Work was done correctly, great communication on the car process. only problem was with the owner - i was told if they do the work, storage fee would be waived. Owner seems to disagree and feels entitled to all the money he can get. Maybe he thinks since insurance paid - its was waived. Make sure you work out the details of the deal with the owner Not the staff. The Staff was very professional and great. Not sure i can get passed this break of the agreement to do business again.

My fleet vehicle was damaged and I was instructed to take it here. The service was excellent and everyone was very professional and helpful. They kept me informed, on a daily basis, about the progress of the vehicle. This was very helpful for coordinating returning the rental car and getting my vehicle picked up. Repairs were performed in a timely manner and were done right the first time.

The driver’s side power seat track on my 2008 vehicle was malfunctioning and due to its age and that the vehicle is no longer in production, a new part was not an option. CSI checked with a local salvage yard and in two days was able to locate a used driver’s side power seat for the same make and model as my vehicle, removed the seat track from that seat and installed it into my vehicle using my original seat all in one day. Since I live very close to CSI’s location, I dropped my vehicle off with them and someone drove me home and come back and got me when the work was done. I have done business with CSI several times over the years and the service work along with the customer service is exceptional. I highly highly recommend CSI for any of your vehicle’s needs.

I was in an accident and I had my chevy Tahoe towed here. Mike Moore was very helpful, he made me feel very comfortable, I knew my truck was in good hands after leaving. My insurance was taking a little long but once they got what they needed they started the work and I got it back like brand new. Mind you my truck is white that’s not easy but my truck literally looks the way I drove it off the lot. I’m so grateful to them. Even after I got my truck they still continued to make sure I was happy with the work and if I needed anything they were more than happy to help. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the of receptionist. I don’t recall her name but I know it wasn’t Madison, whoever it was had a smart attitude, didn’t seem to want to be at work always had a hard time with whoever the young lady was but other than that everyone else from CSI was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend to anyone who asks.

Took my truck to be repaired due a can of oil based paint hitting the front of my truck. The process was painless. They were up-front, honest about cost. My biggest concern was the color. I have a bright green truck so I was afraid the color would not match. Imagine my surprise when I picked it up (and the estimated date to be done) and found the color looked exactly like the rest of my truck. I asked for my truck to detailed before getting it back. When I got to pick it up it was like I got back a bran new truck. They kept me informed every step of the way thru texts or calls. I will definately use them again

When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was perfect like what we agreed upon. CSI should publish a book for the other repair shops to go by.

This is csi on highway 6 77084 I am very sure I post on the correct company. I am a customer and I fix my car here once. I GUARANTEE your company did not do a good job.Please stay away that’s all I can say.on here they sound nice. When u get there they are scam.

My work truck was struck on a jobsite. After putting the truck in the shop, i recieved a daily text of the work being completed on the truck. I got my truck in a reasonable time frame and didnt have to answer when the truck was going to be done. The Daily text message is a good way to know the progress on my vehicle.

I went into this shop just hoping someone would get my mustang fixed how It was before my accident, Adel Mar took care of me and made me feel like I was really getting the service I deserved...the work came out really good as well! I would bring my other cars here!

I am a repeat customer of CSI. They did a great job repairing my daughters car a few years ago, and like anything else, when you find a place that makes you happy, be it car repairs, haircuts or dog grooming, you tend to use them again in the future. Long story short, I backed out of my driveway recently under distracted conditions and hit my daughters car, causing significant damage to both cars. Insurance was their usual penny pinching useless selves, but I must say, CSI went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Note: I am *very* particular, and will notice, and reject, the slightest evidence of repair. Long story short, CSI made sure I was happy, we bypassed insurance and replaced a panel that needed to be replaced instead of just repaired. My car looks 100% again. I cannot overstate how much CSI bent over backwards to make me happy. Special props to estimator Mike, who I am sure probably aged 10 years after dealing with me, and also to the girls in reception who handle difficult customers...like me. All were excellent and made me feel like I was part of their family. Trey (manager) also deserves a mention, he did his job and got involved when he knew I wasnt happy with the first repair attempt, but remember, they were working within insurance boundaries so this was not their fault. Trust me: Im as picky as they come, and if you need bodywork I definitely recommend CSI. They will literally do whatever it takes to make you happy. Bank on it.

Good Job! but need a little more on detail

These guys did a phenomenal job repairing our car. We turned to them after a small accident which left a huge dent in the front bumper of our Honda Pilot. CSI repaired the car to mint condition. It looks better now than the day we bought it. Definitely take your car here if you need body repair service. Theyre exceptional!

CSI did a great job of repairing my car. It needed most of the front end replaced and some engine repair. They completed the job under the estimated time originally quoted. Mike with CSI text me daily updates to let me know the status of the repair. The staff was very professional, and quick to respond to my questions. For future car repairs CSI will be the place I go too, and I will recommend them to family and friends. CSI also followed up after I took my car home to make sure all was to my satisfaction. They now have a committed customer.

CSI has taken care of our vehicles several times. They always do a fantastic job, they do it on schedule and they are always super friendly. Their text update system is great as well. We highly recommend them!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Steer clear of this mechanic shop, as they are untrustworthy!! After having an auto accident (Front end) the tow truck had my car delivered here. After less than 24 hrs I requested to have my vehicle towed elsewhere and released the vehicle to the insurance CO. in person. After releasing the vehicle and getting home, they called me stating that they Forgot to mention that they spent 4 hrs tearing apart my car and was responsible for the additional labor. When the Insurance Company arrived to tow the car they claimed that I then owed additional steering fees and was responsible for payment before the car could move which delayed everything. I had this horrible experience with the owner, Trey Perdue, and would not trust him with anything- especially your car! After the car was then towed, they did not include the rear bumper which has a minor paint scratch and was on the appraisal for painting touch up- Now I am responsible for REPLACING the rear bumper and this shop refuses to give it back. They are probably going to sell my bumper for profit after the made up fees I had to pay for to release the car. Stay away at all costs. I will never go back again.

Very disrespectful manager

I was blown away by the customer service I received here. My service advisor kept me in touch with everything as far as the repair and what was going on with the insurance company as well as a rental. I highly recommend this place they do top-notch work they have great customer service and they really know their stuff. Ive been there more than i wanted, but every time im there Mike and Madison do everything possible to get my car back to 100% with the least amount of stress. Definately recommend using them for any collision needs.

I had to replace my windshield, and this was the best price in the area, BY FAR.There were some miscommunications (my windshield was accidentally delivered to the other location), but they worked through them efficiently and effectively, and were very direct with me about what was happening; no trying to dodge responsibility.Very clean facility, very well-kept. Friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this location, especially for windshield replacement.

CSI is awesome! Michael definitely took care of me he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Three days ago I went back for an alignment because the truck was still pulling to one side and they were more than happy to take care of it. He even swapped out 2 fog lights at no cost. Today I went back because the bumper had a small gap on the right side and he took care of me again. Their customer service is outstanding. They did a good job 3 months ago and even today after going back for minor things they welcomed me with a smile every time. Definitely will recommend them!

I got involved in an accident about a week ago and brought my car to CSI For repairs. From the moment i walked in Franshua and John were very welcoming and professional about my requested services. The other party didn’t want to use their insurance so they made sure the person at fault was contacted and coordinated payment. I didn’t have to do a thing, they handled all well. They helped with facilitating numbers for rental car, insurance companies, etc. They also offered a detailed clean services including engine clean up. Overall, this is my second experience with CSI and i can confidently say they are superior to other shops around. The treatment is executive as well as the services delivered. I strongly recommend this local business. Will always come back for repairs and services.

I chose CSI to fix my car after someone hit me and caused serious damage. The staff are friendly and have great customer service skills. Mike always took my call and took time to answer my questions. We ran into a couple of snags, but he worked hard to make it right. He even got my car inspected so I could get my new sticker before the old one expired. Though I hope I never need to, I would use CSI again.

Integrity and being upfront with customers is not a policy. Customers are told one thing to get your business and afterwards caught with unexpected expenses. Dent in door when we got car back. They said it was there when we dropped it off as their photos show. Problem is i know it wasnt and I wasnt there when they did their inspection and photos. If an inspection is done it should have been done with the customer there to verify. Very unethical! I recommend finding another place to have your auto repair done. UPDATE...AS OF AUG 9. Now this business is calling stating my insurance hasnt paid. I immediately called and confirmed it has been paid...over a month ago! Please do not use this company. They are dishonest or at best disorganized!

At first they did a great job on my car and seemed like they would handle everything needing to be done on it. They even informed me that the last collision repair done on it was done wrong and handle talking to the insurance company and getting it perfect for me, which was wonderful. First when I got my car back I noticed my handles keyless unlock touch wasnt working on my passenger side, I contacted them, showed up and feel like I got a run around because I wasnt contacted again. I know no damage to my handle was made but if you take the door off to do work and get in there Id think theyd make sure everything works after putting it together.Anyways now Im back up here because two of my lug nuts flew off my rear tire and the case cover under my front end of my car came half way undone. So I had to stop on the side of the road and jack my front end up to take off the rest of the bolts holding up the cover because they werent tightened in the first place. Who ever the technician was didnt tighten up the lugs nuts to the specs, which is dangerous.

They spend all the time blaming the insurance company. CSI is at fault for all of the delays. They dont take ownership of anything. My insurance company kept me informed the entire time. CSI just makes things up to turn you against your insurance. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY ARE SAYING

These guys are awesome! My car is 5 years old, and Id been in an accident that messed up the front and back of my car, but it looked brand new when they were finished with it! Aside from fixing the accident damage, they took out a couple dents that werent part of the accident, so I know they were really interested in taking care of me. Theyre genuine people-pleasers. I was greeted with a smile and a kind word whenever I walked into the lobby (which is really nicely decorated - you forget youre at a body shop). The woman at the front desk (Franshua) was a sweetheart, and the estimator (John) kept me up to date throughout the repair process. Overall, Im really glad I chose CSI.

Maybe your experience was great...Or maybe it will be different but this was mine... From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, Roy to be specific, immediately insinuated that I had caused certain damages to my vehicle prior to this accident. Well to say the least, these accusations continued until the day I picked my vehicle up and still persist today, a month in a half later. Additionally, I was concerned that because I had hit someone my alignment would need an inspection so I asked Roy to please have someone take a look at the alignment and his response was well I will have to check with State Farm because State Farm this and SF that... OK JUST SAY YES HOW ABOUT THAT? AND THEN COME BACK TO ME AND SAY LOOK I SPOKE TO STATE FARM AND IT CAN BE DONE OR IT CANT but no INSTEAD HE BAD MOUTHS SF???, OK, NEXT, picking up my vehicle...as I am walking around my vehicle to review the repairs I noticed that my windshield was cracked something I KNOW FOR A FACT WAS NOT THERE when I dropped the vehicle off. Roy goes to review the BEFORE pictures and comes back and took full responsibility and stated that this was definitely something that had been done by his team and that this would be fixed on on CSIs account. Can someone tell me why Roy went to State Farm and claimed this windshield????? (almost three weeks later from initial claims) Stating that his manager said to claim it as something that may have been caused by impact??? First: I did not bring my car in immediately after the accident, accident happened on 4/7, and vehicle was brought in 5 days later with no cracks on windshield hmm. Second: why he did he go to MY insurance agency to claim something he had just TAKEN FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR...WITHOUT my consent, WITHOUT my knowledge, and WITHOUT MY APPROVAL??? What is even more mind boggling is how come this was EASILY CALLED IN but yet when I asked about having someone to look at my alignment he wants to bad mouth SF and give me excuses as to why it could not be done prior to even trying? It got done BUT point is there was no reason for him to make this seem like it was such a chore when it is part of his job and or is claiming their faults on my insurance. Lastly, I just want to give you all a heads up and say follow up with your insurance provider to make sure that whatever shop you decide to go to INCLUDING THIS ONE is claiming legitimate damages. Also, always take your own BEFORE pictures (360 degree views recommended) when dropping your vehicle off here or at any other shop. Lesson learned.

My Nissan Altima was rear-ended on Highway 6 at Clay. I filed a claim against the other drivers insurance (State Farm). I picked Bear Creek CSI Collision because it is on State Farms list of collision repair shops and is near where I live. Just picked up the Altima. It looks almost brand new (even though its over 10 years old). Bear Creek CSI Collision did a great job fixing it, and John Salas (their contact for State Farm claims) treated my wife and me with courtesy.

I almost never give 5 stars on anything as I think that is reserved for the very few elite, and Sid at Bear Creek CSI is one of those that deserves 5 stars! He was extremely prompt in responding to our call, concerned for my mom that was broken down on the road in the August heat. She is not the best with directions so there was a lot of miscommunication as to where she was stranded and Sid was very patient through it all. She actually was about 30 mins from where we originally told Sid and he still drove out right away to assist her. As he was preparing the vehicle for tow, he discovered it was in a wrong gear, that seemed to be the whole problem with the vehicle. He fixed it and she was able to drive away. He only charged us a very minimal fee, nothing worth all the trouble he went through in trying to get to her and I am so extremely grateful, I would pay him more if I was there. I will definitely hold on to his number and call him, and only him, if anyone in my family ever needs a tow. Thank you so much Sid, tow drivers are so hard to trust and you earned our trust for sure!
