Old microwave died and we were anxious to get a replacement installed.Friend recommend we call Kaushal Parikh at Sara Appliance & Electronics in Houston. He recommended a very satisfactory replacement (at a good price) and arranged for a next day install.

I recently bought a Kitchen Aid Refrigerator from KP at Sara Appliance; it was a most enjoyable and pleasant experience. I went to the store on Old Katy near my house to look around, and KP furnished me with some specs via email after I knew my old refrigerator measurements. My husband and I went over a few days later, and KP showed us the Kitchen Aid on the floor after we determined we needed to buy a counter depth model. I went back to the store to check it out for sure and told him I wanted to buy it. We did the paper work; the refrigerator was delivered and installed the next day. (Incidentally, we had bought a microwave a year earlier, and I know I wanted to see if I could do business with KP and Sara Appliance & Electronics again - I am glad I did). Their prices are good, and their service is great; and KP is quite knowledgeable and professional.

We purchased a built-in refrigerator from Sara. The customer service was excellent. The refrigerator was slightly larger than the frame and the installers took prompt care of that for us at no additional cost. Highly recommend this company, and their prices were better than others we had received quotes from. Would purchase again from them.

Very professional and took proper measures and wore appropriate PPE while working in my house; which is very criticial these days due to COVID-19 pandemic. Needed a new dishwasher. I especially wanted a top-of-the-line 39 db Kitchenaide model. I found exactly what I wanted at Sara Appliance. Kaushal Parikh at Sara Appliance got me exactly what I wanted and at a fantastic price! They also arranged delivery, set up and removal of the old appliance.However, before they were able to deliver the new washing machine, my clothes dryer burst into flames. So, I was back on the phone with K.P. who was able to sell me a new Maytag dryer (exactly what I wanted), again at a great price!Both appliances are now installed, working great and I am very pleased with the sales and service at Sara Appliance!I highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with all the appliances I have purchased with Sara Appliance & Electronics. I have remodeled two homes and Kaushal Parikh helped me pick the best products ever. The first home I had all Wolf, Sub Zero and U-Line ice machine. The second home I decided to try Thermadore and I just love them. I also got the U-Line ice maker that makes ice like Sonic. It is awesome!! If you ever have any issues, Kaushal is there to help you and get the issues cleared as soon as possible. I give 5 stars because that is all I can give but if there were 10, I would give Sara Appliance & Electronics a 10

This review pertains to the experience I have had over the past month with Kaushal Parikh, a salesman for Saras. It will be broken down into three categories: Price, Professionalism, and CompetencePrice: This one is quick and easy. They have the best prices, period.Professionalism: Kaushal was always available to answer my questions as well as work with me to find what best fit my needs. He was honest, efficient and straight forward. I told him what we were looking to do and what we had in mind and he knew exactly what direction to take it.Competence: Kaushal was exceptional at his job, he knew all the details I had questions about and even who to go to for specific brand model specifications if I wanted confirmation beyond just his word. If everyone on the Texans performed their respective jobs with the same level of excellence, the Lombardi trophy would already be in Houston.

Walked in, no one greeted me, walked around myself, when I went to their office I got blank stares like no one knew what customer sercive was. Would not return.

I bought a Miele dishwasher from Sara Appliance & Electronics and had them install the item. Within a year the screws to the dishwasher started popping out. I called Sara A & E to ask them to come and fix it. The gal who answered the phone said that was normal because the dishwasher door was being opened and closed. What? In 20 years I have never had a dishwasher lose a single screw. I left a message for the store manager and my call was never returned. I wanted to buy locally to be socially conscious and support the local economy and my neighbors in business, yet when I needed them to provide support for their product, they were as helpful as if I purchased the item on the internet. Next time I will be getting the best price, this local vendor is not socially conscious.

No personality and 3 men working there and not one can answer your phone call you get the recording and it says unfortunately youve reached us at a very busy hour so since I was at the other end of the parking lot I stopped in and the store was empty just three gentleman that work there doing nothing
