They were super fast mounting a new tire for me after a blow out and literally the only place open on Sunday within 100 miles

All in all I had a good experience. I brought a tire in to get replaced on a rim and walk around Walmart until they were done. I would have given it a five star but I believe the woman behind the desk in automotive very friendly.

Was looking for a quick oil change, they have many types of different brands of oil and feature Quaker State oil. Friendly staff. Have waiting room with window, or you can shop.very inexpensive. Nice Walmart auto center.

Best place for super quick oil change

Purchased 4 tires for a hood price, but the employee in the auto center kept pressuring me into buying diffrent warranties and hazard plans, which added almost $200 to my bill. They acted like they would not take no for an answer.

Went in for an oil change, then waited an hour just for them to tell me they can’t do it and then I had to leave.

Got a $44 oil change. You have to park and go inside to stand in a long line of customers paying for their groceries- apparently they don’t like self check. 13 minutes later they get to you. The wait to get to your car is about 45 minutes or a but longer. Against my better judgment I went ahead. I shopped and walked around. Never heard my name called to let me know the car was done. I checked out up front and asked the lady to run my oil change ticket. She wasn’t sure they could do it. I assured her if the car was done she could. Then I went back to Automative to stand in another long line of people checking out. My turn. I explained I had already paid for the oil change up front and gave him the receipt, I was told it would had been much easier to have paid for it back here now he would have to write everything down.The staff were friendly and my oil got changed. My windows were not washed and my car was not vacuumed, which was supposed to have been included in the price. I have used Walmarts for over 16 years to get my oil changed. I will not be back to this one I am used to getting the ticket done outside so I know how long the wait is before I get out of my car.

Dropped car off. Returned four hours later and the wrong tires were put on the vehicle.Then Called to get a price on tires for a truck and wanted to know the price range for the different tire widths. I asked for the prices of the different tires in stock for a truck. Was told they needed the exact numbers. I was just exploring my options. After going round and round and being told they had to have the exact numbers they only had two sizes they could price. Really!!! Freaking Really!! Couldve just given me the prices of the two types they had in stock instead of being difficult. Like buying tires from an infant. Save yourself the trouble and drive to little Rock

While everyone is tempted to think of this as McTire its really quite good n.. fair prices, knowledgeable staff, national warranty... Over all a really good deal for peace of mind

Had a problem with the sidewall of a truck tire. They replaced it with a new tire as I had road hazard protection. No cost for the tire, just $10 for the new road hazard protection. At Sams the cost was 70% of the original even though the tread was still strong. Quick and courteous.

Darryl and they guys over here always do a great job on our tires. Getting us in and out in a timely manner. Much better than the other TLE in town!!

Signed up over an hour ago for an oil change. At that time there were 2 cars ahead of me. The gentle man told me 1 hour. Over an hour goes by and we return to the Tire and Lube, Im told they are working on one car and there is still one ahead of me. So we are averaging >1 hour per oil change.

These retards put new tires on my trailer didnt mention the wheel bearings needed grease etc so after 400 miles on the road trip tires blew out, wheel bearings fried and axle completely wasted! Had to basically throw my trailer to the dump and rent a U-Haul to get my motorcycle home. I should of gone back but Im afraid i would of inflicted injury and been arrested for assault. DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO CARE CENTER FOR ANYTHING EVER! THEY ARE BASICALLY RETARDED MORONS WHO DONT DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY AND IT COULD AND WILL COST YOU MORE LATER DOWN THE ROAD!

I went in for an oil change knowing I needed an oil change, wipers, and tires but decided to just do the oil at walmart. I paid $50 for the mobil 1 synthetic which is half the price I normally pay at my shop of choice. Well the oil only last half the time and milage than my shops oil does. They check your wipers and other features when youre there. They marked my wipers as good when the rubber was hanging off the windshield wiper and my window looked like they threw a bucket of dirty water on it. Probably a good thing I got my tires from another shop.

Wanted leak fixed on tire took two hours and then they tell me they couldnt find it. Took it to Hot springs tire they had if fixed 8n45 minutes

For the money one of the best auto service centers there are occasionally they put my oil plug in with the tire ranch or an impact Ranch stripping it but the other than that they do a real good job

Worst service you could ask for. An hour wait informed by the guy taking info out front ends up being like 3+ hours. To fix a flat and i am still waiting. Only place open late on weekend so you are screwed.

Service was horrible, had to wait two hours because there was only two guys working and one standing inside not doing nothing. Wont ever come back here.

The mechanic on duty was very helpful with fixing my tire.

Went in to replace my tire rim guy at another shop said I needed to replace. They looked at my car and found out I only had a nail in my tire. Saved me some money.

Fixed a problem Id had looked at 2 times before!!

Took to long to replace 2 bad batteries that was dead. Almost 2 hours.

Very slow, not attentive or polite to customers.

Friends of mine have had bad experiences, I can say I havent had that problem I just get what I need and if it takes to long I leave

Always a wait never call when they say they will and most employees just stand around and act busy cause they get paid by the hour

Got the oil change...took a hour..but it all worked out.

They didnt tell me my car was done and I sat there waiting an hour and a half. Very unorganized. I sat outside at the stand 15 minutes no one came like all the others in the nation.

Took some time but Im on the road again.

Took 2 1/2 hours and they only got 2 of the 4 tires I bought put on. They were somehow unable to remove one of my rims. Took my car to another shop and they were done with my other 2 tires in 10 minutes.

I have nothing bad to say about the auto center here they did not have my size tire but they were willing to order them, also had oil changes get there early is my only thing or youll be waiting for a while!
