Very nice store- exceptionally helpful staff and the cleanest bathroom I have seen in a retail store!

Store layout was good. Was able to find items with no problem

This store has a good selection of cake decorating products. They didnt have a cake ring mold, but they did have everything else i needed. Actually better selection than hobby lobby had.

Went in today around 11 girl at the counter was extremely helpful and sweet. They have my favorite brand of seed beads!!! Wasnt super happy with the price but could be worse! Small selection on the needles for beading pack I got was 4 for $8 which is quite a bit. Found everything alright though so I guess thats a win

Love the store they always have specials its never too crowded so its a great place to go during covid.

It seems like Im in this store when the Christmas items sale is happening. I never find any lights that I like but there are many other items. Sales here seem to be pretty good and we usually walk out with good deals. My Christmas tree has never looked better, thanks to this store.

Couldnt find anything I was looking for..and there was no one around. I had to go find someone finally at the checkout, turns out those 2 girls, were the only 2 working. Nor their fault by any means they had people to check our. Clearly either short staffed, poor scheduling, or both. Turns out 1 of them was a manager of some sort, yet wasnt very friendly, and she actually started taking off down an isle after looking straight at me. I had to flail my arms around at her saying Miss...Miss.. I need some assistance ! (Which BTW, I hate doing that at someone in a store)..lol. Needless to say, she wasnt very happy to be of help to me, lets just say low energy ! They apparently dont have what I wanted, which was those Nibs.. replacement felt paint pen tips... Anyway she was very brief in her explaining that they do not have them in the store but but she actually took the initiative to look online and Of course there was only one item and it didnt match. So I did end up with a couple of items and when it was time for me to check out she basically said go ahead the girl will get you I will get you on your way that was it. When I go back I go back the store itself was nice maybe they had more staff and maybe retrained the un manager... yes!

Sells great art supplies and has an amazing selection of canvas. They usually always have a sale. Nondiscriminatory atmosphere. A place for anyone to shop. Open on Sundays which is always nice.

Service was great 👍 found several good bargains.

Employees are always cordial & friendly,They have reset the store so I have a little trouble locating items. Always have a coupon

Found what I wanted good price

Theyve scaled down their wire wrapping wire to one shelf. The selection of wire is not very good since that change. Theres more of the useless aluminum wire than copper.

Lots of choices. Store neat and clean.

I tried to go there to get some type of unique gift and crafting materials.

Got in, got out quickly. Only needed one item. Clerk guided me directly to the item I needed. They were stocking so many new items.

Need more leather kits to choose from. Lots of stuff to look at for sure. Nice employees, very helpful and patient.

Great store with a good selection! Some items are a little pricey. They only had one cashier during my visit so service was a little slow.

Great place. I saw regular people inside of a little room doing arts and crafts and one lady came out extremely happy with her own handmade wreaths for fall I thought that was very interesting they also had a giveaway going on at the time and somebody got a cool basket full of stuff. I saw lots of things on clearance and the store was clean and easy to get around

It has everything you need for art stuff although with covid they dont have a lot of stuff in stock

If you are an artist (drawing/painting/etc.), I would recommend Michaels over Hobby Lobby any day of the week for supplies. Michaels has a larger selection, and their sales will have you paying practically nothing. They also have a great selection of frames and do custom framing as well within a reasonable price.

There are a few items here that you cant find at Hobby Lobby... but they are definitely more expensive than Hobby Lobby. I bought some of their epoxy resin then saw the exact same bottle for 25% less at Hobby Lobby... wont make that mistake again. I only go to Michaels for items I cant find at Hobby Lobby. Other than a few high prices, its a great store!

A crafters dream but pricey if its not on sale. But I will always shop there because when I walk out I feel so inspired to create. Every sales person I dealt with was incredibly helpful and polite, even when I called on the phone.

I went in to this store, which i have never been to, & the place felt friendly!I couldnt find what i was looking for, but the young lady at the register was very helpful!, plus she gave me a discount on a small craft fox that had a broken ear!! That was very nice of her!I will be going back most assuredly!🙂

I have visited this place quite a couple of times since I have been in Arkansas altogether. Their staff are really nice and supportive which makes it less difficult to get what I need and hop on out of their. As I have real difficulty talking to other people.

Love the bead/jewelry making section! Extensive inventory very reasonably priced. Sales associates are cheerful, knowledgeable and eager to assist or answer questions. Had to laugh at the review complaint re: cashiers engaging consumers in conversation during check-out. Glad to see the attitudes are still upbeat behind the register. It would be a terrible shame to see these young, hard working individuals reprimanded for exhibiting superior skills in customer service. Great job, everyone!

Great crafts friendly people great to help you out with things

I love this store. They always have sales and cute crafts. I can always find 30% off coupons online for an extra 30% on top of their sale price. The store has everything you need for jewelry creation, wreath making, to picture frames. Store is clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I went in for one thing and they didnt have it. NO paper cones for Xmas crafts.

Very clean and organized. Able to find everything easily. Great sales. The have different coupons everyday. They even offer classes for all ages and all skill levels of anything from painting, sculpting, crocheting, scrapbooking, and jewelry making.

Good deals, good prices on Halloween stuff

Horrible store!!! I bought a landscape kit for my daughters school project last night thinking shed like it and itd be fun for us to do. Well she had other plans on how she wanted to do it so we went here to get supplies for her thoughts and return the kit I had purchased last night kit was $22 but since I didnt have my receipt they would only return it for $11 because it may have been on sale in the past at some point so thats all theyd return it for! Its sitting on there shelf now for $22 I bought from the same girl last night that told me all this and yet thats all theyd do!! Im not really worried about the $10 but its the point behind it!!

Explored the store today and found a great deal on some beautiful beads Wonderful, helpful cashier. Wish I had asked her name.

Oh, my goodness, I have only gone into Michaels twice. The first time (around December 8th or so), they only had two cashiers working and the line was literally down the aisle about halfway to the back of the store. The second time was December 13th and while they had three cashiers working, the line was still all the way down the aisle almost to the back of the store. I find it sad that you wait longer in line then the amount of time that you actually shop.

Absolutely love Michaels. Sometimes its out of my price range but always quality products and they have amazing sales.

I left without my desired purchase. 2 people were in front of me. Cashier was visiting with the 1st customer more than checking her out. Finally finished with check out, but not the conversation, which kept going while the other customer and I waited. I put my merchandise down on a counter and left.

Craft store. Need I say more? Staff was friendly and they were having excellent Halloween sales. Got ramekins for $.49 each so whoohoo. Almost everything you could need for craft projects is available there. Clean as well
