The service was phenomenal. The man that owns, or main worker, in this bistro was so hilarious, and just a fantastic person. The food was incredible. The chicken pita was served with savory bread- I don’t know what was in the pita, but it turned my world sideways, it was so good. We bought an Irish coffee and green tea latte that were also fabulous. You can also get candles and fun kitchen towels while waiting on lunch. Really glad we stopped here.

Absolutely perfect place for breakfast. I had the eggs benedict and fresh fruit...so yummy! My husband had a platter with eggs, potatoes, sausage, orange slices and a fresh cinnamon roll, which he enjoyed. My cappuccino was hot and delicious. Their patio is adorable and tree-lined, so shady and the perfect spot to begin our first day of vacation in Hot Springs. Great gift items as well!

Wonderful food! Employees always have a wonderful attitude! The only thing is that you need to make sure you have plenty of time to spare and in no rush to be anywhere. Took almost 45 min to get the food but it’s understandable during these times.I think a helpful wait time would be appreciated. Overall experience was a 4/5.

One of my favorite places. Always friendly & polite. They were very busy & my water glass was dirty. They immediately took it, apologized & brought me a clean glass of water. There was a group of young people outside on the patio cursing. We complained as we wanted to eat outside. They went out & asked them to tone it down. I appreciate that! Food & coffee was great as well

We waited 50 minutes for 3 coffees and 1 bagel. The food was good but not worth the wait. Staff didn’t acknowledge us either. We stood at the counter waiting to order and they walked off without saying anything.

This cool coffee shop has a lot going on their menu. Great lattes and fresh fruit to name a couple. The servers are great and work very hard making an arrangement of things because this place is busy, busy. Try the fresh fruit platter and Eggs Benedict. They are both wonderful!

This is the first place my husband and I stopped to eat at on our honeymoon, and it was amazing! They were able to make me a decaf iced coffee; most coffee shops wont do that. They also serve lunch and dinner and have a lot of gifts to purchase in the store. We took a menu and plan to eat here again before we leave!

Great stuff! The food is always been incredible. Comes out in a nice timely manner. Was in there pretty late at night and they were still bright and happy. Great place to eat whether you by yourself or with a group of friends! To mention it is a coffee house and the coffee is tremendous.

Thank you Ashley for your kindness & you have a great personality. This is a nice coffee shop. You can shop a little while youre there. You order at the counter but they bring it to you at your table. They have a great menu, a little pricey but you get a nice portion. This coffe shop was very clean & neat. The only thing I didnt like was they have a lot of foam instead of coffee. When I took the lid off my cup to add some cinnamon powder, I mixed it up a little & you can see that you have about 3/4 of coffee & the rest was foam. They have a variety of flavors for your hot latte. Ashley did apologize for the excess foam & offer to make me another one. They also have a small bar selection so you can have Baileys in your coffee if you like.

The customer service was great and they were very friendly. If you want a boring experience, they are not for you. They are a little pricey, but worth it.

My boyfriend and I where visiting from out of town and decided to give a local restaurant a try. Very small shop with a cute feel aboout it, and lots of souvenirs to purchase. But wait time was over 30+ mins to get our food, quality of food was average, but very small portions. Bacon was very gressy, and not as crispy as expected. They forgot to get one of our drinks, and we had to ask about our desert. It wasnt terrible, but not a place wed come to again next time were in town.Saw multiple other customers complain about the wait time as we where waiting for our food as well.

AMAZING!!! We came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful food coffee and desserts! I will make a point to come here everytime I visit hot springs. The staff was delightful and the restuarant was very cozy!

15 minutes for a to-go espresso. Despite having forgotten about my order, the server got defensive when I declined milk. I generally prefer to support local coffee places, but I may have to stick to Starbucks.

I drove up here for breakfast and coffee. It is currently 8:49am on Tuesday, May 18th 2021. I guess you guys are closed? Door says 6:00am-3:00pm and online it says your open. Door is locked and the lights are off.Glad I drove up here for nothing 👎🏻****EDIT****I see now, after I left my review, you have updated your hours of operations online. It now shows that you are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday? For the record, the website and hours on the door said you were open on Tuesdays at the time I went. I have a picture of the door showing the times.

Employees were lovely but seemed overwhelmed. Our coffees with soy milk had clumps in it. Place was too busy to have it corrected so we just left.

This place is so cute! The workers were all very friendly and helpful in giving me recommendations on food and drinks. I didn’t have to wait very long for my order; my frozen coffee was ready almost immediately. They have all kinds of random merchandise to buy too. I’m definitely coming back.

Despite some days of long lines, some of the staff make it worth it. Emma is exceptional, hospitable, and super helpful.

The breakfast was really good. The coffee was excellent, however when you order curbside service you have to trust the order is correct. The tags on the boxes were correct, however we were missing the cinnamon roll. We did not want to drive back for a roll. I was disappointed as that was for me. I think they need to be more careful with the pick up and curbside orders. That being said, well still go there, we will just check the meals before we drive off. We have to support our small businesses at this time, and anyone can make mistake. This would had been a soild 4 star rating if not for the omission of the cinnamon roll.

1st time there and oh all the fun finds for sell. It was cozy and food smelled amazing. (Only ordered coffee so cant comment on food) my only suggestion is face friendlier people at the counter. I have never been there had no idea what to order and didnt see a menu anywhere. Sone suggestions or guidance would have been nice. I may have ordered food then had I felt not rushed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.After traveling a lot and living in the coffee capitol ( Seattle) I do believe this is the best I’ve had!!I tried their coffee on Friday and when we decided to extend our stay by another night, I immediately declared we would go back for coffee on Saturday.This morning we tried their breakfast and beyond please with the quality. I stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered the Bananas Foster waffle and WOW!!!!! No regrets ❤️❤️😂‼️They also have an adorable selection of trinkets and gifts ❤️

The Eggs Benedict was excellent. Quality cuppacino. I prefer it over Starbucks. Service was good.

We came here because the reviews were good, despite the lack of cars in the parking lot. There was one family of 3 in front of us and it took 25 mins to get the food. When I got my Eggs Benedict, the egg was over done, and when I informed the person behind the counter, he just said “okay”. Not somewhere I would go again.

Im still here, eating. This place is amazing. Employees are pleasant and warm. The food just warms my soul. My husband and I are eating and dancing in our seats to their lovely playlist.I also just bought a cute sloth board game. So browse around while you wait for your order. Dont forget the freshly squeezed orange juice!

Great place with the best folks ever. Coffee is very much over the top. It doesnt get any better. Good food, excellent menu. My wife and I met my son there, i havent seen him in 18 years. We stayed several hours, as it was cold outside and we were treated like family. Always welcome. They didnt rush us out, even after they locked the doors they told us dont rush, stay as long as we like. Ill always come back here when Im in town for some great coffee and food. Its great having a place like this to depend on to treat you like family.

I had a cafe latte and a dirty chai, best dirty chai Ive had in a long time. Latte was pretty darn good too. Lots of unique little gifts throughout the store.The food however was not what I expected. The breakfast Panini sandwich had one fried egg and one piece of grilled turkey lunchmeat on the whole sandwich, disappointing. Pasta salad was sour to the taste, not good at all.

This is a very cozy place. Only a few tables. They have a fairly large breakfast menu, as well as a lot of different coffee options. The breakfast is very good and a very generous portion for the cost. The service was also excellent. They also sell a variety of ground coffee, and other knick knacks if youre looking at supporting a local business. Definitely worth checking out!

Unlike the other Java Primo in Arkadelphia this one is getting a three. Why? Because at a coffee shop name Java Primo means that coffee is your staple. Primo means that coffee is your staple. so I always get a copy when I deliver there and I always ask for a large dark roast. I recently was told that medium was all they had to serve and that they switched out daily as to what they served. Look, if JAVA is your name then Java of different roasts and flavors is what the customer is offered.

Amazing place with some great breakfast options. I ordered the waffles with Bavarian Cream. They were great and packed with lots of fruits pieces. Although I did like a little whipped cream on them. But I would definitely ask for them again.

Cute little cafe with great food. The staff was very helpful and kind. The little gifts and items they sell are also really nice. They have a ton of different Tervis tumblers, handmade items and coffees for sale.

Food is ok. Prices went up a lot! Food was already pretty expensive now its up a dollar?!? You guys arent that great. The way the owners treat their employees is utterly horrific! The way they pay them is illegal. Do yourself a favor DO NOT TIP, the employees dont get it. The owners do. I know someone who works there and apparently the cakes and pies are old, like months old. What a disgrace.

One of the best coffee houses in Hot Springs. The blueberry bagel breakfast sandwich is to die for. My babies loved the chocolate dream waffle. The coffee is life. Good prices, wonderful service, a must visit!

We stopped here for coffee and breakfast as we were leaving town. The biscuit breakfast sandwiches were very good. The fresh fruit is cut fresh everyday. They have fresh squeezed orange juice. We were pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend this place.

We came here after our dinner (from a different restaurant) for a quick pick me up (coffee). It looks like a gift shop on the inside. But the coffee is good!I had no idea they offered food. Coffee is good. I have ordered the Belgian waffle 3 different times over 4 years and every time it was bad. In addition the cook had long hair and a beard without any hair net.

Man this is such a cool little place. The coffee was great. We had a breakfast panini and breakfast wrap. Both were interestingly done and plated professionally, which was a nice surprise. Also had the carrot cake which was great, too. Service was top notch. Couldnt recommend this place highly enough.

Service and food was fast. Restaurant was clean and comforting. I had the WaterPine Chicken Salad and my grandma had the Chicken Salad Sandwich - both were amazing. We will be back.

JavaPrimo employees were very friendly, and made me feel at home there. The young lady who took my order helped point out some standout items on the menu. I really enjoyed the Greek gyro, a tasty, wholesome and balanced sandwich ($9); the frozen hazelnut latte, and the Caribbean colada smoothie. I will be back soon.

Breakfast was so greasy! Over med. eggs tough greasy brown. Toasted bagel was soft and greasy. Jelly old and like rubber. OJ came after we were done eating and had reminded them several times we didnt have it yet. Bacon like jerky. No reason to ever go back!

Strange place with combo of cafe that tries to be a little of everything and a boutique store with a collection of items that don’t go together. Coffee was weak and food was not good. Not sure they have a full kitchen and food did not taste freshly made.

Coffee bad, bad and slow service, ok food. They need training bad. When you get whooped by Starbucks its sad. This place is bad due to management and turnover plus lack of employee training.

Came to hot springs on a short weekend trip, and found this little gem. Food is fresh (witnessed them cute the potatoes myself) and coffee is delicious. We love out breakfast and will be coming back.

Service was a joke ! Had to wait 25 minutes for two cups of coffee then when I finally got them they where not made correctly and they labeled incorrect. Im cant drink milk Im lactose intolerant and I ordered soy and got milk! All around bad experience.

There is something about this place I do not like. Overall, I think it is alright and definitely better than Starbucks. I would like to give this place 3.5-3.7 stars because they do a lot of things right and the staff is helpful. I think their location just throws me off, it is in the middle of sprawl run amok, a great location for business because of the traffic. The coffee is good, you can get an excellent cup of coffee here. They have a broad food menu of brunch, lunch, and dinner items. Desserts like gelato, everything smells wonderful. As far as the food, I have only ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It was not bad and about what I would expect. I want to try the gelato but any of their other desserts look just as interesting.
