt penetrate the glass so I got lucky and no repair was needed. He was very honest and upfront and told me it didnt need repair. He could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance and took my money. Would highly recommend!

I went to my dealer to get a chip fixed thru insurance at no charge.... its an eye sore everytime I see the car. I got another chip and was referred to Chips & Cracks... and I was FLOORED with what he did, how much it was, and how quickly he did it. I had to ask where it was. If I could pay him to redo the one the dealer did then I would. I have no doubt where I would go to if it happened again, or if anyone asked where to ho. Simple amazing and they were so unbelievably friendly also... made it worth it even more.

Very, very fast service. The crack in my windshield now just looks like a small scratch. The price is unbeatable...$30 to fix a crack here vs at least $125 through Safelite. If I ever get another crack or chip in a window or windshield, I will definitely be back.

He does this all day and is good at it. I had a chip with a 5 crack. You have to look real careful to see it now. Usually $20 but this was $30 due to the size. He was quicker than a car wash.

Total hack job. Doesn’t even have the proper tools to infuse the resin in the windshield. Just dabs it on. The proper tool involves a device that grabs the windshield and with pressure forces the resin in. He uses no such device so naturally you get a repair that looks the same as you brought it in. I feel completely ripped off. Avoid this guy like the plague.

Quick repair for $20 and it looks great. It took literally 5-10 minutes at most and Clint is a nice guy. Just had the repair done and will watch it to see if it changes at all. The chip can still be seen a little bit which is common with rock chips as it is very hard to get the chip to be clear again.

Wont go anywhere else! Will continue to travel the distance to receive fantastic service! Always the best!

I watched others repair cracked glasses online. Mine had about a 12 inch crack, it cracked about a week ago then I brought it to them. Some professionals that I saw online made a bulls eye crack at the end of the crack and then filled it to stop it from spreading. They didnt do that here so I was a bit surprised. Its been about 1.5 weeks since theyve filled my crack windshield. It doesnt appear to be spreading. Their service was quick, cost me $30 and took about 5 minutes! Im not a professional that does this, but I felt like the product could have been filling the crack alot better by pushing the product into the glass and stretching to open the crack to get the product in. Just my opinion from the observation. Overall, Im satisfied because it hasnt kept cracking which was my main concerns.

I had just replaced my windshield, and got a chip on my commute into work one morning. Went to Clints during lunch. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes, didnt even need to get out of the truck, and it was only $20! He also fixed/readjusted my windshield wiper which the windshield replacement service had re installed incorrectly.Really nice guy, quick service, and competitive pricing.

Not customer friendly, no appointment needed but the place is unattended, I Drove 30 minutes to get to the place and no one was their to fix my windshield. Thats 1 hour round trip, phone was not even answered. It should be zero star but one is the lowest available

Had windshield repaired in the morning. That afternoon a 24 crack developed. I replaced the windshield and retruned to ask for my $20.00 back. I realize that not every crack can be fixed, but thought he would return the fee as his repair did not help and may have made it worse. His response is that he does not guarantee anything

I traveled more than 10 miles to get my windshield crack fixed by him. He was fast and did it at a reasonable rate. The way he fixed the crack, was definitely worth the trip.

I went in to repair a crack (about 6) on my windshield. It took about 10 - 15 minutes for him to repair and now the crack is almost invisible. The charge was for $30 and I think he did a great job. Hope the crack will not expand in the future.

To fill a normal small crack, I think he charges $20. This is expensive to me, but it is the going rate, if not cheaper. Most of the time, you will still see a bit of the filled crack, so DONT expect a major visual overhaul. The object is to fill it, so that you dont get a bigger crack (Windshields average $190). Im glad hes one of the only places to go to in Houston thats in a Central area to be able to get to (for me, its 10 miles).

Getting the windshield fixed took minutes which was great, but the customer service is poor. I also had to drive around the block a couple of times because there was no room left in the tiny, tiny parking/waiting area.
