Hands down I rate this business as a 5 star business. Staff is nice and friendly and didn’t try to hustle me out of my money. Prices were affordable and work is mind blowing! Even when I didn’t like what I chose and wanted something different Sam didn’t get angry or try and charge more he just did whatever I wanted to be done and as a customer that made me feel soo good. Bottom line the experience was great! If you need tint...this the place. Oh and the lady in the front is sooo nice. You can tell she really cares about how you feel as a customer which is great! I have taken 6 vehicles to this shop and the price is inconsistent but reasonable and the quality was great. Today I was given a quote over the phone and then when I arrived the price was double what was quoted to me even with all the vehicle information given. Will not be going back.Edit: To be clear, I have taken vehicles with tint on them and PAID for tint removal at your shop. The most I spent on 1 vehicles tint was $100.00 at this shop. Perhaps it should be said that calling over the phone will not get you a correct price and that you need to be there in person even though you tell the person who answers how many windows have tint, whether or not its a car or truck, and you still dont get an accurate price.

I Got My 2018 Malibu Tinted There & They Did A Great Job & I Loved My Bby Even More Once She Was Tinted. They Were Fast & Professional. Especially Love To Support My Own #BlackBusinesses. It Never Bubbled Up, Hard Marks Or Anything. My Malibu Has Since Been Totaled 😖 But I’m Definitely Going To Take My 2019 Malibu To Them To Get That One Tinted As Well.

Been getting my tint done here for years since I moved here from the Virgin Islands. Had a slight issue recently with the new back window tint on my Lexus IS not setting well over the old UV dealer tint (completely my fault for not asking them to remove it). Even though they have a NO tint over tint warranty, they hooked me up and fixed it no issue. Thats customer service!

The service here is great, they try their hardest to get you in and out as quickly as possible but their work is so great they are usually pretty busy. We bring our company trucks here for the window tint but I will be bringing any personal vehicles I have. They do A+ work for a great price.

Poor Service, 1st off when a lady enters a room a man should greet, I had to say good morning first of all. Then I asked a simple question, how much will it cost me to have old tint removed and have new tint place on a 2005 Chevy Impala. I guess it was Mr. Wilson he said total $175, I said ok lets do this. He said it will take 3hours, again I said ok, I have nothing to do today. He said this is not a 5 minute job, again I said no problem. Not sure what side of bed he woke up on, but he was so RUDE, like he didnt want my busy, so I politely left and went some where else for my tint.. Black People we need to do better at customer service. I was trying to support my Black People, but disappointed once again.A Black Woman trying to support my Balck Brother but couldnt today.

The worst experience ever. I came yesterday and there was a sign on the door saying they went to get a car. I waited 30min, no one showed up. Called 3hrs later, was told to come in. Get up there in exactly 10min, was told to come back 9:30 the next morning. I get here at 9:20, told itll be an hour wait. Its 1:12pm, Im still waiting. No one has come and said nothing to me. Apology or anything!!!

Been there few times and past few times were horrible. They messed up everytime. Oh, we forgot to tint the front or we used the wrong tint..People dont have time to go back several times for your mess up. I went back after about a month to have them fix what they did wrong, I didnt have my receipt so they turned me away and acted like they didnt remember me. Yet the same guy recognized me a week before at the smoke shop. Dont waste your time here especially with their deals on some trash quality tint that will bubble and fade.

The owner - Wilson damaged our brand new car window frame, while tinting windows and refused to pay for repairs caused by his negligence. During installation process, the owner cut right window seal, with an exacto knife blade. When noticed damages, made owner aware, at which time, Mr. Wilson suggested ripping trim off, as it was minor. I reminded Mr. Wilson that it is a brand new car and no one is ripping anything off, and there would be nothing to prevent water or rain without the seal. He initially promised to pay, however, DID NOT. This business is not registered with Better Business Bureau and ignores the BBB calls and complaints.
