I really wished I had read the reviews b4 purchasing my 2016 BMW 4-Series & I hope your read my other post. I bought my car In April. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I brought the car back to the dealership in May bc of a sound it was making, only to learn it was the wheel bearing, a problem that should been fixed BEFORE I purchased it, if in fact you do a thorough inspection. I got got, and I’m so disappointed. It’s going on 3 weeks now & I still don’t have my car, but I received a survey about my experience. I’m extremely concerned. In the time it’s been there, a new engine could have been put in the car by now. I really hope this has nothing to do with any of my identifiable features. Corporate....if you are reading this, something has to be done & if you’re not, I hope whoever manages your reviews brings this to your attention. This IS NOT OK!!!

Today I stopped in to inquire about a replacement key for my Honda.The service manager in charge informed me that a replacement key would cost me $300. Not once did he suggest an alternative for a much less costly alternative, when clearly there were alternatives, alternatives I would have to learn about on my own. He made it seem like Orr Honda and purchasing his $300 key was my only option. He could visibly see how upsetting the news of having to spend that amount money was to me. He was heartless. Then. a salesman seeing that I was upset made his own inquiry. I explained my situation. His idea of help was even more incredulous. He wanted to know about my credit rating. Those guys care about nothing but themselves. When I buy a new Honds and it will be soon. It wont come from Orr Honda of Hot Springs. Theirs is an enterprise of stepping over a quarter to pick up a nickle! Good Job fellas. Good job!

I have waited a week for someone to contact me before I sent this review but have not heard back for anyone. They charged me like they were putting Genuine Honda OEM parts on and then used cheap aftermarket parts. Very unethical (those are the words of other Honda service centers I talked to about this, not mine). They did put one Genuine Honda OEM part on, a bushing, which had a MSRP of $28 and they charged me $40. Take your vehicle somewhere else. You can get the same service for half price.
My experience was awesome! I live in Houston and I’ve been searching for the perfect car and the salesman Terrence was so helpful to find me my perfect car without me even being there. . I brought my 2013 Honda CRV in to be service on 4/19/2021 to be serviced at Gregg Orr Honda of Hot Springs, a salesman Brian Sharrock approached me saying he would buy my car. I told him no I was bringing my car in to be serviced and I was on a social security income and had bad credit. He would not take no for an answer. He was very persistent and pressured me to look at other vehicles and unfortunately I was coerce into buying a 2015 Dodge Charger for $22099 which was a higher price than I realize because the salesman never told me the price when looking at the vehicle thou I ask several times. They told me the easycare insurance and gap insurance was required which was also put on the credit application to be financed. There was no buyers guide on the car nor a price sticker. Well the air conditioning does not work, the passenger back window does not work and he engine idles rough.. I called and spoke with a Justin service man about this he said to bring it in on 4/27/2021 at 9 am.. I asked if I would be charge Justin the serviceman said he have to ask his manager he did not know. I did not I fill out a credit application or received a copy of the credit application . The original sales man did not listen to what I was saying as I first brought this his attention about the air conditioning he just wanted to make a sale..Now Im stuck with this car that is a lemon .. I am so unhappy with the customer service it has been the worst car experience I have ever had. I spoke with the finance manager Robert and express my concern he said he was sympathetic and I need to speak with the general manager Heath and hung up. I tried to reach out to the manager left my number Heath has not called me back. I am so angry with the over all experience and that was taken advantage of
Gregg Orr exhibits poor sales tactics. They did not treat my 19 year old daughter well on first car purchase. Not only did they lose her as a customer, but me too. How many cars do you think a 19 year old will buy over her lifetime? What a dumb business model. I just bought a new car from McClarty Honda in Little Rock. McClarty will treat you fairly.
On the furthest point from home on our road trip and...our Odyssey misfires. Jerry and Justin were great - got us back on the road in 45 minutes. Customer service was amazing. Saved the trip for us. Wish we could use them for all our service needs!
I will say we had a rough start and did get in touch with the necessary person! With that said Heath was great! And our sales guy Tory was great! We are happy with the way our truck finally looks and drives!

Do not - I repeat - DO NOT go to Gregg Orr Honda in Hot Springs. We have received horrendous service from them and will never be going back there again. If you want to be swindled and yelled at for car problems that were hidden from you and not your fault, go ahead, but tread lightly. Abysmal customer service...more like customer abuse. Stay away.

Bait and switch dealership. I saw a car online. I called to confirm the price and set a appointment. The price was confirmed and appointment set because I was driving in from out of town. I explained to the salesman I would be paying cash. He said come on in. By the time I got there I had been passed to three different salesman. I drove and liked the car. I was then told the price had been raised two thousand dollars. I said no way it was advertised at a lower price. He returned a second time saying he would lower the price a thousand dollars still a thousand more than advertised. The third time he said that’s the best he could do because I was paying cash. I said no. I was then told the car had been transferred to their Toyota lot and the price raised two thousand dollars and been re listed at the higher price. Save your time and gas don’t shop with Gregg Orr
I’ve been to Gregg Orr Honda multiple times. I just recently went and tried to have my girlfriend’s Honda Accord looked at because it wasn’t blowing cold air. I sat their watching the service guy and technician laugh and joke outside of the car and didn’t hook any kind of machine up to it to test the freon. The service guy then comes to me and says well you’re going to have to replace the whole air unit which was a price tag around $1,600. We argued back and forth and I asked if there really wasn’t anything else they could do. He gave me a run around story about if you fix one part it could get metal shavings in it and mess up other parts. I eventually gave up and went right down the road to Midas. They said they would hook it up to their machine and see if there were any leaks (which Honda didn’t do). Sure enough the freon was low and there was a leak close to the valve where you add freon in. They removed all the old freon, took off the old valve pipe area. Replaced it. And added freon back in for a huge fraction of the cost at about $200 compared to what Gregg Orr Honda was going to try and make me pay at $1,600. Needles to say I won’t be going back to this Honda place but for the fluids and parts that I can change myself. O and the key I needed made that I called about as well was going to cost me $220. Got a new one made and reprogrammed at Pop-A-Lock for $180 including the taxes, with key fob and all. Gregg Orr Honda is a terrible place to go and the prices on everything I’ve been pricing or needed to be worked on has been higher then going somewhere else. Just not worth my time anymore.
Wanted to say how much I appreciate great service. Cortland in the service dept has twice now went above and beyond for me. Appreciate the outstanding service and caring attitude. You can buy vehicles anywhere. Its the service that makes the difference. Thanks.
Service department is horrible. My daughters 2020 Honda Civic has been there since 10:00 am on 4/8/2021. As of 4/8/2021 at 1:55pm the technician Tony cannot tell her what is wrong with it and he is not getting her a car to drive.

We have traveled to the Hot Springs area from Iowa and a vehicle concern has developed. The service department at Greg Orr Honda got us in this morning, the Saturday of a holiday weekend and checked our car over. They advised we are safe to drive home and see our mechanic there. We were pleasantly surprised by the courteous staff and even happier this was done at no charge. Southern hospitality really does exist here! Thank you!!

Shout out to #TonyHamilton Sevice Advisor that gets your car in for fixing. He has helped me with my Pilot, he also loaned me a CRV so I could get my kids to appts, and basketball game and pratice, which has amazing gas mileage. He, and their team took great care of us. Horrible sales service! Went to buy a new car and was going to be paying cash for it. I was told that I would be charged an EXTRA $1k because I was paying cash. I told them i would pay the sticker price and they told me it would still be the extra $1k and that there was almost another $2k because of the floor mats they added to the car and something else. I told them I would go somewhere else and then the MANAGER had the nerve to insult me and then said that they wouldnt miss me or MY MONEY! I will not be taken advantage of just because I am a woman and that is how I felt I was being treated! Thankfully I was able to find a car dealership about 5 minutes down the road who were more than happy to have my business and were so kind a professional! Orr Honda could really learn from them how to treat a customer!
On vacation and our tire was going flat from a nail. The service was amazing! They worked us in quickly, knowing we were trying to get on the road to make it home, and patched our tire free of charge. Our service advisor was Ethan Snyder. He was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you! 💖

Have used Greg Orr Honda for about 20 years. Always had good service. This last time the person helping me did not give me good service. He had me wait almost 2 hours before he even started to get my car serviced. That is too long for anyone.

Service department got me in for appt only 2 hours after calling to ask for an oil change. Long wait when with child so Id suggest offering loaner vehicle during wait or creating a kids area where children could read, play games, watch TV other than the news channel thats typically on in waiting area with no remote laid out for customers preferred choice when there arent any other customers in waiting area. The employees seem nice and the service has always been good although pricey.
Was pretty happy wen it was all said and done, they really called and told me everything that was happening w my car, even loaned me a car, Ethan was very courteous and made certain i was satisfied with thier work, happy and will go back....and the guy who drove me home then came got me later to get my car was nice.
I have bought multiple cars from these people but will never buy another for one reason: their service department is awful. For one thing the cost is insane. You can get the same work done for half the price somewhere else. But that’s not the main reason. The main reason is I don’t trust them. They’ve told me I needed repairs that other mechanics said were not necessary.
Bought my 2016 Civic from here. Its actually there today, getting a charging system check. Cal Jones and Paul Cook have been there many years! Its nice to see the same faces time and time again. Absolutely would recommend! See Cal for parts and go to Paul for oil changes!

I was traveling from out of state and needed an oil change.The dealership charged me $89 for an oil change and tire rotation!I have owned Honda(s) since 2007. I have lived in three different states. I have NEVER paid more than $35 for an oil change and they always included the tire rotation for free!!!Then...I asked them to check a popping noise my new Pilot was making. They said it was fine without ever testing anything on it (I could see them on a camera).I wondered why the dealership wss deserted. I guess the locals know what I had to learn the hard way!I know you need a to make money, but maybe you would have more business if you charged a fair price!

I was passing through town while on vacation when my air pressure light came on. Luckily I happened to be right next to this Honda dealership. I pulled in and I was promptly greeted by someone in the service dept. I told him the issue and he immediately told me no problem we will check it and see whats wrong. While I was waiting I had a friendly chat with a salesman and we discussed a little bit of everything. Soon my car was pulled around and I was told that just my air pressure was low and it was all fixed. Not only did they air up my tires but they washed my car for me too! This was above and beyond what I was expecting. Great Job Gregg Orr Honda!
Worst experience ever. 10 hard hits on my credit. Then they screwed up and got names and addresses wrong, so they had to redo the entire loan so that was an additional 10 more hard hits WITH THE SAME CREDIT COMPANIES and they STILL screwed it up. They were supposed to add in sales tax. They failed to do so. They sent the tag the day AFTER the deadline to register. They are getting there money, tho... Direct draft.I would never recommend this place. I highly caution against it.
In regards to the service department: Went in to get a flat tire patched up and was greeted with prompt service by Chad and team. While they didnt know about the Honda Sentinel program, they were very polite and kind to an out-of-towner. Hopefully I dont get another flat, but if I do, Ill definitely come back since they did an excellent job.
I went with a friend to get her oil changed among a few other things. The mechanics were very pleasant to work with and were also fairly quick. They have client waiting rooms with coffe, snacks, and drinks. There is even a vending machine and television while you wait. They have the cleanest restrooms I do believe everything I have seen. All around a pleasant experiance.

Salesman tried a tactic to intimidate me into purchasing a more expensive vehicle by stating the vehicle I wanted was sold, when I said no to the other vehicle it magically became available again. I was also told the vehicle was AWD because it is a Denali. Even when showing him there was no rear axle he still insisted. Got vehicle home and within 24 hours check engine light came on. Was told they couldnt take the vehicle back and I was stuck with a fwd vehicle regardless of what I was told. Was also told sales tax would be provided by dealership and that was a lie. Management took zero responsibilities for the lies their salesman told. Completely unprofessional.

Stopped at Orrs as the tire pressure indicator went on (and we were just passing by the store). They were the most courteous folks you can imagine. Not only that they took care of the the problem and topped up the pressure, they even explained patiently what might have caused this, checked the tires for cuts or any other damage, plus gave the car a wash.They sqeezed this extra work into their mechanics schedule and within a few minutes were on the go again.(Given, we bought the car there, so this might have caused all this.)

I had brought my car in on 6/15/19, for my car smelling of gas, to the repair department. I asked them to figure out what was wrong with the smell because i was in town when i noticed and thought they would diagnose the issue and give me the best idea as to what needed to be done. I dropped it off and left to get dinner, and within 30 minutes got a call from them saying there is an obvious hole in the gas tank and unrelated the knuckle on the drivers side control arm is crushed. This being an obvious concern I asked my fiance to look at the damage the next day while they have the car in the shop available to be lifted for a clear view of the said damage. He goes in and asks them to show him the obvious hole and crushed control arm knuckle, they couldnt show him either and when asked they vaguely gesture towards the part as if indicating that it was apparent. Even though the hole was not at all to be seen, and the knuckle looked identical to the one they had said was fine on the passengers side. They urged that the car is not safe to drive and that the damages would cost well over $2500! THEY also suggested that we get insurance involved to cover the cost, even though we had not been in an accident So with our frustration of their clear negligence with our diagnoses, we drive it home. My fiance then takes the gas tank out himself, and low and behold the part that is broken is a nylon fuel line that is a $25 dollar fix for the part itself (i understand that the labor they provide is added to the price quoted, but they are clearly trying to take advantage of someone they believe to be naive). This is the last time ORR HONDA will ever get my business, and i will always make sure to suggest otherwise to my peers when shopping for cars. I love my Honda, but CLEARLY orr honda doesnt care about their almost 5 year consistent customers.

UPDATE....they responded below that they’re discussing with upper management, but still haven’t even bothered to call me or return any emails......ORIGINAL: Have had my van for one month when the sunroof literally exploded driving down the street. Apparently this is a common problem I’ve discovered since then. Was told since this is a brand new van, it would be covered. Took it to them, then they decided to change their mind and charge ME for it. Apparently exploding car parts on brand new vehicles are totally your responsibility. Will NEVER do business here again. I was a loyal Honda owner and will now buy toyota where they even cover a flat tire the first year. Never again!
