Great staff, friendly, courteous and helpful. Great and reasonable prices (compared to Sears) . Had a good experience (first time) went in, got help looking for what I needed and came out happy.

This is a great appliance parts store. We have a whirlpool washer/dryer and have been able to pick up whirlpool parts to fit our models (several years old) with no problem. The prices have been reasonable and the store is organized and we have been able to pick up the parts same day. It’s not the easiest to get to but not bad. They also have many related appliance products ( cleaners and other items) in store. Overall, very convenient, to obtain parts, staff is knowledgeable and they offer money saving suggestions.

Be careful lifetime warranties are a extra charge, but theyre automatically added on. You can have it taken off. But you have to ask. Parts were easy to get, they were right off the shelf. I was in and out in 2 minutes.

Wonderful experience. They have multi-meter handy to test your parts when you bring them in, and I was given a lifetime replacement on the part I needed to replace.Getting to the store is just a bit tricky -- the turn into the parking lot is easy to miss. Take a right turn into the parking lot just before Dunvale. Its the first right turn past Kipp Academy.

Nice staff. Helped promptly. Got our piece paid. Check out was a little slow computer I guess.

They probably have what I need but unfortunately they have poor service over the phone, about 8 minutes waiting on the line and no answer and supposedly at this time they are not busy so if they want costumers they need to have someone to answer the calls so they can provide a better service for future costumers and current ones

Ordered part August 28th. They said it would be in 10-14 days at the store. Someone will call you when it arrives at the store, they said. I never receive a call so I called on September 27 and the operator said, Its ready for you at the store. So I drive from Rosenberg to the Westpark location and the lady behind the counter goes to find the part. Fifteen minutes later she comes back and says the part is not there. Then she tells me that I should have come into the store earlier, when they called me, to pick up the order. I told her I never received a call. And she says, I cant say that you never received a call.... I said, I can. So let me get this straight, you got the part, never called me, then sold the part, and that was my fault? Very very dissatisfied with this level of poor service. Definitely the worst in the industry by far.

Way overpriced if you arent an approved contractor with an account. I mean, I get giving a discount to the pros... but the non-pro mark up is like 100 to 200% or more. Thats b.s. Because most appliance repairs are super easy to do with a little YouTube guidance. The only reason I dont give these guys 2 stars is that they usually have whatever you need in stock... just at a super high price. For example, I needed a lid switch for a Whirlpool washer today. Not an urgent repair--I was able to bypass the lid switch so the washer works in the short term. 1st Source / Servall quoted me over $30 for the part... a $5 or $6 part... AND I had to wait on hold on the phone @ BOTH locations for about 10 minutes just to speak to someone. 10 minutes is a lifetime on hold. They need to deal with that. So... a quick internet search found the exact same part--OEM not aftermarket--for $6.50 @ McCombs Supply. $3.50 shipping. No tax. So, for $10 I get the lid switch delivered to my front door... vs. over $30 @ 1st Source... and I have to drive way out west and wait in line and drive back--and pay sales tax. Uh... not thanks.

Very pricey for parts, about twice than you would pay on the internet, but great staff and they have always have what I needed. It was also very clean. If you need it NOW, this is the place.

If your looking for parts for repairs on various house hold items this is definitely the place to go.

Not a pleasant experience... 😡I tried calling them several times in the space of 2 hours but the wouldnt answer their phone around 2 pm on a Monday! I was forced to drive down there just to find out price and availability of a Hotpoint stove part. Once I made inside the store I had to wait in line again for 20 minutes because the system was down! The counter personnel seemed pretty lackadaisical and unconcerned about waste of time, while we all waited patiently. Finally another counter-person showed up and managed to get her system working so I was able to get a price for the parts that I needed. A big waste of time.... I will be looking around for another appliance parts store.

Limited parts.Was told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to recieve evaporator fan for refrigerator ordered the part online recieved it in 3 days standard delivery.

Great service, prices and parts

Waited for my call to be answered for 40 minutes before I finally hung up. All I needed was for somebody to pick up the phone and tell me if they had a part in stock, but, nope. Haven’t even been in the store and already an awful experience. 👎🏼

They have the parts but the prices are 4 times higher than the same part at Walmart and 10 times higher than Online.
