Took my car for a minor engine vibration and end up with burned engine!Almost got killed with my 3 years old daughter on the highway after what supposed to be fixing my car, all i needed is an engine mount replacement, i had no other issue with my car whatsoever, i recieved a call from alex after dropping off my car stating that i had a rust or corrosion on my radiator and need to be replaced, i told him that its an older car and this is normal for an older car and I was planning to sell it so didnt want to spend any extra money on it if its not need it, he said ok, turned out to be that the mechanic broke my radiator while trying to take it out and they were trying to make me pay for their fault by replacing the whole rediator, they glued my rediator without mentioning that its glued and it may bust break at any moment, sure enough that what happened the next day on the Freeway with my baby on board and almost got killed, when i called alex and told him what happened and instead of doing the right thing and take responsibility for what might ened up in a disaster hey replied sorry but I told you the radiator need to be replaced i said that I didnt want to replace the rediator because of some corrosion but had you told me that you broke my radiator and its glued now and its not safe to drive i wouldve kept my car thier to fix it!So unprofessional and careless, i will report this incident to the better business Bureau and fill a law suit against them if my car is not fixed,Avoid those people, you can lose your life because of them, seriously

They did great work on my car. No hassle and were gracious enough to give me a loaner vehicle when my insurance didnt cover it. I recommend them fully.

Alex was very reassuring and professional. They were very helpful and provided me with a loaner car. Something came up and I had to drive to Virginia in their loaner car. They had no problem with it. They got my car done quickly despite the Thanksgiving holiday week. Alex and Julio are great guys. You can definitely trust them.

Our car was sent to this Collision repair shop we decided to remove the car it was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever the Office Manager MAYRA is so Rude and unprofessional we took all the requirements to remove the car as Lien holders a Affidavit of repossession bill of sale she still said it was not enough and proceeded to shout and not let my self explain to her that the previous customer had no claim to the vehicle. She contacted the customer and said my paper work was not enough and i would not be able to remove the car she ended the call saying she had spoken to me for to long . I had my Manager get in contact her she continued to shout and talk over him ended call several times WORST EXPERIENCE we have had. Been in business for 20 yrs and never have WE come around a collision shop this disrespectful. Think Twice before getting anything repair here.
