A+ experience. The customer service is top notch. We drove in from Little Rock. The owner gave us a fair price quote for my vehicle. The truck that we test drove was really clean inside and out. The restroom was approved by my nine year olds discerning eye. I would reccomend anyone giving this dealership a chance against any of the large dealerships in LR or Benton.

Wow! Id heard amazing things about Motorsports Authority, but my experience far exceeded my expectations. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were not just there to get your money and send you on your way. They worked hard to find the perfect car that fit what we needed in a vehicle and found the best deal they possibly could to fit your financial needs as well. It was such a family friendly environment on top of all of that. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Fair price and great work. I have waited years to remove a door ding on my challenger. It was a tricky dent as it was on the character line. But i was put at ease as i was walked through the process. I would recommend!

Galon Anderson was very professional, thoroughly transparent, and clearly very experienced as it was a seamless transaction. I have waited a couple months to put my recommendation on to social media to be sure there were no issues with the car. It is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned and the dealership was more than fair in their price. There were no added fees. Just the listed price. I was finished with my purchase within an hour of walking in. This is a very professional and honest organization.

I only wish zero stars was an option, these people wasted so much of my time I should send them a bill for it. Do yourself a favor and go to landers and talk to John caddy. He got me approved without any of the sales games they play at motorsports authority.

Loved buying a car from this dealership! The financing was done over the phone, I came in to drive the car I could afford and signed papers. This is how car buying should be done. The staff is so kind and they really care about taking care of their customers.

It was raining when I got there and they came out and took good care of me.

My wife picked out a 2017 ford explorer in June and on the way home a check engine light came on. Number 3 misfire. I thought it was no big deal. Changed the spark plugs and coil pack. It came back on. Took it to ford and they found that the engine block was fractured. Cost us another 6 Grand to fix. Never do business with them again.

Staff is friendly enough. typical car lot however. Bait and Switch Tactics. They show cars not on their lot then try and sell you something your not looking for, and out of the range agreed to in prior conversations. As stated before went in thinking this would be a different experience from most Car Lots and well no just the same. Was also not offered the advertised Double Down. For those who can pay their High Rate 3 yr contract payments good place for the rest of us. Look Elsewhere anything on their lot can be found for a better price anywhere else.

Then sold it hours later, I only learned of the sale from the facebook, didnt even have decency to inform or offer the sale to me.

We went to look at a car and they took some information from us and promised that they were not going to run our credit but they did anyways and our credit scores went down by two points that afternoon. I know two points is not a lot, but they were dishonest.

I had looked at another dealer in Little Rock and it took ALL DAY Thursday with no deal. They couldn’t get the bank to approve the loan under our terms. Friday morning I went to see Donnie and after driving 2 vehicles and about 2 hours in approval and paperwork I was outta there! Here’s the kicker...WITH THE SAME BANK THAT DENIED US AT THE OTHER DEALERSHIP. These guys know how to take care of their customers! GREAT JOB GUYS

This place is The Best used auto dealership in Hot Springs Ar,. The prices are great and the selections are great. The costumer service is awesome. Im not a rich man, but I was treated as if I was.

I just heard them on the radio saying financing anyone no money down, a payment they can afford and they will get you in and out in a certain time. All this is not true I went there with a low credit score and 3 days later still trying to get straight to buy a car but they couldn’t get the payment down or get me in something I liked. At the end I ended up telling the salesman I was done trying. These commercials are very misleading
