Experience was awful, went to try to trade in my girlfriends car the salesman John decided to talk bad about my girlfriends major and not only that wasn’t even interested in helping us pick a vehicle showed her one car and said well that’s about all we can do. Best advice don’t go on a Wednesday I guess will never shop for a car there again would rather drive to Little Rock

Ive only used the service center at Cavenaugh Hyundai, but I appreciate the ease of use and efficiency they offer -- particularly the ability to schedule maintenance online with timeslots, service offerings, and scheduled reminders for routing maintenance. The crew there is always courteous and the waiting area is comfortable.
I have bought 5 vehicles here and im extremely upside down in current vehicle. Watch paperwork details or you might pay for unnecessary warranties on tires rims or other things like it without your knowledge.

My only criticism is in regard to recognition and practice of health officials recommendations in regard to Pandemic situation.I saw no face masks or efforts of social distancing practiced. This is the only Hyundai dealership in Hot Springs, Arkansas serving the surrounding smaller cities. They pretty much got all Hyundai vehicles varying from new to used available. It is very close to the road and its elevated location and expansive display area makes it stand out. The staff here are very professional! You can make a reservation for service via phone with little wait time and a follow up confirmation email hits your inbox almost instantly! I found diagnostics and maintenance here to be professional as well. The staff offers suggestions and lets the client choose what needs to be fixed. They even give a service car with arrangement if your vehicle needs major work! The wait area is spacious and bathrooms are clean. The down side is kids play area. I have been to Hyundai dealerships that have small but neat kids play area. I havent seen one around here. Regarding charges, depends on what needs to be fixed but if you are a Hyundai faithful, you really dont have a choice around this part of town of you need professionals handling your vehicle!

I bought my car from Eric at Cavanaugh. Great salesman. My warranty has ran out but I just vacuumed about 3 gallons of water from my floorboard because the AC drain hole was stopped up. Took it to Cavanaugh and they got it cleared out in about 20 minutes at no charge. Some of the best customer service out there!!

The sales person was great but when it came to the finance manager it was a different story. Clint, the finance manager refused to allow the sale even after I had signed the agreement. This happened after the sales man shook my hand and said Congrats on your new car!. Clint lied about the details on the sales form and I dont want to deal with a liar. This had to do with a difference of around $150.00 Their loss on selling a car.

We got in accident in which we had gap through Cavanaugh. The gap claim has been held up for over a month due to one document that the dealer needs to send. No one will answer or return calls to gap company. Totally unacceptable.
These guys continue to take care of us! We both drive a Hyundai now because we love the cars and the service. We have never been treated to well at a dealership. They put our local Cadillac dealer to shame. We’ll continue to do business with a place like this that goes above and beyond.

I have been waiting on a replacement part for over a year. The part is a connection for the cargo net in my Santa Fe. It has apparently been ordered, reordered, not been the correct part and so on for over a year. I have not been updated on the status of the part unless I call or go to the dealership and ask. I think a year is too long to have to wait on a part. I have been unable to use the cargo net in my vehicle without this part. At this point I am very disappointed in a dealership that has received a lot of business from my family.

Bought a car back in 2016. A 2016 Hyundai Veloster. The car was very nice, until 1 year when I had to have the entire engine replaced because of a defect. Today, August 11, 2018, the car has broken down again for what Im guessing is the exact same reason. We have been sold a LEMON, and will from now on never buy a car from these people again.
This dealership has an exceptional service department and very reasonable prices. I have been going to them for four years since moving to Hot Springs. The sales experience has also been positive and recent personnel changes have ironed out any kinks. I would not hesitate to go there to shop for a car. Bought one yesterday and the price was right. The General Manager is first rate and a real gentleman.No gouging with phony fees either. I like that. Highly recommended.

First time there and was not impressed. Had to go through the garage in order to set my service request a.m. . The waiting area was dirty. Will not go back2 years later...tried again for an oil change. 8am not open..not answering phone. Did chat online to discuss problem and they wouldnt address issue without ALL personal information about me! Maybe Im expecting too much BUT I am the customer.

I got a flyer in the mail from Cavanaugh with sale prices of different models. When I went to the dealership I asked the salesman if this was the out the door, off the lot price or were there going to be some additional fees for dealer prep, service charge etc. The salesman assured me numerous times because I asked numerous times if this was the price I could drive the car off the lot for and the only additional fees for me would be the 6% sales tax. I spent about 2-3 hours of valuable time with the man driving the car, going over the car, working on possibly financing a percentage of the price. I told him the lower the interest rate the more I would try and finance. I thought we had the price in stone and were just working on different finance possibilities. He left the room and when he came back an additional $500 was added to the price because I wasnt a prior Hyundai owner. Why didnt he tell me the advertised price was only that price if you were a prior Hyundai owner? If I wasnt a veteran they would have added another $500 to the advertised sales price. That would have been $1000.00 added to the advertised price. Terribly dishonest advertising and people at Cavanaugh Hyundai.

Worst experience i have ever had with a dealership that not only do they sell cars the owner actually owns the finance part of it to and doesnt tell you that as they negotiate your loan for you. Took advantage of me kept calling me saying that i was approved when i said am i totally approved didnt wanna waste mine nor their time clint assured me i was approved to get there and have hours of waiting to see if i was approved. after all said and done i find i have to pay sales tax to dmv that i had no idea how that worked not being from arkansas. was told by the little rock rev to go back to dealer have them re write contract to include it in the loan and got the run around from them that bank wouldnt do this and to go get a title loan or go to credit union and take a loan out against my paid of car. in all the while they were the bank and credit union said i paid over $5000. to much for the car and nearest title loan texarkansas who wanted almost 400. a month payment for a 1000. loan and it only went to interest not principal i could go on and on more than i have already and that was just the beginning didnt even go on the down payment part of this JUST BEWARE OF THEM DISHONEST DO NOT BUY THERE

I was in this dealership and interested in the following vehicle. It was in the show room and didnt have the Monroney sticker on it. I was quoted in writing the selling price of $31,645.00 for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata 4dr Sedan 2.4L Limited Vin#5NPE34AF8GH295109. Once home, I noticed this same exact vehicle is listed on their website for $29,000. A difference of $2,645.00. I feel this is dishonest of them to list it on there internet website for $29,000 then try to sell it to me for $31,645.00 which would have scammed me out of $2,645.00. Sadly, I can no longer trust this dealership and I would recommend anyone thinking of buying from this dealership to avoid them as well.
