Excellent customer service very knowledgeable. Its not like you have a lot of other choices even in a city as big as ours. If you have to absolutely positively have a part now are today rather then you go here because is such a good place to go you might have to wait in line. If you call ahead to see if they have something and your placed On hold remember the last time you went to the store and they were so busy. They were having a hard time keeping up? I suggest you consult with Google maps find the time theyre the least busy is to do business with them. Also have a dryer that is prone to sensor failure I have Changed out thermal sensors etc. I think I went ahead and bought a package of all the sensors for that dryer. This place has saved me money time.

Dont waste your time driving over an hour for a part they have in stock. They do not deal with the public. Wont even answer their phone. How sad what this Country has become.

Our dryer stopped working and I already knew where to go to get a quality part along with excellent customer service. Go see Mr Singh and the staff at Marcone Supply. You wont be disappointed.

I called Marcone Supply at 08:06am and spoke to a gentleman. Provided the information for the part that was needed. He stated that the part was on stock, I said thank and would be there in 15min to pick it up.When I arrives at the facility, there was sign out from starting the lobby was closed and you need to call to have the part brought out.I was on the phone waiting for an hour while people were in the place . There were four other cars arrived and left during that time.When I was told I was next in line on the phone, the call was disconnected.

It took 45 minutes for me to get parts and no other customers were present. And AW Appliance have been doing buisness in that location since it was Central Supply. Back in the 80s

Fernando is very knowledgeable and was able to help us out. He printed a copy of our refrigerator parts and showed us exactly what part we needed to change. It was great finally finding someone who knew what he was talking about.

10 minute wait on the phone, they offer parts not too much advice. I was told that I can buy the parts and if they dont fix the problem I can always return them. Their price on the part $170 Sears Direct $63. I have always had the best of service from Servall. Today...Not so much.

Excellent customer service. Went to the Winkler store they did not have the part. Gentlemen took to his computer and found it at the North Houston store told me he would have it ready for pickup in the morning. Got there and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way home. Thank you for the great service that you offer.

Worst service ever in the world.Waiting in the outside in cold weather waiting for call waiting for someone to come. Everywhere open but this store close only except from back. Just use other stores.Without call they wont do anything
