He needs to be shut down. He is a liar, he sales junk advertised as running great. I had a friend take him to small claims court - she lost ONLY because she signed the.Buy As Is. He lied in court. He is arrogant and rude. She had to put over $4500 in the car. It had water in the oil pan and so much more that had to be replaced under the hood. All she did was drive it off the lot down the road and that was it. I don’t see how he can sleep at night knowing he is ripping people off.

Bought a mini van from them. Contacted them a couple days later about trying to trade for something else because it was having issues. Was told to bring it in and we could. Got there to be told 1 suv we wanted was spoken for and the other one was said to have issues as well. Drove by a day or 2 later and the suv with issues had been sold. Told they would contact me in a couple days when they got something else we could work with. Never heard from them again. I will not go back we are stuck with something we are having trouble trying to fix. And was not told it has a salvage title until after purchase.

Bought a dodge Dakota drive it all of 4 times after them saying all it needed was a tune-up... Then bought a mini van... Check engine light was on they told me it was a simple sensor... Left the lot and didnt even make it to the interstate before it was overheating... Called them with no response... Had it put in a shop cost me an extra $600 in labor and repairs only to be told by my mechanic that I was sold a piece of junk... Now Im out $5k plus shop fees and still no dependable vehicle for me and my children...

I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star but it’s the lowest it’ll allow. I bought a 2010 traverse a couple of weeks ago. When I went to test drive it the check engine light was on. I asked the salesman (Walter) about it and he hooks it up to the machine that reads the codes and he clears it. It came on again on my way home. I took it to the shop a week after buying it and it turns out the car needs a new motor and transmission. I’ve contacted the owner (Ray Smith) and he is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He won’t give me a refund and expects me to pay for the repairs. This place is bogus and I’ll let everyone I know not to buy from them.

I called after hours and spoke to a young lady named Jocelyn. She was already at home with her family. She said if your really interested Ill meet you at the office. I thought what a model employee. You dont come across that much anymore. I took her up on her offer. And she went to great lengths to get the truck out for me and get it ready for the test drive. I was amazed at her efforts. As a employer in this business I was really impressed. Thanks for your help!! This business needs more of you! Great job!

I love my car from Advantage Wholesale!!! The owner went above and beyond which was amazing. He didn’t have exactly the car I was looking for at the time so, he said he’d find one...and that’s exactly what he did. Within a week I was driving the Lexus I was looking for. Definitely don’t hesitate to ask him about other vehicles if you don’t see what it is you’re looking for. The best part is I was able to purchase a 90 day warranty too!!! I drive from Hot Springs to Conway daily and it’s important to know that I have a safe and sound vehicle.

If only there were 0 stars.... They falsely advertised a vehicle then refused to give back the $100 we gave them. We discovered before the purchase was final that the AC did not work, but they expected us still to purchase it or they would just keep our money. No where in the text does he say the $100 is nonrefundable! I would understand if we just changed our minds, but we refused to purchase a vehicle that was not as described. They STOLE the money. I waited a month to make this post. I wanted to take some time and see what we purchased. We bought this Mercedes from Advantage Wholesale aka Pit Stop and couldnt be happier. It needed an oil change and new filters but I am extremely happy with our purchase. Walter worked well with us over the phone, and even met us on a Sunday in one hell of a rain storm. Several of our friends have even tried to purchase the car from us... not a chance.😁

I wish I could give them 0 stars! They stole my money. They advertised a vehicle as having Cokd AC, I paid $100 deposit on the vehicle, then immediately drove 2 hours to get it. Arrived and there was NO air conditioning. The air compressor was out! Ray REFUSED to return my money! Later when I continued to confront him by text about my money, he attempted to EXTORT a 5 star review out of me by saying he would return my money in exchange for a 5 star review. I have photos of the text messages to prove it!!

Stay away from this place!! My friend bought a car here cash and car only last 36 miles before it died on her. The business has been unresponsive since then. She took it to the shop and was told no oil or water in it. Even though it had a sticker that the oil had just been changed less than 2000 miles. It had water in the oil tank. Every single hose had to be replaced. The water tank had to be replaced. Crankshaft seal, thermostat And the list goes on. And that was just to get it drivable so that could find out the other issues there may be. But yet he advertised this car drives good and runs good. If you want to give your money away this is the place to be!!

The car I bought from them advertises as runs great and drives good, drove it 30 miles and that was the end of it. It’s in the shop and the list of things so wrong with it are unbelievable. From hoses, to water in the oil pan, to filters. I didn’t even have to tell them who I bought the car from, they knew. I have a family member who recently traded a journey for an 09 Acadia, who only got to drive it a handful of times because its been on back of tow truck and at the mechanics. When traded she was told it needed a cam sensor but this wasnt the case, it had to get a new timing belt and a motor mount. Then maybe a week after that it had to be towed back for a fuel sensor. Then maybe a couple weeks after that it quit on side of the road and had to be towed once again to the mechanic. Where it needed a catalytic converter only to find out it cant be replaced due to metal shavings in the engine. Basically was traded a total lemon.

Worst experience ever.! Bought a truck less then a month ago from them. Was told it had 170000 miles ended up having 199. Check engine light always comes back on. Took it back less then 15 hours after purchase and they refused to do anything. Now I cannot get a title and they dont have to help after purchaseWORST PLACE EVER!

Very rude, rude, unprofessional salesman and saleswoman, if you call them that. Unless your looking to buy the top 3 most expensive cars on front row. I would stay far away from these folks. The cars are duct tape and wired together. In my professional law enforcement opinion. I would say tweakers at best.

These people do not like to deal with women. Bought one car from them, and owner would only speak to my husband even though he had nothing to do with the purchase. I tried to buy another car and couldnt get anyone to speak to me long enough to take a pile of cash from me. And the first car had a bad transmission that was only noticable after the car got good and warmed up. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are rude, only wanna deal with men, and for sure whatever you buy us gonna have a hidden problem. I guess Im lucky they wouldnt take my money today and instead enlightened me on a bit of sexism today.

I went to test drive a vehicle, the check engine light was on. The salesperson Justin, told me that it was just an exhaust filter and would change it, if i left the vehicle overnight. I did so. I picked the vehicle up the next day. The vehicle was parked because it was backfiring. I tried calling on Tuesday as Monday was a business day. The owner would not take my call, only text me. So I was going to drive the vehicle there. After driving the vehicle 20 miles, it stopped and smoke was blowing out of it. I then tried calling again, he would still not take my calls, only text me. He informed me that there was nothing he would do about the vehicle. Even though Justin said that he checked the car and that was all that was wrong with it. So now I am out $3K.All he could say is God Bless.

My mother went to purchase a truck from them and test drove it, made arrangements to purchase, got it cleared with the bank and then went to pay and they had sold the truck. so within a span of 12 hours she agreed to purchase and made arrangements with bank and when she confirmed with bank the check was ready, the dealership contacted to say was sold. If you choose to do business with a company I would recommend doing business with a company that has good business practice.

Recently purchased a vehicle. The staff said it was a clean title. Purchased 7-25 as of today still have received the title. Contacted them on 8-14 and the mailed a TIMA for so we could register it. Attempted to register today. Informed the vehicle had a salvaged status and they needed a form showing the repairs had been made. BUYER BEWAREUpdatedStill no title despite numerous reassurances that everything is filed. Received a notice of suspense of the department of motor vehicles regarding nonpayment of previous lien on the vehicle and no manufacturers letter of origin. Owner states he will correct this tomorrow (10/23/18)

Bought 2 vehicles here, a work van and a personal pickup 3 yrs ago. Fair price and great guys to work with. Both vehicles still on the road. Will definitely come back.

UPDATE: bought the car April 22 2019, I still have no title and hve made several attempts to contact the owner. Every time there is an excuse and he is very rude and said “we will have a problem” if people keep calling him.We have made a police report now and they will be getting a citation.Would not recommend.Within a week the check engine light was on. Replaced the headlight,blinker light, wipers, keyless remote, and had two flat tires.Also still no title.

Purchase vehicle, salesmen was very rude. As soon as i get home check engine light comes on, the digital milage screen shows ---------- which according to Chevy Dealership clearly says it means has been tampered with. Now i was also told they changed the O2 oxygen sensors after auction which was mechanic said computer diagnostics deemed bad and mechanic confirmed they were worn out, it also shows on diagnostics Connection lost with transmission module & body control module. As well as service all wheel drive system. There were no lights,check engine ect on during test drive and sales person told me its in great condition under hood, knowing it will take me double i paid for it for repairs. Also unsure of mileage due to computer tampering

I bought two cars there took the to get checked out the repairs that need to be done to have safe cars on the road would cost me almost 15.000.00 if I had that kind of money I could’ve bought a new car. Don’t buy from these guys it’s a ripoff there in it for money not customers I wouldn’t recommend them if I could give lower then one star it have to be -7

Bought a 98 Ford Mustang and new tires. They do not do payments but if you are looking to buy a vehicle straight out, I had no issues and the car runs great. Didnt pay much either.

I bought a 99 GMC SIERRA from this place in Oct. 2017. I received a letter from the DMV stating they could not give me a title to the truck because the original owners never signed it over to Wholesale Auto AKA. The Pit Stop. I forwarded that letter to the owner and the owners son. Here it is 7 months later and they STILL have done NOTHING about it. So in October when my tag is up for renewal, I wont be able to renew it.
