I just had the worst experience ever attempting to drop off my car for repair.Waited two weeks for my car drop-off appointment.Front desk rep informed me that I wasnt on the schedule and refused to review my email correspondence from service king with my appoint date and time.Then refused to let me speak with the manger or assistant manager and informed me that I needed to drop off my car on another date without explanation or aplologizing for the error.Rep then stood up and walked off after accusing me of raising my voice and attempted to turn around for a physical confrontation. ( I am still confused by this gesture to a paying customer)As a prospective paying customer who showed up on the scheduled date and time to drop off my car for repair I am amazed by my treatment at Service King today. This is my first company review ever and if I could give them ZERO stars I would.
Horrible .Horrible. Horrible ...After being hit in an accident I desperately needed my car repaired so I dropped my car off & was told it would be repaired but when i picked it up there was a huge crack in my windshield. NO one explained this to me. The guy who was suppose to take care of my car named Elvis Ramon is extremely unprofessional., unmotivated, lazy,RUDE, unconcerned and didnt explain anything.He didnt really even introduce himself. He basically just told me my deductible is needed for pick up,said theyll fix my car and asked for my keys.I was skeptical about leaving my car here because he was so dry and not informative. I will NEVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN NEVER AGAIN.Ive learned my leason! . I wish someone would have informed me to expect a CRACKED windshield when I picked up my car. THEY also refused to fix it and the manager wasnt any help either. This was a HORRIBLE experience from start to finish and I would never refer anyone here. The male receptionist is the only person with a welcoming personality.

Sadly I’m a bit of a regular here but Service King Bellaire has made each visit to their shop painless and as delightful as fixing your crashed car can be. Clear communication, excellent body work, replete with a cleaned car at the end. After my most recent visit, the fixed car came back with a ziplock baggie filled with a $20 bill and loose change they found in the car while cleaning! Impressive!
Service king collision repair/Bellaire was very courteous and professional. General manager (Marvin) and his Team of workers made sure my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction. Thank you.
Not a good experience at this location. I had to take mine back 3 different times, and the issues were not solved. I’ve since moved on to a different location. The initial collision damage to my car was very, very minimal. Easy paint work on the front passenger fender and ¼ of the front bumper. They sprayed my entire hood with clear coat, when the hood had zero damage from the collision. This later came to be a continuous issue, as it appears they did little to no prep before spraying clear (can see surface defects that are now trapped under a new layer of clear coat, impossible to remove without repainting). After I received my car back from the initial repairs, these were the issues: Overspray on my gloss black wheels (looks like white spray paint), paint work/wet sanding was so bad that it looks like they used a brush in some areas, clear coat application was not clean at all because there were little ‘pin holes’ everywhere that felt rough to the touch, very sloppy ‘clean up’ job that left polishing compound (white) all over the black plastic on the exterior of the car (very hard to get off, have to use a toothbrush and alcohol to remove it or you’ll never get it), scratched my trunk and didn’t say anything, left horrendous buffer swirls (look like someone who’s never done body work was operating the buffer), and used this horrible interior ‘cleaner’ that left all the surfaces sticky (including my alacantra steering wheel) and dried up to be an off white color that looked like I had never cared for my car. After bringing the car back and being forced to pay a $50 deposit on a rental (that didn’t have an EZ tag and cost me more money with rental toll fees on top of toll fees), the only thing that was fixed was the overspray on the wheel and the scratch on the trunk. Oh yeah, they scratched my hood during this ‘repair’ and didn’t say anything about it. So, I brought it back again. They buffed it for a good 1.5-2hrs and didn’t really fix anything. The last time I brought it they didn’t really fix anything either, in fact, they made it worse. I had to take the paint pen and point out all the issues I could find myself, pretty sad, I thought this was their business? I’m almost 100% sure they lied to me about ‘re-shooting the fender’, because the exact same pin-holes were in the clear coat, some of the pin-holes in the hood were fixed, but it still looks like someone took a pen and poked the wet clear coat in a lot of places. And I just noticed that my trunk is now scratched again (looks like an dirty extension cord was just draped over the car) and my driver rear gloss black wheel has a nice chunk missing off the edge. I probably didn’t notice this when I picked it up because it was raining.So now I am taking it in to a different Service King, with more damage than I came into the other with. I now have a scratched wheel, a scratched trunk, a hood with terrible looking clear coat and buffer marks, and a quarter panel with pin-holes in the clear coat. I now have to plead with a new body shop that all of this damage was caused by the other, and hope Service King honors it and repairs it under their lifetime warranty. There are more issues, but I probably dont have the space to type it all out. Take a look at some of the pictures for proof.I should add, my customer service rep (or service adviser) was pleasant the entire time. I understand he probably has his hands tied as he doesnt do the body work, but has to take the customers complaints.
This place is actually nice. I was late for my appointment because Google Maps directed me to the back of the shop which I missed the big sign on the front at Bellaire. The guy in the shop was very helpful to direct me to the front office. Once I pulled my car at the front parking, the receptionist and service adviser were quick to help me set up everything and have a rental car. I would recommend this place.

Truck got rear ended Nov 2015. Service King of Dallas fixed it.Dec 2019 paint started to bubble.Took truck to this location and was fixed at no charge. Location was convenient. Delivery of vehicle took 2 days more than promised. The quality of paint was superb so I had nothing to complain about. I have peace of mind knowing work performed here has a lifetime warranty and they fully stand behind their service.Joaquín Mata was a GREAT service Advisor. He took great pride in solving my problem.
They wear great explained everything. But not so great at washing the vehicle
They were extremely courteous, the communication was incredibly awesome and my car was ready even before it was promised. I would Highly recommend them.

Car was supposed to be done 12/17, I received a call regarding my battery being dead, I personally had check a couple days before and the battery was at a 50 percent life and SK only had it for three days, nun the less I agree to the new battery.SK put in a new battery and the car still did not turn on, (pretty interesting) now i have to wait for some computer and the new estimated time for the car to be done is 12/21 then moved 12/23. I receive a call and the part has not been delivered and wont be done till 12/28 because SK will need to have someone come and make sure the software is working properly. 12/28 I call SK and Im told the car is still not ready later on the same day 12/28 5:30pm I receive a call that my car is ready, and that they close at 6pm. (clearly Im not going to make it there at 5 oclock traffic time ) 12/29 I pick up the car and its POORLY washed Sk takes it back to wash again Im still not satisfied but i really was no longer in the mood and figured it may be best to hurry and cut ties before anything else, I was given paperwork the SK rep tells me all the information is there in the paper work ( I scan the paper work) Im not seeing anything about a battery or the computer so I hand it back to the rep and ask him to show me. ( it was not there) so he had to go back inside and get the paperwork. as I start putting my items in the car i notice a silver ring in my cup holder, I look up to see my Push start button is missing the chrome ring around it. I wait for the SK rep to come back and show him what I have found. He says he will order the part and call me when its in.I have used Sk before two or three times I believe with my Nissan maxima i was a little skeptical about taking the Cadillac but I figured since it was only going in for minor body work, its would be an easy in and out process, over all the time was long but the part that really irritated me is that i felt like a number no one called and really explained anything to me, it was very much hi this broke we will fix it HI we are still not done but we are working on it when really a call stating what happen and what the process is or how the issue even accrued, showing some type of remorse, compassion or sympathy, I think I would have been more at ease and able to cope with the information given to me.paint seems to have lil chips or dust in itthe edge where the door and front fender meat the paint is dual and does not match, the corner where the bumper and fender meet looks to be scuffed I thought that was getting fixednew discovery!!!, keyless entry does not work on the front or back passenger side doors. and yes that is the side SK worked on.Now 12/12it has only been two week the car has no been washed as directed, and the lower molding looks to be falling off I want what should have been fix to be fixed and correctly, there is no reason I should have to keep returning to this location for things that should have been fixed and inspected before giving the care back to me, if i can please be sent to a new location and have these issues fixed Id greatly appreciate it
I know covid19 has a bit to do with it, but the service was minimal at best. I brought our support because the bumper was sagging and the sides were popping out and I felt like they stuck another band-aid on it justcto get me out the door asap.Just felt like it was a waste of time.Oh and they open at 7am. I was there at 7;15am and no one for 10 mins. I just left and returned later that afternoon.
Satisfaction from the moment I talked to them on the phone until they provided my car back to me the damage repaired, my car washed and buffed, looked brand new, drives like a dream. Thank you for taking care of my baby car.

I called before booking my appointment to see if they could do the work on my car. I came to my appt on time. They took the pictures and sent me on my way on a Monday. Then they called to ask for more pictures after telling me they couldnt work on my car and I asked several times before coming and during the inspection. Why did I have to get my own pictures after the fact and they still have not called to follow up or schedule. This place is the worst service I ever received and this is a recommended place through my insurance.
Excellent service from Ceasar! They predicted that my car would take 20 days to repair but they finished the job 11 DAYS EARLY! They were extremely helpful, hassle free and communication was very good through the entire process. Would definitely recommend this Service King location to friends and family and will be back here for future repairs.
Not Efficient or Timely- Go Somewhere Else for Faster ServiceI had work on my car done at another Service King in a different city and had a good experience. Since then I moved to Houston and needed some more work done. I thought the work may be covered under Service Kings lifetime warranty. I called the main customer service line for Service King and they recommend this Bellaire location to me based on my zip code. I then immediately called the Bellaire location to see if I could bring my car in and possibly get it serviced under their lifetime warranty. It took three business days and the entire weekend (so five days total) for them to finally schedule my appointment, and that was with me calling 1-2 times everyday and emailing. When I finally came to my appointment I had to wait about 35 minutes for someone to help me because, as their front office attendant said, their staff was running late and they are short staffed. It then turned out that the work I needed done wasnt even going to be covered by the warranty! It was so frustrating that I had to wait five days to find this out... I could have gone somewhere else and already had my car fixed! So, I ended up going to a different place I know has a reputation for timely service (My Mechanic @ Kirby) because all the waiting to just get an appointment was not a good sign to me that they would fix my issue in a timely manner. Also, they dont offer a shuttle service! I would have been stuck there all day or had to use Uber/Lyft. So, if you value your time go somewhere else!
Several shops mentioned replacing my entire bumper because of a deep scratch on the right rear side. I finally got tire of looking at it and decided to get a few quotes from local shops I heard good things about. This was the only body shop that said they could repair the scratch instead of having to replace the whole thing. It looks like brand new at a fraction of the cost.
Extremely pleased with my experience here. Ryan did my car repair in very little time, was friendly and helpful, and did top-notch work. I was kept updated throughout the process. I live nearby and he personally dropped me off at home after I left my car there AND dropped my car back off right at my apartment once the repairs were done since I was out of the country! Would definitely use again.

This w as 1st class experience for me at a body shop. They did what they were supposed to do, took very little time, kept me informed of the process all the time, had rental car there and waiting for me as promised. I was not put out of my way at all. Highly recommend them and their work appears to be first rate.
The service received at this location is so bad that for the first time in ten years I am electing to have my vehicles repaired elsewhere. This location seems to be so busy that on top of not being able to accept work at times they are not meeting their commit times. The quality of the last repair work done here was not up to par as I had masking blended with paint, and when they refused work today that was the last straw.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They kept in contact with me and walked me through the whole process. Im very impressed! Adam and Eric were professional and kind.

Horrible service at this location had my car towed there after an accident. They did really shoddy work damaged my car while it was there. They had the car for eighty days for very little work because of damage and poor quality work. I would never come back to this service king or any other. The upper management for service king is horrible was told by Nathan the area manager that I was being picky even when other shops agreed the work was bad. The warranty is garbage and means nothing to them.
They do decent body and paint work, but the service writer doesnt inspect anything before releasing the vehicle. Body panels may be out of alignment, or parts may be missing or not connected. If you find anything wrong with your car after you leave, their standard response is, it may have been that way before you brought it to us, even if its clearly some part of the car they repaired. Be sure and inspect everything before leaving with the car, because getting them to fix something they broke is a joke. They tell you they are part of Allstate and there is even a Allstate office in the Service King office, but they are not Allstate and they charge Allstate for services and parts that have nothing to do with your accident. They are very good about calling you and reassuring you that your car is close to being finished, but after about a month, you start to realize they dont have a clue when the completion date is going to be.
Do not take your car here. Im not even wasting more time that they just wasted of mine for the last two months that theyve had my car to tell you guys the story. Just dont do it.
Absolutely nightmare experience! Service King held my car hostage for 10 days to fix a small bumper dent while continually lying to me about the status of my repairs and ignoring my calls and texts. They never could figure out how to fix my broken trunk latch but charged me an extra $90 for their time misdiagnosing it as a faulty electrical control module (it turned out to be an simple wire replacement).They cost me an additional $300 out-of-pocket car rental fees for the extra week they spent messing around with my car. The manager didnt even bother coming to the front desk to hear my complaints.
Update #2: After being forced to return to location for 9am appointment with manager, he stood me up. This dishonest place should be shut down!!Update: Avoid this place at all costs they are dishonest rip off!!! Their warranty is a scam and they’ll simply say “i dunno what to tell ya.” Their comment below is also nonsense considering they never follow up.Awful. Already been twice and lights keep falling out from cheap parts. they add insult to injury by trying to claim its your fault for a lot of their screw ups. Went in with best intentions only to end up realizing its a real hole in the wall place...

I hate to say Ive been there three times, but I have. And each and every time, they treat me SO well, and my car looks like I just took it off the lot! VERY impressive work and people here.
Please whatever you do, do not go to this place their employees are a bunch of thieves, they stole a device from the obd2 of my car, I tracked the device and find out was an employee, the manager also stated that us not the first time that this happen . They take money computer from cars, do not go there .
The customer service was good, and the took care of all the insurance stuff for me. My repair took about twice as long as I was told it would, and that racked up rental costs

Called made an appointment for 7 am so I could make it to work on time. They didnt see me till 740 :< estimate took 12 mins.Do not make a 7 am appointment.
