They were able to help me work with a third party to get my tires paid for and place the order in a timely manner. There were a few extra times they had to jump thru the hoop for me which was not their fault. Great place to do business! I am back on the road & very happy.

We were in Arkansas to do some rock digging and my F350 had front brake problems. After dealing with a mobile mechanic the truck still did not have any brakes, after 2 days of work. I start to ask around about shop that could get us in the same day. I was told to call Arkansas Automotive so I did the lady that answered the phone said they could look at it the next day at 8:00 in morning. The next day we took the truck to the shop and they had it fixed in about three hours and it was done right. If you are Hotsprings Arkansas and have car trouble this is the only shop to get it fixed right and at low cost. I think they are the best shop I have very used.

I am super happy I made the decision to get my vehicle serviced at their shop! I didn’t know what to expect as I’ve been to places before, and they would tell me my car was fine. The lady at the counter was super friendly and she even called me while they were working on the vehicle to give me an update. She also wanted to get permission before they put in a part. I really liked that aspect as I’ve been to shops that put additional things in, don’t tell you, and then you’re stuck with a higher bill than you expected.My vehicle is running like a champ! They are very knowledgeable as I have a CVT transmission and I called to verify that they knew it was a CVT. So especially all vehicle owners who have a CVT, go to Arkansas Automotive! The only regret you’ll have is you didn’t do it sooner! I am happy I found a new shop to build a long term relationship with! Thank you to all the staff! 😊

Walked in to get work done on my husbands transmission and when we entered the office overhead mechanic on duty talking about not wanting to work on someones car because of some leak problem with their car and then my husband was told by the lady working the front that they couldnt do the work because their transmission guy quit last week. We were referred to them by Chapmonds and were told they were the best man for the job. Really wanted the best for the job but thankfully kilbys took on the work and had the best price and time we were quoted. Plus we didnt have to hear staff complaining about work.

We are not locals to Arkansas, just traveling thru on our way to North Carolina. Our Truck needed a tow and a mechanic, we found both in a matter of minutes. They stayed after hours to fix our mechanical issues on a Friday night to😉. They did a fantastic job on the truck mechanically and did not leave us stranded, made us feel alright in a not alright situation. The mechanic was super knowledgeable and the owner called around for parts and sounded well known and trusted (which made us feel better). So happy they answered our phone call and fixed us up more than we could have ever asked! Great staff,honesty, hard work, and this place has all 3!!! Thank you Mr.Brent!

I drove up from New Orleans for a vacation and on the way up my car started making the most horribly loud rattling noise. I was concerned it was an A/C issue because of where the sound was coming from. after I called a different shop who was busy and recommended Arkansas Automotivate & truck maintenance I called and Brent said bring it over.Long story short he was extremely thorough-explored all the possible options and did a look over the entire car to make sure It was in good working order for the drive back. Turns out he couldn’t find anything wrong-, it’s likely something got sucked up into the car and knocked around before it was spit out.I would recommend this shop to anyone- they are professional, thorough, and friendly.

We had run a diagnostic at Autozone & determined I had a cylinder miss firing & needed injection coil replaced. Called them to see if they could take me in. Took the car in at noon & they had all 4 replaced, plus new brake pads, & an oil change and my car was ready at 4pm.

First time going to the shop, brought my car in for an issue with startup. The shop worked on it by eventually came to the conclusion it would be best for me to take it to the dealership. Arkansas automotive is always so nice when we come in the office, or when we call on the phone, they get you in, get you out pretty fast, and they do financing, which is a plus for anyone having vehicle problems.

My radio worked when I took the car in to have the alternator replaced. It didnt work when I got the car back. When I brought it back and asked them to take a look at the radio. They said make an appointment. After they charged me $500 for an alternator!Ill never use them again.
