This is the best dollar tree Ive been to as far as availability/variety of items. They also have a $3 and $5 wall. Great selection. Excellent customer service as well! I will be back when I travel this area.

The manager needs serious help. I went to use a gift card and the cashier didn’t know how to use it and called over her manager. The manager walked past us and said “I don’t know how to do that” and walked away. The cashier said yeah, that’s my manager, she doesn’t know how to do anything around here. Luckily the other cashier has been there for years and walked over and showed her how.

The store is kept clean and well stocked when they have the merchandise available. Cashiers do the best they can when they are busy, to help keep the lines down.With everything ONLY being a dollar you can’t really complain about having to wait in a line though.Customer service is always nice and they go above and beyond, especially for their regular customers.

Great store to get party items. I get my Operation Christmas Child items for Samaritan Purse.

Usually find all my cleaning needs. Love how much stuff I can get for just $1. I always love how friendly the cashiers are they are always willing to help.

It use to be a nice clean shop. Sadly not any more. The store was in shambles. There was only 2 ladies working check out. They was doing the best they could.

I gave them a 3 because they had 1 checker. The manager or whomever paiged another and she came back over the intercom and said she was checking someone in her office. So no one else checked. The line was loooooooooooooong! People were getting angry! Who ever the lady was that paiged the the checker must have thought she was too good to check for a while to help out. She was slender and red headed.What a shame!

DOLLAR TREE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL AND HAVE A VERY BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS ALL CUSTOMERS. THE CORPORATE OFFICE DOESNT CARE!!!!

Very rude associates. My son (5years old) had to use the bathroom extremely bad. When asked where their bathroom was I was informed customers are not allowed to use it. Then I was informed it was out of order. Hmm guess dollar tree does not let their employees use the bathroom (which is illegal).

Just left this store 5 minutes ago. Substandard customer service! The checker was holding a causal conversation with another customer that wasnt in the checkout line. The checker looks at me and turns her head. She didnt say Ill be with you in a moment or this line is closed.She just continued her casual conversation. Others workers in the office saw me and said nothing.I left the items and left the store. I call the manager (Kevin) and informed him of this substandard customer service. He thank me for bringing this matter to his attention. I hope he deals with the issue. Remember, the customers money do pay your salary.

It is the biggest dollar tree in the area by a pretty big margin so it generally has more selection than most. The building is a little older and it shows, but makes up for it by being able to get in and out faster than most other dts.

They have a great variety of items to complete any home or school project. 4 out of 5 for smell. This store always smells like a backed up potty. Never shop long.

I really feel like a lot of these positive reviewers dont actually know how Dollar Tree works.. this one is certainly not the best in the state. It is very unclean and the workers are extremely unprofessional and rude. Good luck finding anything in this mess

This has been a well managed, organized and friendly store. Recently, the store has become very messy. The manager just argued with me loudly regarding an item she insists she does not carry. I have purchased this item in the past and saw it from the truck last week. Poor client relationship since I shop there often. This woman is hardly management material. Will shop at the other store until the new store opens.

You can find almost anything for a dollar or less

Their floor was wet and I fell and really hurt myself so be careful. Their floorman left big puddle of water on floor and there were no signs out either. So just be careful.

Everythings a dollar, and many great values can be found, especially for basic medical items like creams...those darn arkansas mosquitoes. Also they have party balloons.All in all its worth a trip to stretch your budget. Note if you find something you like buy several as stock will vary and next trip they might run out. Once I got some wonderful coffee, I bought 20 and wish I bought more. They can get rather busy at times.

Usually great but the last several months I have been met with a horrible sewage smell in the building and empty shelves. The floor is absolutely disgusting covered in black ick that I think is the cause of the sewage smell. I think they may have changed management or something because its not the happy friendly store it used to be.

I feel like a millionaire whenever I shop there everything is a dollar and of the highest quality

Nasty place and rude assistant managers and manager. Not the best place to work or shop and the assistant managers are always outside smoking while other employees are working their butt off at the registers.

Needed 24 of a specific item for a 90th birthday party. They did not have the items when I was at the store, but called when the truck came in.They called to let me know they had my items . Friendly and helpful group and they made my day.
