They have a great garden center. But I waited almost 20 minutes before 1 of the 4 people working there came to run the register! Several others asked them, then left because they wouldnt check anyone out. I spent over an hour picking almost $200 worth of plants, or I would have left too!

Walmart normally is RV friendly.And the manager said they were ok with RVs parking overnight, but the city does not allow it.So we didnt want to chance it and have to move in the middle of the night.Not a good ordnance because the National campgrounds in the area are FF, so if you dont get a spot your stuck.

Alot of traffic, alot of merchandise in boxes on the sales floor. No employee spoke to me but the checkouts. Alot of shelves were low of merchandise. A few items I couldnt get.

Went to get a road atlas to take back roads and see the beauty in the states we are traveling and get off the interstate highways. We have stopped at 3 different Wal Mart and several truck stops no road atlas. Cell phones take you the quickest route. And, they wonder why our small towns are dying!!!

From the Bakery, I ordered on line, A Brownie cake, serves 16. Fair price, I picked it up, gave to my adult daughter, for her birthday. It was very good. I go in store shopping, frequently, I get a motor cart, Im disabled. I love price checking, purchasing the most discount items.

The cashiers are friendly most of the time and they have really stepped up on the bathroom cleaning. Trust me its worth the wait after they get done. And now its less messy and they work so hard to keep the halloween section clean. If dumb parents would stop letting thier kids try on masks and throw them on the ground it wouldnt be messy and we WOULDNT HAVE A PANDEMIC

The store is clean and organized. However the security cameras everywhere and the employees watching everything makes you feel uncomfortable. I understand it has to be done. Its just really sad that they have to do this. Im not from this area or state and have never come across this amount of security.

Great experience at the auto center! I was in and out for my oil change in 30 minutes. All the employees that I had contact with were friendly and answered my questions professionally. Ill definitely continue to use Wal-Mart (Albert Pike Rd, Hot Springs, AR) to get my oil changes!

I just want to say that this is the quietest non hectic Walmart that Ive ever visited 🤣. Went there today and I thought I was in another dimension. If you want to shop peacefully I highly recommend this location.

Went in to purchase a lawnmower yesterday. Checked to make sure it was in stock. Drove there, they had 3 of the model on racks, none in boxes. Attempted to purchase, was told they would not sell display models. Kind of understand, but you have 3. This is not Ethan Allen, its Wal-Mart. I try not to shop there anyway, theyve put too many small businesses out of business, but definitely will not be shopping at this one.

Just got my Moderna covid shot from Scott, the pharmacist. I was still waiting to feel the injection when he said OK youre all done.Geeze I cant believe I stressed about getting that shot. He made it the most painless shot Ive ever received. Thanks Scott!

I have to say it depends on what area you go to a Walmart. This particular one is fantastic for pickup IF they have items you need. Its impossible to get help in the garden center. And most employees know nothing about whatever section you find them in. They move them around too much

I usually keep my opinions to myself if they arent at least partially positive, but the level of disregard received has me questioning the overall value of even having something that was at one time commonly known as work ethic. The restrooms are DEPLORABLE. VERY FEW of their employees are even helpful. The tech area employees are extremely rude, especially the little short guy. The money center they always have one person, which shouldnt be especially around the 1st and 3rd. The auto department hasnt been open in a year, I get it Covid, but how is that even an issue in the auto department?. Youre changing oil/airing tires...?..

Management is lacking; however, the staff is always courteous and ready to assist with your shopping experience.

I cant imagine a world in which anyone would 5 star a trip to Walmart. I cant really tell you anything you dont already know about the experience. Its usually crowded, but youll find what you need pretty easily most days. If the employees seem like they dont care, its because they genuinely dont. I dont blame them either. Ive worked there, and I know from experience that its soul crushing work, so I dont begrudge the average Walmart associate their apathy. Whatever you need has a 99% chance of being in stock, so theres that.

The employees there are rude and half the time dont want to do thier jobs ... The bathrooms are not always the cleanest.... I was only going to rate it 2 * but the reason I gave it another star is because there are a few employees there that are amazing..idk thier names but one guy works the doors alot and sometimes he brings out groceries to the pick up /deliveries hes funny and very sweet ...

They kept over $100 worth of my items I purchased, because the greeter wanted to see my receipt. I couldnt find it.

Employees are very nice, but the customer base can be rough. I walked in and overheard a man tell his friends that they dont have to wear masks if they lie to the Walmart employees about having a medical condition. I have purchased products without UPC codes and an employee explained customers rip them off to use on other products to steal. During the height of the pandemic, not many were wearing masks here. Parking is normally packed, crowded, prices can usually be beat somewhere else, and sometimes the selection is more narrow than youd expect from such a big place no have largely outsourced this place but Ill go here maybe once a year on a whim.

Suggestion for the people who handle the inventory and ordering at this Wal-Mart: if people are consistently ordering a lot of something, order more of it.

Do not go to this Walmart for any reason! The associates are worthless and treated me and my 3 yr old daughter like dirt. Not to mention when we went to check out they only had 2 out of 14 lines open.

Always super busy and only 1-2 cashiers working. If I wanted to be a cashier or sack groceries, I would apply for a job there.

Not a great store, by Walmart standards. Its not big, which is fine and sometimes a relief. It is decently stocked.But (and its a big but) . . .It is a mess. Messy shelves, sometimes poorly organized. Computers for sale with display models conspicuously missing. The list goes on. Customer service is adequate.All in all, meh. Its there, which is better than nothing.

It was great except there were no handicap buggies available. I could not make it out of the store, I had to find a chair and sit for awhile, I then made it to my car. Bad experience

Well...its Walmart. Fully stocked and pretty clean. Always busy too. One thing that I love about this place in particular is the staff. Everyone is very kind and helpful. I honestly cant say that about most of them (normally I avoid staff because of this) but any time I cant find something, they always help and its greatly appreciated. She didnt know if the product I was looking for was in the store but she showed me how to use the Walmart app and how the aisle number system worked.
