I always have issues getting coffee. I typically make my coffee myself, especially since we got a Mr. Coffee K-cup brewer and Im picky about my coffee.However; Im currently using just basic Folgers, and was, not yet, caffeinated.My coffee order was perfect, and my pumpkin and cream cheese muffin was a touch of heaven on earth!

Very nice staff. Fairly slow. Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry. I ordered 2 REGULAR coffees (nothing fancy) with cream. It took over 20 minutes to get out the door.

These poor employees were so overwhelmed because they were training 4 new people at 11am on a Sunday. We waited for about 20 minutes before finding out that there were still 5 orders in front of us. Unfortunately, we had a flight to catch and had to cancel our orders. Management, please do better so your employees are able to do their job successfully

My family away from home. JuJu is my favorite but all the baristas here are so friendly and fantastic. A great pick me up is a coffee with extra espresso shot and cream. It will start your morning off just right.

Last two weeks they havent been up to their normal standards. I wouldnt mind the long wait time or corrected orders if the employees were nice. I hope they can open the second location soon to relieve their stress. There is a big difference in saying hey were training could you speak up? and saying were doing training if you could speak louder and more clearly it would be helpful.

3 staff members including manager took 10 min at window just trying to load $10 cash credit my gold Starbucks card, before purchase.(All I wanted was my points for my purchase and only had cash on me) It baffled them. I mean totally just blew their minds. Definitely need some training with system. Will never go back to this location.

Even though the younger baristas can be quite loud in many Starbucks, I actually enjoyed visiting this Hot Springs location. Its right off Central Ave, in a strip mall with adequate parking & a busy drive- thru.For its smaller interior, the floor- plan was well thought out. The baristas were very loud & obnoxious upon arrival, but as the orders started coming in, they settled down and got to work. Thankfully, I keep ear plugs with me wherever I go these days. Sadly, Its become a necessity & I wear them often.

The drive through line looked long when we arrived but the service turned out to be faster than we expected.

The Early Barista are Amazing they are always so kind to make order perfect and have always started my morning with a smile ❤

The staff was nice but experience not so much. The cashier put the wrong name on my order and was already a long wait time but after my order was ready they called out the incorrect name and I continued to wait for my order after everyone had left that was before me I went to the barista and gave her my order details and found my order had been sitting there on the counter under a name that did not get close to reflecting my name. I wont be spending $15 to wait 30 min for an order of coffee.

Service and coffee was great. Wonderful staff. No inside tables for use and no electrical outlets out side. I am sure I am not the only person who misses the atmosphere of Starbucks.

My very first time in a starbucks and it wasnt a bad experience. The employee that took my order was very helpful at making suggestions. She answered any questions I had along with helping me find a good drink choice. I couldnt tell you what drink I got but it was very chocolatey and had little to no caffeine which is what I was looking for. The only downside to the experience was, it was very difficult to hear and be heard due to the coffee grinding right behind the register and blenders going constantly. It definitely was not as bad most people say Starbucks is. I would definitely recommend it, but it is slightly more than most coffee shops but worth it every once in a while as a treat.

First time I been in a Starbucks since I moved from Seattle in 2009. Only thing it was missing was the great music flooring they the air. I didnt not notice if they had any mic CDs available, Starbucks is known for their mixes.Shop was very clean. Staff was polite, courteous, & friendly. While waiting I started chatting w one of the Bristol complaining about the cost of goods for remodel. She recommend Railroad, if ur looking for some unfinished cabinets, solid wood doors, & other suppliers check them out!Double tall whole latte & blueberry scone (got to try the scones) was a perfect treat to start a Monday morning belonging to an extremely stressful busy week.

Got all four of our orders perfect and the drinks were delicious!

Fraps were watered down. Not up to usual quality. Way too much ice and not much caramel flavor in either frap I ordered. Berry hibiscus refresher was very good.

The slowest Starbucks EVER! We stayed at a hotel close by and made multiple trips to this Starbucks location during our stay. As you can see by the attached photo this man even got out of his car and had a cigarette while waiting. On the plus side, the drinks were delicious and the staff was super friendly.

The pickup counter is not wiped down. This leaves sticky residue on the bottom of their cups. Id also feel better if it was wiped due to Covid-19

Most of the time I order on the app and do drive thru pick up. Its always ready when I get there and hot and perfect. The staff are friendly and quick. The only issue is of course that drive thru line. If there was a way to route app pick ups vs drive thru customers that would be great.

Unfortunately I walked out after waiting for 20 min for a drink that I paid for. The staff were working very hard but could not keep up with the demands of the customers coming through.

Ordered online, first time, on my way there...place was packed...line around the building but I still was served in a friendly efficient manner. I had their grilled cheese, amazing...I will definitely have it again.

Super friendly folks and clean bathrooms. I came for the toilet but stayed for the coffee! Super friendly Tessa took my order with professionalism. My terrific Americano prepared promptly. And what can I say about the restroom? Better than average, no odor, clean, well-stocked.

I LOVE this place. The employees are friendly, they remember my name there. I always get a Venti dulce cinnamon latte sad its spot on every single time.I love that they greet you as you walk through the door. You feel seen and welcome. Which is what you want from any place. They always have their music going on and they will let you know if its gonna take a minute for your order.You can see all of the employees behind the counter, and you can tell they work hard not only to complete your order quickly but they keep up on cleanliness, even when faced with the disadvantages of a truck order in the middle of the day.These people are my heros. 5 stars every time.

Asked for cream and sugar in my coffee they put only a drop of creamer and no sugar...they called our order but did not have the second one ready!At least 7 people working behind the counter and they could not get the simple order right!

Staff is usually cordial enough. They always seem to be busy. Have rarely had a bad crafted drink. I just wish that all locations would reevaluate only having house blend in the afternoon. I prefer dark roast. But... When in need of a decent cup of Joe, this place can deliver.

I wish they open up a 2nd Starbucks because I come here alot. Im in line for 15-45 mins sometimes. Ive lived here for about 2yrs and since being here seems this is the only Starbucks here in Hot Springs. Theres other coffee shops too. But this is the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been too in my life. Im from Texas and never understood why its slow here. My guess is they need another one opened. Drinks are good but waiting is long.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in the 50 Unites States... always friendly and fast. First time in the place was very busy and the person handing out purchases still knew who I was and handed me my items personally. Recognition will get you every where and this store knows it!

Didnt have what I wanted, no place to sit down inside. One very rude cashier with brads acted like she was 12. If it wasnt the only Starbucks in town I wouldnt go back.

Nice Starbucks. Usually fast service even in peak breakfast times. Good coffee with decent food. It’s my usual go to breakfast stop when I’m in town.

Wonderful service. The barista went out of his way to help us even though they had just closed. We were on our way from Texas to Chicago and stopped at the Courtyard Marriott for some rest and were very grateful for the service we received from Starbucks. Thanks Starbucks, Hot Springs. We go to Texas often for family and will definitely visit the location again.

I’ve never spent less than 20 minutes in the drive through. This location traps you in line with no way to get out. You may pull up and only see one other car, but don’t be fooled! You will stay wait forever. Staff is friendly enough and the coffee is great though!
