Im writing this on behalf of my dad - He is very happy with the customer service he received. They went above and beyond in assisting him in figuring out what part(s) he needed to fix his appliance. Additionally, they followed up with him via phone to ensure everything was functioning properly.

Came in for the first time, staff super helpful and friendly. Had lots of knowledge regarding the parts. Very impressed. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Will be back.

Not impressed at all.I ordered a water tank for my espresso machine and it wasnt the same one that was showing on the website.I send a message to the customer service and got an answer 1 or 2 day later which is fine. Apparently, there was an error in the code of the supplier.At this point I was happy that I would get my problem fixed.The person asked me the model of my machine so he could find my water tank and replace it.Well its been 3 weeks now and I havent gotten any answers back.This as never happened to me whit any of my orders online from other companies.This is why I leave a 1 star review.(Sorry for my English, it is not my first language)

Very friendly great service

My experience was great, I had to change my cooktop switch and NO one had it just Online but I needed to fix it the same day they helped me get the switch in the same day and I pay less than the half price online by the way it was OEM GE. I was surprised really helpful. Thanks again my cooktop is working and saved around $250 between the part and labor.
